We had a great time! Friends in their RV and we rented a cabin. Cabin was great, clean, with a nice little porch and table + 4 chairs for meals and people watching. The path around the lake was lovely, with surprise bits of artwork. The hosts kept us informed about weather and meal options. The only downside - the bathrooms were filthy and aging, time for a refresh on those.

We always enjoy this campsite. It's clean and quiet with lots of activities and close to downtown Fort Collins.

We were traveling with another couple that we had traveled 2300 miles with, we asked if we could be side by side with them, we had purchased meals and planned together as well. We arrived on Thursday (and the camp was NOT full) Again we had asked if we could please be moved, it would have been easy to move another RV to a different site, it still did not happen. We were way in the back not by them

This KOA is one of my favorites- a great range of amenities, fun activities, and a positive camping vibe from the staff and other campers. This location is also super easy access to popular places in Fort Collins without being in the city area.

No better than Average! Bugs me to see owners reaping the profits and not upgrading anything. Bathrooms long, long, past needing a makeover; pool is scaling and looks terrible, with a few Adirondacks but no loungers?? Fee to play mini golf that needs repaired! Lake/pond covered in scum. One of the lesser KOAs we’ve stayed! Staff allowed us to change sites, but we cut our stay short.

All the staff was wonderful to deal with. Best washer and dryers in a very clean laundry room. Very clean bath house. Great location with a nice nearby trail that takes you to Oldtown

We loved the resort but unfortunately it poured rain on Sunday afternoon and we were in site 139 which turned into a lake, literally, our outdoor mat was floating in the water that was rushing through the site. We definitely would not stay in 139 again. It took a while to get the mud off of chairs, mat, bikes, shoes etc We walked and saw a lot of sites did not flood like ours. We will be back.

The check in process was expedient and the staff was friendly. It was very full and at times noisy. It rained during our stay and our site as well as many others did not drain well leaving pools of water we had to navigate around our door entry.

We loved it. Great staff. So many things to do here. Good access to the Koa and rocky national park and other stuff like fort Collins which is a beautiful town. Nice site. Laundry. Lots of amenities. Many other features. Family and pet orientated as well. We’ve stayed at quite a few koa’s and will rate this fort collins lakeside koa at the top of our visits to a koa Would come back!

Park was nice, but not very good grass. Our site had very little grass and some kind of weird bugs crawling out of a huge hole in the ground. Had to take our dogs elsewhere to do their business.

Lovely park! Very relaxing and well staffed. A thought- you might consider adding some additional wi fi zones as the signal was very weak.

No hot water in shower by campsite. No Internet for the 2 days stay. Expensive for what is offered.

This KOA is in decent shape. There were two areas of concern - 1. Most important the picnic table on our site #163 was unusable. The boards are badly warped and very rough. These boards need to be completely replaced. 2 - while the swimming pool was usable, the metal plate on the north side of pool is a tripping hazard and could cut feet. Also, pool needs repainted. Thank you.

We enjoyed the cute little cabin overnight, it was clean and cozy. We enjoyed visiting family members who were also staying in their RV. We appreciate the activities and access to a nicely stocked camp store.

I would have given this a higher rating except for the fact that they wanted to charge us $5 per day for our daughter to visit us. She only visited during the day and did not use any of the facilities!

I appreciate the accommodation of the park for us coming in late in the evening. The setting is amazing near a lake but the gnats and mosquitoes can be a but much late at night during setting up ( Not under yourcontrol). I have fond memories of Colorado and the splendors of the rockies Keep up the good work.

We love Lakeside! We have been numerous times. It does seem as though some of the amenities need some work. Ex: the pond needs to be cleared of extreme seaweed. There aren’t bumper cars anymore, the pools heater is still broke, the putput course needs attention. However, the grounds are very well taken care of, the spots are beautiful and the staff are very nice.

the campground was beautiful, I would give it a 5 star, but the wifi at the campground was terrible, Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not, and the phone service for our att was awful we could barely text but not all went through. So if you want to unplug it's a great place, but if you need internet, plan to head to Starbucks.

Love the campground, especially during the week when less folks are there:) It's always a busy place but that's because there is so much to do and people love it. I like to just take my dogs and relax for a few days. We do lots of walks around the lake.

Ok park, definitely next to a pond and not a lake. I needed propane and was not impressed with the grizzled jerk sent to do it. He needs more than counseling, perhaps a silent retreat at your pond. All in all, facilities are not on par with a holiday rating.

Go here every summer for the family camping trip love the place easy to get to. Nice setting great place for a nice relaxing weekend.

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Nice clean and comfortable campsite. Fast wifi. Stayed in site 68, only bad thing was that a lot of tent campers walked through our campsite, very close to our travel trailer to get to the bathroom.
