Every staff member we met was friendly and very helpful!! The park is always clean. The activities are inviting and well attended. The food truck fares were really good. If you have a chance to stay here, do it.

We loved our stay 2 years ago so we were determined to return. We were able to squeeze in one night and were a bit disappointed. Things don’t seem as kept up this visit. For example: playground equipment (wood beams splitting, ropes are tattered), mini golf course has lots of weeds and turf is torn up pretty badly in some spots, no bumper boats, don’t remember the pool being so cold either.

It was very clean and the sites were taken care of. We stayed in the deluxe cabin with a hot tub and it was extremely clean, every single part of it. I also appreciated that the front office was well staffed when we checked in.

Great campground in a great location. Thursday through Sunday you can eat breakfast cooked at the pavilion and see the mountains.

Check in was a little slow, but I understand that new staff just started. The site was easy to find and clean upon arrival. Staff was helpful and considerate. We were surprised a location of this size doesn’t recycle.

Stayed with our family bathrooms were nice and clean . Pond should be clean cannot fish with all the moss. Grass should be cut before customers enters site. And we pay a lot for the site per day/night to charge for paddle boats , mini golf, is ridiculous. Should have atm in store since you cannot get cash back for laundry site.

No internet even using their Wi-Fi. The place is huge but not manicured. Potholes throughout. Crowded. I will say the bathrooms/showers were great. For the amount of money they charge I would expect much more. I travel the country each summer and I will not stay again and would recommend to others not to stay either.

Staff, especially Dee, was extremely helpful with a difficult reservation situation. Grounds well kept, everything there for a lovely family stay. If needing a camp site when traveling in the area would certainly choose Fort Collins KOA.

Once again, we enjoyed our stay at Lakeside KOA very much! Everyone is so friendly and we love everything that Lakeside is offering. Our kids loved all the activities. We feel very comfortable and safe, we love this place. Will definitely come back for many more times!

Really nice facility with great amenities....at the end of the day....it always comes down to the people...and Ft. Collins KOA is blessed with some caring, friendly people....And first time we've experienced a buy one night get the 2nd at half price....I stayed the extra night and really really enjoyed day two.

Sold me a 70-75 foot site that was only 58 ft in length. Talked to the lady at check-in and she told me there is nothing that could be done

Rain water leaked in by A/C unit getting out stuff wet. A/C unit so loud could not use. Fan loose and made loud noise. K07 loud until 2am We stayed at K08. Restrooms dirty and shower handle leak so no pressure. Ones closest to our cabin. Charged $2 for putt putt turf was ripped and debris was all over. turf ripped by cup in #18. VERY disappointed. We have stayed here camping prior to KOA

The weather was not cooperative, but the experience was great nonetheless. Clean campgrounds, friendly staff and a lot to do there.

We loved all the activities! And access to the food truck. So great to ride our bikes everywhere, even into town. My 8yo granddaughter had so much fun!! My only wish is that the pool is heated and there was a public hot tub. I left a review on google as well!

It was our first time at this KOA location and we loved it! One thing I'd like to suggest is looking at adding more umbrellas and a shade structure around the pool area. It was very popular during our visit and we were slinking along the fence to get out of the sun.

Amenities were great! Loved the text messages during our stay. Would love to be able to select our site online (instead of being assigned at check in). Grates on firepits would be appreciated.

Great, friendly staff! Mary at check in was very helpful and kind. All of the facilities were fun and clean. The fishing pond was a hit with my husband and all the kids.

Lot 97 was miserable. It was a muddy mess with children and adults walking through our site in a steady stream to access the bathroom We certainly could have been assigned a different lot, there were lots of vacant sites!!!

We had the deluxe cabin. It was wonderful. The hot tub was great for my teen daughters to use after a long day in the car. The beds were comfy. It was amazing having a stove and microwave so I didn't have to grill. We were able to cook a simple supper, enjoy tv and enjoy our own bathroom as well. The service was great. We would absolutely stay again.

My kids did not want to leave! The playground was enclosed, massive, and had something for my 11 year old down to my 2 year old. The pizza and wings were a huge hit with our family. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The bathrooms were kept clean the entire time. Only downfall was the electric tent pad was a smidge smaller than our tent. Such a great time!

We had a great time at Lakeside. The checkin process was easy and the staff were great. The boys loved fishing, the pool and renting the pedal carts, and the gold panning bags were full of awesome rocks. It was so convenient to have firewood delivered right to our site as well. We look forward to our next visit!

Always a wonderful stay, but the mosquitoes this season have been horrendous with the standing water at some of the parking spots. Our deck was also warped to the point people had tripped and got scuffed up from it. Could use some attention to small things as such, but overall it's a great place to visit.

Little disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the park compared to our last stay 5 ish years ago. Back then we paid $60/night and didn't have to pay for mini golf, paddle boats, and bikes. Now paying $100+/night and have to pay for the amenities that used to be included. Can't say we'd be back again for sure or not, but definitely a bummer this time around.

We came in late and they texted me the wrong bathroom code. We could not use the facilities until the office opened. Office personnel did not seem to care. The park itself was nice though.

Wi-Fi is listed as an amenity, however, the speed measured at my spot was 3Mb/s. The latency was so slow no page would open. Every attempt to use Wi-Fi would time out. I expected to be able to use Wi-Fi as it was advertised, but ended up having to take time off work instead. I couldn't use the library because there was a homeless individual sleeping in there. Security needs addressed!!!

Our lakeside cabin was great. The pool area is not inviting for people who want to lounge and hang out. Very few chairs, hot cement all around with some astroturf and only 1 small umbrella. The rec room is outdated and smells. This KOA could use more scheduled activities and a feeling of fun for the kids.

Big rainstorm left our site with a puddle that would not drain and we had to build a bridge to get out of our camper. Otherwise it was great!

This was our 2nd stay at Fort Collins. More shade is needed around the pool. Some of the amenities should be free to the people who are staying there, like putt putt golf, paddle boats. The bathrooms are in need of cleaning, it looks like there were just hosed down. the one by the office is great, the others not so much. These recommendations would be an improvement. Overall, it is nice.

Had a great family get away. Lot's of activities for them to enjoy and keep them busy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
