No WiFi or internet as advertised. Clubhouse had cable but no HDMI Cord to watch TV. Need to correct these issues or lower their fees due to advertised services not available.

HORRIBLE. No one told us when making reservations for 11/26/21and 11/27/21 that campground was going to be inundated with four wheelers. When we got there at dusk that Friday, the office was closed and no one was available to show us to a site nor was a site designated. We had requested pull-thru with electric and water. There was no management and sites were unmarked. 23 MI. for nothing.

Very nice campground. Not much around the area as far as businesses unless you drive 30 minutes into town but that’s what we liked best about it. It was nice and quiet. I wish the walking trails were open so there would have been that to do. We will definitely be back.

Why do you have us reserve a spot then tell us its first come first serve when we arrive? There are no fire rings web site says there is. Counted a total of 8 picnic tables in the whole campground web site states that there is one at and a fire ring in the spot I reserved but of course was already taken. No Wifi again the website says there is. showers filthy. Campground is a dive.

First time here: There is a 'Stop Here' sign at the guard station, it appeared that we should check in there, but nobody around. No info telling us to go beyond there or any directions to the office location to check in. Finally another camper came up and told us where to go! Wi-Fi is advertised, but it was not available. The grounds are clean, the pool a very nice area. Excellent OHV trail acces

Not a good place for an koa ! Septic was plugged could not use, sites not marked well, dumpy sites , sore to look at! Only part that was nice is pool and office area! Very deceiving!

Upon arrival we never got a welcome pack like anyone KOA. No info on the camp ground. Was told our “cabin” a single wide trailer would smell like bleach because pizza spilled before or stay. The carpet in the trailer was so old and nasty we never took our shoes off. That trailer is not what I signed up for or originally was quoted. Was told I would have bunk beds for my kids. The place is very beautiful, its surroundings are very much enjoyed. I made the reservation 1 month before when I arrived they had given my reservation to another person without prior notification. I travel from Miami which means I travel 6 hours. In the reservation it said that it was a queen bed with a sofa bed. Which of course it was not. It was a bed table by the way very uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay. It's out of the way, there's a nice pool and the lots are good sized. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like you're home.

Actually, it’s a zero star rating. It’s a beautiful location with tons of squandered potential. It is obviously mismanaged and is rarely if ever maintained. There was no answer by the office, despite multiple calls on separate days, their voicemail was full & there was no answer from security. Read my full Google review for more info. Bottom line, keep looking!

A most unusual KOA experience. This place has lots of sites and you choose your own. They are in grass and some are uneven and the sewer or electric connections are damaged. The rec room was once nice, but is very abused. The store/office closes early, but not much to buy there and nearest store is a good distance away. Come prepared. The pool area is nice and the pool was clean. Long drive to KOA

We were very disappointed. We like to have a campfire and none of the sites had fire rings so we could not have a fire or cook out. We planned on walking to the lake but the path to it was down a steep hill at a 90degree angle and 2 older folks in their 60s couldn't possible maneuver it. They do not assign sites, you pick a site. Couple showed up next to us and so close couldn't put out my awning.

No a class a resort but great for taking the atv to ride the Ocala Nat forest trails . Pool was clean the better spot were taken up by owner that have purchased them . But for what we wanted to do was ride our side by side and atv in the forest nothing around better . One cool thing is we seen lots of bears in the area . Beautiful lake view.

On the map it looks like there's access to water around the camp. But , since it's so overgrown you can't get to it. Alot of permanent residents drive by and give their opinion on how we parked ( Apparently our small tow car was partly touching the EMPTY campsite next door

Very friendly staff, quiet and out in a remote area. Sites definitely need some updating but for our stay it was perfect. A little confused at first that you get to pick your spot but I'm sure that's just my inexperience

The campground was decent. Staff was friendly but there was not firings at our campsite we had to get one from another campsite and the clubhouse looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks in the women’s bathroom trash wasn’t changed it was full all weekend long so cleaning needs to be stepped up a little bit.

Ants galore, leaking water faucets, broke sewer hookups Sites not leveled, electrical box receptacle burned out and laying on the ground, wires hanging out not capped off. We were paid up for two nights but left in disgust after one. Worst KOA i have ever seen.

The people were varry friendly and nice! The cabin we stayed in was dirty, smelly, and outdated. The ATV adventure was amazing and the guide s were fantastic ! Some of the camper's living thare seemed on the verge of homelessness .

The campsite we had was a great one except for all of the ant beds. we returned home with quite the ant infestation in our pantry. There was no usable fire pit on the site. The restroom/shower room is in need of some repair as are the on site sewage hook ups. Sites are not clearly marked and are confusing as to what sewage and electrical hook ups go with each site. Loved the location - a bit off the beaten path - would recommend cutting the grass - it was difficult to figure out where to park the rig. The sewer was on the opposite side of the utilities. A lot of pertinent folks. Beautiful pool. It worked for us -probably would not stay here again, as it is 11 miles away from small main road. Great spot if you have a 4 X 4

I feel that people that do long term leasing/purchasing, need to keep their lots clean of junk and stuff. Several places were an eye-sore that never was like that in the past. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Improvements to the office area and pool area are awesome. As usual, we will go back. Please, keep improving.

No WiFi, pool was in dire need of cleaning!. Interior roads in disrepair, dumpsters full of construction debris. For a KOA Holiday we expected a better quality park!

Absolutely gorgeous place, management were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. The managers in place have obviously never been in a power position before and it showed bigtime! Sad to say we probably won’t be back anytime soon

A lot of people on atv’s and one campsite had an atv that blared music so loud that it was heard through at least 1/3 of the campground. Facilities were clean but could use someone checking on them more frequently for toilet paper. Grounds were kept clean and I was glad to see security patrolling through towards the evening hours and up until quiet hours.

We arrived and the sight was over grown and the place was disgusting. I was shocked this was a KOA- we didn’t stay and advised the gentleman that we were going elsewhere just charge the first night. They charged for all 3 days although I advised them that we were leaving and never sat up. I truly believe the place is a scam artist.

Absolutely the worst KOA I have ever seen. We were greeted with several confederate flags being flown proudly above the American flag; absolutely disguting. I was so supprised; I expect more from a KOA. I would never stay here again or reccommend this KOA to anyone.

Restrooms were not very clean.Only one working commode in the men's room out of 5. Ground maintenance could have been kept up a little better.

Checked in girl told us our site was 57 we drove around looking for 15 minutes, come to find out site was 102. Next morning stove didn't work went to report at office they said they would send someone in about 30 min. no one came our entire stay. The air conditioner froze up every night. Wasn't told the trail to water was straight down hill. Grass at site not mowed. Will not stay again.

facilities in need of repair and general maintenance. lot's of ants, bathrooms neglected, club house needs cleaning, entrance doors filthy. campground is not what it used to be, we have enjoyed many camp outs there in the past., used to be one of our favorites

What a great, out of the way place to camp. Located beside a lake, there was always a nice breeze blowing. Campsites are very large and are all pull-through, which is a nice option. Bathhouse/clubhouse is very nice and the restrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. It's not your typical KOA, as everything is very laid back, probably because it is located in the middle of nowhere. It's one of those places where you go if all you want to do is camp and relax. They do have activities for children in the morning.
