Could be a great campground with the exception of not having wifi, area having a terrible odor from a near by processing plant preventing being outside long and the mosquitoes were beyond terrible!

This was our second stay here. Beautiful upgrades done in last 6 years or so. However the smell continues to be an issue. Very convenient location.

KOA was very nice. Unfortunately was not aware it was near a feed lot. The flies were everywhere and the smell from the feedlot was overwhelming in the afternoon/ evening. Appeared to be many long term residents that lived at the park.

Our two month stay was great. All the employees are very friendly. Loved the location as it allowed for an excellent view and was close to town.

The campground was fine with the exception of when the wind blows a certain way you could smell the cows/manure. It was very strong. Also not happy that we had to stay for two nights. Would have liked just to stay one night and continue to our final destination.

Cabin was fine . Workers were friendly. They have kettles to burn firewood. Kettle had a hole it it. It caused a fire below it that required a fire extinguisher. It reignited during the night . Another fire extinguisher was required in the morning. this situation is dangerous. The site needs to review the KOA in Alamosa for a better fireplace or manner to burn fires.

We had a good stay. I slept good both nights. There was an increased number of flies. Our truck was covered with flies Wednesday morning. The grass was cut nicely. Every RV was bigger than ours. The campground was nice according to my wife. Was the farmers fertilizing? The economy is good! People are doing better than us. Last time we were in a Cabin Tent in this KOA and our stay was good.

The shower pressure and heat was amazing! Nice grounds and friendly staff. There is farmland nearby, so beware of the smell, being downwind! It does go away, though.

Much improved since 2021. The whole park is neater. They still are working on the pool. They were working on it in 2021. New dryers in the laundry is an upgrade. Very friendly staff.

Great Staff. Friendly. Love how they can laugh with each other as it makes coming in after a long road trip pleasant as they made me laugh.

First of all, I was glad they had a spot for me with little notice. Now for the not so good, this is the second time staying here and the fly's and mosquitos were terrible again. You can't even go outside without being pestered by them which make it hard to enjoy your stay. I do understand the location of this park, but it's not hard to spray for bugs. Next is the price for a 2 day stay. Wow, $207

Customer service was great. We arrived during Frontier Days where we could only reserve a 30 amp site. We have an all electric coach and really needed 50 amp. They were great finding 50 amp sites for us. Major issue was Wi-Fi. It was only available in the office. This was further complicated with virtually no cell services. I will not return unless they install wife to the the sites.

location great. We had stayed here in 2015. Looks great on arrival. Staff were excellent especially Eric. The bathrooms and laundry exactly the same, bit tired looking but very clean. Our site wasn't level and had mud in parts and potholes in other parts. We were amongst permanent RVs who had household items all around them which spoilt the tidiness of the place. New owners so may improve.

Great stay. Nice concrete site. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bath house. Well kept grounds, just do some hand trimming in spots. Get the guy in B12 to take. Ask the person staying long term in B12 to hand trim his yard and remove the lawn mower he leaves sitting in his yard.

Checking in was terrible. Their computer was down to confirm my rate, and the people there were closing the office. No help there. AND the cabin had no electricity except for overhead light and fan. No AC. I wouldn't ever recommend staying there to anyone.

I sent customer care an e-mail that explains everything do not go here unless you like clouds of Flys and the smell of raw manure from the NEARBY processing plant also not mentioned in the listing I would not recommend going there I don't want a refund but it's a shame KOA allows their franchise to be used in such a way casting a bad light on KOA's reputation

We were local to the Wellington KOA. Our plan was to take our grand kids on their first camping trip. We chose this KOA because of the amenities. Play area Pool. However after we arrived we found out that the Pool was close. I would have appreciated an email, call telling me before I arrived the pool was close.

Extremely expensive for this property in spite of the rate hike due to the Cheyenne fair…although the pool was full of water, it was closed?
