Loved the walking trail. Very quiet. The front gate and trees are super narrow for a Class A. We would have rather not be in a site next to a monthly tenant. Stuff all over their grass to where we could almost not get to our hookups or it was all jammed under their trailer. The front desk person was very helpful and pleasant.

Stayed for just over a month while training in Ft Collins. Helped me get the dates required booked, plus we arrived a day early and stayed a day later. Loved the team at this location. A really fun group!

Great KOA with lots of amenities for kids. The majority of the staff were nice except for the young lady checking us in. It was evident she did not want to work there. We reserved our long pull through site almost a year in advance. It was supposed to be a level concrete pad. Site #78 concrete was busted up from tree roots and created a very un-level site. At $100.00 per night, disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and there were tons of activities for kids. The walking trail was great to exercise our dog on leash and the pet area was good for off leash games. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly. Even in late September the campground was full.

Enjoyed our 3 week stay with you. Great location to everything Ft Collins. The staff I met were all great and wonderful. Ms Mary checked me in and also was in the office most every time I went back in to buy something or ask a question. Wonderful fall foliage there and hiking around the lake was an everyday ritual. Lots of activities for the kids and adults plus food truck for the weekends. Thanks

Camper cabin for 5 days, so we could do some mountain biking in the area. Cabin worked out perfect for us, and the showers were fantastic.

Fort Collins/Lakeside was one of the best KOA's we've encountered. Lots to do, Large sites, easy in and out access, close to shopping. Large, commercial laundry and well stocked store. We travel cross country from Spokane to Florida twice a year, and visit many KOA's. This is in the top five.

Staff was outstanding. Sites were very clean and maintained. The pull through sites where we were at were a little close but no problem. Wifi worked ok. Verizon cell service a little limited but it worked for us. Yes we would stay again. We were in a Motor Home.

The people are friendly and helpful. The problem with the campground are the roads. They are mostly dirt, not gravel. When vehicles drive by, at the speed limit, dust flies everywhere.

We (Wife and I) did a weekend get away for our birthdays in our new camper. This place was GREAT it was close enough to things we may want to do but far enough that the kids didn't want to go - not that they could have anyway (this was our weekend). There was so much going on in the campground and they kept us informed of daily activates. Great place to stay!

Lovely resort but if I have to watch an ad before getting wifi then it's not included in the $80/night fee. On the KOA Fort Collins site it should say that you need to watch an ad (provide personal data) to get on the wi-fi. For the price pt, I would expect free wi-fi and for this reason, I can't give 5 stars.

Wash room lock codes changed on last day of stay. When I questioned why I couldn’t get into the bathroom I was told that notice of the change had gone out by email. New code only worked in the washroom at registration building; all the way across the property from my site and having to pass two other washrooms that were locked. No emails or texts were recvd by me or others on my loop.

The campground was nice and well maintained, people were respectful and quiet the whole evening/night. But the tent camping sites are sardined together and it put us uncomfortably close to the person next to us. We almost didn't stay, but we decided it would be fine for just one night.

Our site was too small for a 45 ft coach. It was extremely dusty and dirty. Grounds keepers could do a better job. We wouldn’t recommend this Kia holiday.

Our first night stop on a tour of the Rockies. A great location with excellent staff and facilities, the lakes are a real bonus and the camp is really well laid out.

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Nice clean and comfortable campsite. Fast wifi. Stayed in site 68, only bad thing was that a lot of tent campers walked through our campsite, very close to our travel trailer to get to the bathroom.
