The staff there was incredibly friendly. We had a nice stay. Our only complaint was the lack of wifi. Online it said wifi would be available, and it was, but only at the office area? That seemed odd. I've never been to a KOA without wifi on the grounds before. That was disappointing. Otherwise we had a great stay.

KK2 overnight stay during cross-country road travel. Facilities modest but comfortable. Well within our expectations and cost.

Lots were a bit small for our 45ft 5th wheel and a tree made it impossible for me to make my turn out of my site, Fortunately the guy right a head of me pulled out and I was able to pull through his site and make my turn without dragging a tree across the side of our 5th wheel.

Only stayed a couple nights while on our cross country move but if we get privileged enough to travel back this way we will absolutely stay here again. Wonderfully wide spaces. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice field settings offering beautiful sunsets. Very peaceful. We loved our short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Fort Collins/Wellington KOA. You’re killing it!

I had a very relaxing and quiet stay. Your staff is extremely friendly and professional. All of your facilities were very clean. I will stay with you again if ever I'm in the area. Keep up the good work.

The camp itself was fine and the location on I25 was perfect on our long trip. However, there was an offensive odor of cow-lot that worsened at night. Too bad to have a nice RV park in a location that has such a offensive odor.

The location itself was close and easy to get to from the highway but it was right next to a cow pasture. We didn't notice the smell right away but it didn't take long until we could smell urine. The campground itself was alright but the pool was closed down. We have stayed at much nicer KOAs for the same price. With this one being located next to the pasture they should be a bit cheaper.

Feedlot down the road creates a haze from truck traffic coming and going in front of campground. Cattle farm next to campground has manure smell throughout campground.

We stayed Labor Day weekend. Nice campground, our son enjoyed the playground, staff was friendly, nice selection of things in the store and clean bathrooms. Our space took a little leveling but it was nice to have some trees/shade. There were a bit of flies and smell as other reviews mention but Northern Colorado is pretty rural. Only tent sites have fire rings, we used our propane fire.

Horrible place. Next door to a cattle feed lot. The stench is unbearable and the place is a dust bowl. It shouldn’t be there.

1) cattle yard smell was OVERWHELMING - insufficient AC in cabin barely filtered smell! 2) NO HOT WATER in bathrooms after hours, COLD SHOWER, thanks for nothing! 3) NO WI-FI available after hours. 4) STAY AT YOU OWN RISK, NO LIGHTING - solar yard lights 'for effect' provide no security - walkers in the dark were indiscernable!

Nice campground, with poured concrete pads. However, we were in A3 and the concrete pad was terribly unlevel, had to raise camper wheels 2 inches in order to even get close to level, probably should have went 3 inches. Fore and aft was also way off so had to disconnect truck and extend jack way out to level. But it was still a nice place and would stay again, just not in spot A3.

Staff was very friendly and sites were clean and level. But the smell from a nearby feed lot or something similar was terrible at times. Flies were everywhere. Only stayed one night. For a KOA not a good experience.

The campground is located off a gravel road heavily used by rock hauling trucks. Lots of noise and lots of dust. We had a concrete pad (most were gravel) but it was far from level. Had to use pads under the tires as well as under the jacks. There were a lot of permanent or semi-permanent residents with all kinds of ‘stuff’ laying around. We will not stay here again.

People were great and very helpful. The facility needs some help as there are cattle nearby and biting flies. Road construction on I-25 is also an issue with large trucks from 7AM until 5PM. Again, the people are great and helpful...

Easy check in, great amenities. Close to highway is a perk for traveling, but a downside for sleeping as it is loud. Otherwise we loved our stop.

The staff was nice enough. The location of this place couldn’t be worse. There’s a near by farming operation. The flys are numerous and relentless. Then there’s the horrendous stench, like intense manure. It wasn’t present upon our arrival, but moved in as my son and I were making dinner. It was filtering in through the ac vents. We opened the door and poked our noses out it made our eyes

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Small playground for kids that was kept clean. Had to switch sites before dropping the trailer because pedestal was wired incorrectly. They came and fixed it the same day. Nice park for a night or two.

The employees and park were nice enough, but they really should disclose the proximity to the bovine feed lots that are nearby. The stench from feces and urine were overwhelmingly horrid! As were the copious amounts of flies that are still in our trailer and tow vehicle days after leaving the park.

We were a bit disappointed in this place, it was accommodating for what we were in town for, but super annoying with hundreds of flies everywhere and the constant smell of poop/sewer. I get people are hooked up to full hookups but so are other places we have been to, and never had an experience like this one. Could not even sit outside.

The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The dog park was a nice size for our dogs. We enjoyed all the green grass and attractive landscaping.

Fort Collins/wellington was stinky and had lots of flys and mosquitos. Did not care for it.

This campground was very much in disrepair. We came in on a 30amp site and had to be moved to a 50amp site because the entire row of sites kept losing electricity. A new circuit breaker was needed.. The pool was closed due to a crack and the laundry machines needed some repairs. Workers were friendly and did not charge us for the move.

The site was level and easy to get in to. We had a 30 amp pull through with full hookup. There seemed to be a lot of long term RV's but the sites were clean and it was quiet. You will smell the cattle lot across the road at night as other reviews mention but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The wifi needs improvement. Nice staff.

This campground was great. Clean restroom, shower, and laundry facilities. The campsites are level and roomy. We have nothing negative to say.
