The park is great, except for the lack of reliable wifi. I would stay there again, but it’s better to be warned about things like poor wifi ahead of booking .

Just so you know. we live in Fort Collins itself but we really enjoy spending a couple of days at the Lakeside KOA in our Airstream from time to time.. one of our favorite places to "get away", as well as take the younger grandkids camping, and we always meet new people too--- even if it is for a weekend. I enjoyed my stay at the Lakeside KOA. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were maintained and the camp offered fun activities like mini golf and paddle boats to rent. I especially liked the trail around the lake for walking my dog.

Booked a premium hot tub site. It was basically a bathtub. The jets didnt work at all. I was given a WHOPPING $38 refund and told they were ordering new ones. How can they even charge for a premium site when they know it's not working? Disappointed.....

Very nice KOA. Lots of things for the kids to do, and they keep in touch with you about what's going on in the park daily.

Labor Day weekend featured available breakfast at a reasonable cost. Loads of kid activities, bouncy mattress, lake rides, playground, pool to mention a few. Large covered area with tables. Lots of staff looking after the place. Bathrooms were a bit of disappointment but have endured much worse. Large office/store with indoor space, which came in handy given the wacky weather conditions.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location for a stay in Ft. Collins to visit with grandchildren in CSU. The campground offers lots of choices of activities for children. Site are well kept up and roomy with lots of trees. People still drive too fast and stir up the dust. Staff needs to be more aggressive towards these speeders in the park for pedestrian safety. Thanks

A quick trip and needed the ease of check in and set up to get back on the road. Full hookup and level pad made set-up a breeze. Check in to set up to checkout, flawless.

Even though our stay was very short, arrived at 11pm and left at 9am, we later bed everything about this place. Absolutely the BEST KOA, we have ever stayed at. St. Louis used to be the BEST, your KOA blew them out of the water. We will be back very soon, the kids didn’t want to leave.

Lakeside KOA is one of our favorite local places to stay! We visit a couple of time every year! We love the staff and activities that Lakeside has to offer!

Need to upgrade more sites with concrete pads and drives. We were in 114, next to pavilion…..all dirt. Also, fair warning…lots of activities around pavilion…breakfast everyday, dinner sometimes, people park behind your rv. And on Saturday night, live music. Although the music was good, it was very loud. Difficult to watch football. 114 not a good site! Amenities in this park are excellent.

Great experience with added benefits at this KOA. Saturday night band, BBQ and Brews as a great treat and staff so friendly! Loved the extra's including the pool, minature golf, paddle board rentals and many others.

The kids enjoyed. The only issue we had as adults was the camper next to us at # 73 had loud base beating and was not very relaxing and went in 10:15pm. The camp host did come and contact the campers after we notified them. Next morning the same thing happened.

This has to be my favorite KOA Ive stayed at. The campground is beautiful and clean and the staff are awesome . They go out of their way to make your stay fun and enjoyable.

The women's bathroom between the office and pavilion had a light bulb out above the door - had to feel the coding to enter the door. The faucet handle in the shower was hanging on Friday night and then laying on the floor on Saturday. The rest of the campground that we experienced was very nice and well-kept.

When we camp it's to get close to our destination. This time we also spent quite a bit of time having fun at the KOA. It was a fun weekend.

Had a fantastic time with my family. Sadly it was just a short trip but the deluxe cabin was fantastic for a family of four. One Queen bed and two twin bunk beds. They had a great BBQ dinner and a decent band. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They text me information and called to tell me my cabin was ready. I cannot recommend this KOA. I have stayed at numerous KOA’s and

Very nice campground. When we turned into the drive for the campground, it is set back. Almost turned around until I notice the KOA sign. Would most definitely stay again.

We have been here 3 times before and we now think the park is over priced and not up to date with other nicer KOA parks. We asked for a standard site but they said none were available and when we got there we saw many standard sites not occupied.

Best KOA I’ve ever stayed at. Will stay again if I’m in the Fort Collins area. WiFi was great, communication was great, staff friendly, and in spite of the hoards of kids there over the Labor Day weekend, it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

It had great activities if you have kids, though everything cost money. The WIFI was terrible and the sites were close but most KOAs are set up this way. I alsp was disappointed that my daughter who just came to visit had to pay $5 per head not per car. They didn't stay and we didn't use any of the facilities.

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
