The front of the cabin could definitely use some repair. It’s either rotted wood or t termites. We stayed in the one right next to the dog park. It let the sewage smell out front under cabin. Otherwise this was a very nice koa.

Nice KOA. Good central location. Our site with the patio was very nice. Enjoyed the walk around the lake. Only downside was the amount of pot holes on their roads through out the campground.

Nice park, lots of activities for kids. Can be a little dusty but easy access in and out. Equipment on rv sites could be updated but overall a good place to stay and have access to location activities. Friendly staff.

Stayed 10 days loved every minute of it. Were there for the rodeo in Cheyenne. It was clean, quite and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan on staying there again next year.

Very clean campground with lots of amenities! Had an issue with our camper and Chad helped us with the problem! Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Thank you Chad!

Really great place. We had a basic Kabin and it was very clean and the site was well maintained. The walking trail around the pond has lots of little surprises. We had thunderstorms so we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but it did look fun!

Lakeside overcharged and under diverted. Closer to a rundown trailer park than an RV park. Private hot tubs were disgusting and they were not able to fix ours while we were there.. camp site with staff working in it to no avail and only gave a $40 per night discount when clearly online the hot tub was a $45 upgrade. NEVER again! We will review accordingly

I was there for 10 days. People were friendly and things were clean. We got there and the AC did not work good. They immediately replaced it with another and all was good. I highly recommend staying in this location!

Everything was great about the camp site. The pool area needs a lot of work. They do not have enough chairs or umbrellas. The paint is peeling or the liner is peeling in the little pool and big pool! Other than that everything else was great

Very clean well kept campground. The roads are easy to navigate and our spot was spacious. We really enjoyed the text messages to let us know what activities were occurring. My grandson liked the free train rides. I would recommend this campground.

Site in need of repair . Deck boards loose . Fence paint peeling. Paid extra for a deluxe site , honestly not worth the money. Staff pleasant however

The facility and staff were good but the price was too high. If we return to Fort Collins we’ll probably look for a less expensive RV park.

We stayed three different ways in one night. RV , Tent and Camper cabin. A great way to have a sleepover together with family/ grandkids. We are already planning another KOA adventure.

The park was very well taken care of and the staff very friendly & helpful. It is large and a very family friendly RV resort. The food truck was available for breakfast and dinner, which is a very nice option. We were traveling in a 34 ft travel trailer and had plenty of space. We were traveling with 2 large dogs, it was very dog friendly.

Great little hidden resort near ft collins co. Lots of activities to keep family busy. There is a food truck on-site that serves great breakfasts and pizzas. Would recommend this resort to anyone and look forward to coming back.

It was fine except the wifi was non existent! We all have cell phones and other devices we NEED WIFI! Then we can relax!

Absolutely fabulous! Everything is clean, well run, amenities galore for adults and kids, everyone seemed to be having a good fun time (even the staff), there's so much for kids to do, and so many activities (bingo, games, art, scavenger hunts, etc.). My tent camp site was shaded and right on the lake. I promise you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful park with great amenities and one of the best laundry rooms I have ever used! Great location to stay if you are going to Cheyenne Frontier Days and Fort Collins downtown area is just plain cool!

Nice campground and we had a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a huge thunderstorm which did some damage to one of my awning arms. I inquired about if the maintenance shop had a vise and one of the staff members took me there and I was able to get the arm straightened to a point where I could close it and make it home. Thank you for the help, much appreciated!

Great clean cabin. Minor issues with bathroom- water ran in tank entire stay, no cold water at sink and hand rowel rack falling off wall. Too busy to try hot tub. Great breakfast at food truck.

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
