It was ok except we were next to obviously long term stayers. We were not able to hook our stuff up cuz of there stuff all over the place. Hammock etc. Was a good koa but has gone down hill. Need to spread travelers away from long term campers cuz of all there junk.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the camp grounds were very quiet and dog friendly. We had a nice cabin with a hot tub and fire pit. We will for sure come back again.

Although the weather was on the cooler side, the park was great. Only recommendation I have is the washroom floors need to cleaned more often. They were gritty in the feet after a shower

Was very nice campground. Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Only thing that could have made it a perfect stay was if they would have given us a spot NOT next to another RV with family and kids toys. There were dozens of empty spots available Will definitely stay there again

We stayed the week prior and had a wonderful visit. Unfortunately, this last time we had a late check in. We did not receive the bathroom code which made it inconvenient. Also, we picked our dog poop, but saw much more around the campground.

Our cabin was cute, quiet, tidy and comfortable. The fan of the heater was pretty loud but we got used to it. We were gone during the day and it was a nice quiet place to spend the night.

The wifi is very weak . We stayed in two different spots and the Wifi and TV were very un-exceptable.

Nice location, people enjoy the lake and other activities. Stayed in a well maintained cabin. Curtains didn't fit window properly. Bathrooms near cabins dirty, showers moldy. Well designed with private stalls. Just need more attention to little details. Would be 5 star.

Everything was great. The TV reception could be better but we still had a great time. It was quiet and very relaxing. Just what we needed.

Large property, awesome pond walk for dogs. Good individual sites. Easy to pull in and set up. Note: amenities not updated or fresh including bathrooms- showers. Smell and chaulking not professional. “Pickleball” court is not a real court any useless so if pickler, it’s not. Firepits extra cost ( not sure why?). If polished up the place a touch, could be amazing

We enjoyed out stay because we were visiting our daughter and family - they live in their RV full time. The lady that checked us in was rude. We asked for an early check in and were told no because the cabin wasn't ready. While we visited at our daughters no one ever went near the cabin before we were called that we could check in. The hot tub did not work properly, and the cabin was dirty!

Never even made it. Made a reservation with the intention of arriving within 5 hours of doing so. Then, I had my travel trailer tire pop behind our 26ft u-haul in the middle of nowhere. The cancellation policy made it impossible for a refund because I’d made a reservation for the same night. I took the loss knowing they can’t change the policy, but given the circumstances it was very frustrati

I was blown away by the quality and amenities of the cabin I rented. Everything you could ever need in a vacation stay, plus a front porch swing! Service was very accommodating to my geriatric dog - the vinyl bunk was perfect as a makeshift bed for him and was the only way he was able to sleep given his condition. Top notch overall

Love this place, we've been here several times and enjoy it everytime. Had an issue with the hot tub which was resolved quickly. Unfortunately the campgrounds heater tape on the faucet kept tripping the breaker and we woke up to no water on the last morning. I'm sure they will tale care of that too as the staff is super attentive and great people. Already booked our return visit next year.

We were greeted very politely by the lady in the office. Check in was easy. Campground employees were friendly and helpful. Campground is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are immaculate!!

Just an overnight stay at this location but enjoyed the site as it was well kept and nice amenities available.

Very clean restroom. Beautiful rustic tent site (T6) by the lake. Can ride bike to Fort collins on bike trail. Very nice.

Awesome things to do, with the train ride, costume, contest, dance contest, everything about this day was really awesome. We even decorated our site and handed out candy, had a wonderful stay

It would be great to improve your Wifi.. We would like to come more to stay, relax and work. We could barely get it to stay connected and even then, the speeds were sooooooo slow. Other then that, we greatly enjoy this campground and look forward to coming back..

Always a great comfortable place to stay. The staff here puts a lot of effort into this campground to ensure every item is taken care of including clean showers, great wifi connections, and trash pick up right at our sight. We always look forward to staying here. Thanks for all you do.

Beautiful well maintained campground. Sites were fantastic and so were the amenities. Super impressed with all the fun Halloween weekend activities for kids. Will absolutely be back!

It should have been a great time for our family like it has in the past, unfortunately the site next to ours liked to enjoy their pot outside and we were unable to be outside of our RV for long without being inundated by the smell - being an LEO and having 4 young girls with us it wasn’t a good experience. It was an employee site so clearly they were already aware of it so we left a day early.

Great location and the fall leaves were so pretty. The camping cabin we stayed in was pretty nice for being a rustic cabin. Loved that there was a fan and heater and unexpectedly a refrigerator. We enjoyed our weekend away,

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Nice clean and comfortable campsite. Fast wifi. Stayed in site 68, only bad thing was that a lot of tent campers walked through our campsite, very close to our travel trailer to get to the bathroom.
