We were there only as an overnight. Park was nice but our site was very unlevel. Since we were only over night we did not use any facilities. There was no WiFi which was disappointing but otherwise we would stay again as an over night.

our stay was good, there was a stray cat roaming around or if it wasn't a stray it had no collar. The road getting in they are working on so it should get better. The sewer hook up had no threads so more difficult to navigate. But all in all a good stay.

Clean, well kept grounds with games.and activity areas For.relaxation and fun...hosts were.welcoming,.gracious.and.accomodating...!!! Relaxing stay and close.to Estes.Park and Rocky.Mountain Natl Park area....we would.stay here again..!!

We had a nice stay.Very clean great Mountain View’s.We stayed in a cabin for only one night the only thing I would like to see is if they changed out the bed it wasn’t very comfortable and when you moved the metal material holing the mattress up was loud other than the park was nice shower and laundry,clean.They had a nice porch swing and 2 tables along with fire pit at your door.will recommen

Very friendly associates. Cement pads in some sites, great leveling. Good water pressure. Clean campground. Showers, restroom and laundry clean. Propane and good price. Thank you.

Very convenient place to stop. Camp site was clean, and spacious and pretty. Staff in the office were nice! We would stay there again.

Typically we choose to stay at KOA’s near the interstate because of convenience. This KOA did not meet our needs. Verizon cell service was non existent, WiFi is only available in the office, and the road to the campground is under construction and a mess. While we understand the road construction is not KOA’s fault, the roads in the campground were just as bad if not worse.

Clean and well kept. Comments about interstate noise may be over stated. You can hear it but not enough to keep you from sleeping.

Lots of mosquitoes and flys due to proximity to feed lot and many small ponds. General comment on all KOAs (10 different ones) we stayed at on this last trip . . . so many extended stay folks. People seem to be living at the KOA instead of camping etc. All but two KOAs are on very busy roads and or hwy, so if you are a tent or travel trailer bring something to “block” the sound.

The first site we had was not level for my 42' motorhome in space A3. My front tires were 6" off the ground and we still sloped downward. The staff was very accommodating in switching to a site that worked...much appreciated. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Only downside was an enormous amount of flies from a nearby feedlot. We would stay here again nonetheless! :-)

Sites are not level enough for a motorhome. The road into the campground is badly washboarded. A KOA usually means a certain level of campground, this one needs so much work. It’s been neglected for a long time. Many long term or permanent residents with junk filled sites.

The smell from the cow lot was terrible. The electric boxes need upgraded. The gravel road to get to it needed bladed and was so rough. The views were nice and the concrete pads were nice. The park was clean and ok for a nights stay, but with the smell I wouldn’t want to be there long term.

Lovely campground convenient to I-25. Rough Road coming in. Some trees need pruning for large rigs, but overall very nice. Would stay again.

When I stay at a KOA there are certain things I expect…store hours, for one. Maybe a friendly face? No, the camp host is a crank. She’s late. She doesn’t stay on for the posted hours. The place is on the hWY between cow pee and noise, but cheap (for a reason). The one bathroom/shower was fine, and there’s laundry, so that was good. There’s guy who obviously lives there. Just yuk.

It was very frustrating to find WiFi was not available at the campsite, in order to access it I had to take my laptop and stand up by the (closed) office. I work remotely, and we've always stayed at KOA because of the access to WiFi at our camper. There are plenty of security options available, so you might consider upgrading your internet.

Nice park but the flies are horrible. Road noise not bad but the flies are horrible. we didn't get rid of all of them until we got back to Arizona. Thanx for letting us stay with you for the night but we will not be back...

Clean sites and a very friendly welcome. The smell and extraordinary amount of flies were unbearable though. I needed ice, a directory and some soda but the office was closed all day. Still closed when we left the next day. �

The smell of the feed lot next door was strong during our stay. It was quiet and our assigned spot was nice. We enjoyed the KampersKitchen. WiFi was weak and the pool was beautiful but we couldn’t swim in it. Was told waiting for an inspection. Staff were very nice.

The location was clean and quiet. We were in A1, but had to back out. The tree limbs were well below 14’. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff as nice and facilities were clean. There was a ridiculous amount of flies because of the proximity to some type of farm. The odor from the farm was bad enough we chose not to keep our windows opened.

Quiet, clean and super friendly staff. For those not use to the county life, be aware there are alot of cattle nearby and you can smell them.

I had booked a 30 amp site. We couldn't get power inside our coach so we were able to move to a 50 amp site. I went to the office and asked about paying the difference- she said it was only $5 so don't worry about it. Before I got to our coach, my credit card was charged $5.28. Why didn't she just tell me??? Sites are dirt with some rocks- not level. Pool was closed. I expected more from KO

The campground in pretty nice and the staff is nice ,but the whole campground smells like a sewer because the sewer pipes have caps that don't contain the smell. Also the pipes are about 6 to 8 inches above the ground making it difficult to get a good slope from your RV to the pipe. The RV sites are also dirt rather than gravel so your constantly tracking dirt into your camper.

Trees blocking satellite to lock. Bird poop covered pad and grass. Poop 1/4 inch from birds in trees on motorhome. Site smelled like chicken coop. Could not use table due to the bird poop. Is easy access from I-25.

The kabin was prefect for the two of us for the 2 nights we were there. Had family members that were RVing. Worked out great.
