We had a late check in and finding out cabin wasn't the easiest to find. Our cabin floor didn't seem to have been swept at all before our arrival I even found someone's finger nail on the ground on our last night there. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt sloped to one side. Every employee was so nice and we didn't bring these concerns up in person.

We stayed in a cabin. Mattress needs replaced badly. Was clean and functional. Gene is a great asset to the venue. Plenty of activities. Lake needs fish. Stayed 6 days should have been able to get more coffee and dish soap and toilet paper without paying. Picturesque. Very clean and well landscaped. Looks like owners really care about the property and guests.

We always love staying by the lake because it gives a peaceful atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff is another big reason we chose to stay at KOA!

We love this KOA for all the kids activities, and the beautiful mountain views surrounded by water. The staff is always helpful and the store has anything we may have forgotten.

It was a great stay, our tv didn't work well and our toilet was clogged, maybe adding a plugger in the bathrooms would be helpful. Other than that we loved our stay and the staff was so friendly.

This was the first time that I took my two young sons to a KOA location and they absolutely loved it! We had an amazing experience. The cabin was more perfect for their first time.

I won't be staying in the cabins again since there is a $10 charge for each of my little dogs. I can stay in a hotel with a bathroom for that amount.

The only complaint and only reason that I didn’t give it a 5, is because the heater in the cabin was so loud. It woke me up every time that it came on. Other than that the stay was great!. Staff was very friendly. I would like to stay there again in the summer.

Our cabin was perfect, the hot tub was delightful and not chlorine ridden, loved the fire pit and the lakeview with the foothills. We will be back when we can enjoy the amenities this campground offers!! Staff was always friendly too. Our dog loved the little dog park ��

Upon arriving at Fort Collins KOA, we picked our information up off the board. Went to our cabin and unloaded our things. Needed to use the restroom, we read through the information left for us on the board. The bathroom code was not written down in the info. We called the after hours number that was listed and got a recording saying that the number was either disconnected or changed! No response!

It was very cold and snowy - and we were nice and warm in our cabin. Pathways were shoveled so it made it a little easier to walk my dog. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very disappointed this stay. The cabin my handicap elderly mother was staying froze up and she didn’t have any water. The only suggestion was to move her to another cabin which was fine but we had to pay the higher rate of that cabin. I feel it should have been the same rate we were paying since it was not our choice to have to move. Everyone indicated the cabin we were in should have closed

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the camp grounds were very quiet and dog friendly. We had a nice cabin with a hot tub and fire pit. We will for sure come back again.

Our cabin was cute, quiet, tidy and comfortable. The fan of the heater was pretty loud but we got used to it. We were gone during the day and it was a nice quiet place to spend the night.

Nice location, people enjoy the lake and other activities. Stayed in a well maintained cabin. Curtains didn't fit window properly. Bathrooms near cabins dirty, showers moldy. Well designed with private stalls. Just need more attention to little details. Would be 5 star.

Everything was great. The TV reception could be better but we still had a great time. It was quiet and very relaxing. Just what we needed.

We enjoyed out stay because we were visiting our daughter and family - they live in their RV full time. The lady that checked us in was rude. We asked for an early check in and were told no because the cabin wasn't ready. While we visited at our daughters no one ever went near the cabin before we were called that we could check in. The hot tub did not work properly, and the cabin was dirty!

I was blown away by the quality and amenities of the cabin I rented. Everything you could ever need in a vacation stay, plus a front porch swing! Service was very accommodating to my geriatric dog - the vinyl bunk was perfect as a makeshift bed for him and was the only way he was able to sleep given his condition. Top notch overall

Great location and the fall leaves were so pretty. The camping cabin we stayed in was pretty nice for being a rustic cabin. Loved that there was a fan and heater and unexpectedly a refrigerator. We enjoyed our weekend away,

very misleading about their charges. We told them we had dogs they did not tell us that would be an extra char per dog. There were no sheets in our rustic cabin. At the others we had beds that were already made before we arrived. Then they tried to charge us $20 for sheets. We asked about a place to cook, they said no $15 we will get you a pit very rude and dishonest.booked a lakeside NOT onlake

$1733.36 spent for family camping booked in April for cabins and RV sites to be together and when we checked in we were spread out with one RV site not close to anyone and no customer service at all. And one cabin was not cleaned smelled like something died in it. The bedding smelt like vomit and we lost heat in the middle of the night

Nice location, nice small lake, nice office. Nicely decorated for Halloween. The family bathroom-shower was not clean and smelled of mildew badly. Cabins are very close to each other but nice.

Beautiful campground! Lots of activities for kids and adults. The cabins by the little lake are wonderful. Facilities were clean and the general store has everything you may have forgotten. �

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Nice clean and comfortable campsite. Fast wifi. Stayed in site 68, only bad thing was that a lot of tent campers walked through our campsite, very close to our travel trailer to get to the bathroom.
