Terrible customer service. Rented a cabin and there electric went out so they closed shop and didn’t come back to check in any reservations until 4pm. No call no nothing, we sat there waiting to check in since 1pm. The lady seemed like she didn’t care at all that we had been waiting with our 2yr old for over 3hrs. Place is covered in ants and the cabin smelled like smoke.

Staff is very friendly, however, the amenities were not. We were not able to use any of the resources other than the pool. They have billiard tables, but no balls or cues. The sites were very confusing in the setup when it comes to hookups, the electric and sewage were in very unusable design.

When we checked in they said find your own campsite, very confusing. Took me three days to catch somebody in the office which I never did. We needed supplies I had to go all the way out an hour drive. The trails to the Lookout and the beach were overgrown with trees so you could even hike the trails I’m glad they are not going to be a KOA for much longer

It is great if you have atv to ride the trails but the WiFi was not great, the pool needed to be cleaned and the water supply quit working. It is a peaceful place to stay I just hope they improve on the other things.

I really hate to say this, but this is the worst KOA we have ever stayed up. I'm not even entirely sure it is a KOA. When we arrived, there was no one at the guard house, I looked for our registration since we got there around 8:00 pm, and there was nothing. A worker eventually showed up and said to just go pick a site. There are not enough characters to properly review so please check Google

The store/office closed at 4, supposedly opened at 9, but no one was there. We never really checked in or out. The guy at the gate was super helpful though. There was no assigned site so we got to pick wherever we wanted. Odd, but good. The trails are literally across the street, so that was fantastic! We got to ride in the park for a bit. It was our 1st stay there, but we will go back.

Have camped here before, great place, great staff, love it. Unfortunately this weekend of July 4th there was a very rowdy group playing extremely loud music that could be heard across the park. They also had karaoke and were using profane language over the microphone. I'm sure you will hear other complaints about this. Don't know what staff did if anything as it did not stop, ruined a nice wknd.

No site is assigned. You just drive around to find an empty spot. Never saw a bathhouse, unless it was located at the pool, which was closed for a period of time, so we never went up there. A group brought a large amp and was playing loud music most of the time. It was an ok stay.

I called prior to leaving my home to verify that the pool was in working order, when we arrived we were told it was being repaired, and was not open until after 7pm, then there were over 30 people crowded, with multiple disgruntled people.

Customer service was spectacular!! Amenities at the cabins 33 and 34 were embarrassing. Sofa bed in one was completely broke, had to sleep on floor. These are the units that should be kept up the best and… Utensils in kitchen were horrible. Would cost less than $50 to get new ones. It’s July 4th and the grass outside both cabins could have been cut to accommodate weekend guest. NEEDS ATTENTION

Didn't used the club house. I liked the firepits you have over looking the lake nice touch.pool was fine, I went and check out the new washers and dryers nice.we went to get ice at the office Sunday at it was closed early�� but we made due. We will be back .

I sure hope that you do read these comments about the park. This was our 3 time there and we where a little disappointed the grass was not mowed at all through the park and the mosquitos where bad, The manager was not very nice and the rules where for some people and not all in the park. They where more worried about selling those little houses then Rvers. We had 5 campers this time.

Absolutely loved it, large sites, helpful staff! I was worried about the amount of atvs but was very happy that everyone was respectful. Only issue I had was the very warm pool, but that was by no means the fault of the campground.

My family and I went there for memorial day weekend spent 3 days there. what can I say the place was awesome. The staff was very accommodating,camp ground was clean and quit,pool was great,the host I believe his name was Trevor opened up the store after hours to sell me some firewood super cool guy.We did some riding in the forest,will we go back absolutely.good times.great memories..thumbs up

I would rate it as a 9 to 10:00 my family really enjoyed to stay the music was a little loud but other than that I would rate it a good place to go or four wheelers and other things to do my grandchildren and my 1-year-old grandbaby loved it to death

Always a great stay here. Staff is always helpful and on time. Bathrooms are clean and showers have hot water. Don’t look to come here and party out… this camp ground is laid back and everyone abides by the rules. Very family oriented and wants fun for all ages.

Everything was great except we cannot hook our sewer line up because they were having sewer problems with the lines on the one aisle wish they would have told us that when we got there so we could have moved before we set up other than that always nice place to stay a lot of shade great people who run it couldn't ask for any nicer people but I think we should have got a discount considering

Bad management. This place is a ripoff. Stayed two of my three nights. But after they said they would fix power issues, I had enough. Wouldn’t refund money for one night even after the girl at the front desk said they would. When I went check out the last day the person that day said they wouldn’t.

Well we had to leave in the middle of the night due to extreme weather as we were in a tent. The pool looked OSSUM, I was hoping to spend time in it. The only problem was the tent sites allegedly had electric, but it was not a standard plug, so we couldn't use it. I am glad I brought my generator otherwise we would have had to blow up the air mattress in the bathroom or other places on site.

This is not really a KOA they are trying to sell all of the lots and have put little to no effort into improving the facility. All of the spots are extremely uneven making it difficult to level. The only positive thing was how helpful the security guard was. Half of the washing machines were full or dirt and debris and only 1 of 4 dryers worked. KOA appears to no longer have any standards.

The people in the office are great to deal with. The place is a great place to stay with family and friends. They can use more RV s to stay in.

We stayed on a tent site and had a lovely time! The showers and bathrooms are very clean and maintained. The pool was nice and big, and the club house was also very nice. The only issue was the water and electric that the tent site provided, it was not a regular electric plug in like an outlet. I also wish they still had the live band, but that's okay. Overall, I am definitely coming back!

What a great, out of the way place to camp. Located beside a lake, there was always a nice breeze blowing. Campsites are very large and are all pull-through, which is a nice option. Bathhouse/clubhouse is very nice and the restrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. It's not your typical KOA, as everything is very laid back, probably because it is located in the middle of nowhere. It's one of those places where you go if all you want to do is camp and relax. They do have activities for children in the morning.
