A beautiful location but the bed mattresses need to be rotated, major depression in the mattress that was not comfortable.

Restrooms were not cleaned regularly. The explanation for that was poor

We clean our restrooms daily. It was raining during your stay and it is difficult to control the mud that get tracks in daily. We do our best to provide clean restrooms at all times.

My first night was in cabin 3. I was concerned that there wasn't a light on the stairs down to the bathroom at night and it was raining so could be slippery. The 2nd stay was in cabin 4. I liked it better for bathroom situation as did not have to tackle the stairs; however, the tv didn't work. I will probably request a reservation in October for cabin 4 or 5 because of the bathroom situation.

The path leading down from the parking area to the cabin was very uneven and I’m my opinion not very safe. The description of overlooking the lake was technically correct however the view from our Kanin (2) was blocked by the trees. Staff was great and campground was convenient though.

Pretty tall trees in campground. Friendly staff. Free chocolate chip cookies. Restrooms were warm and clean. Need updated tvs and better Wi-Fi. Need better drainage on sidewalks in front of cabins. Window blind needs to be fixed in cabin #14. Should allow pets in lodges. Lots of walkable areas and there is a small dog run.

Always a wonderful place to stay! We did have a large family group next to us that were very loud late into the night with music, chairs all over the sidewalk to the bathroom (blocking the path and areas around), loud music blaring from the minute we got there until late in the night. Very very frustrating and didn’t have the best experience because of that though.

We were passing through and only stayed for 1 night in a camping cabin (no bathroom...just beds and bring your own linens). Cabin was clean and faced the lake, the restrooms were close. We were given 2 warm cookies at check in!! My only complaint is, for this day, they did not have Wi-Fi or cable available. We will return, sits right off of Hwy 75, easy to get to without losing travel time.

The deluxe cabin was clean, comfortable, and very nice. I will stay here again. Easy check in and out, very nice people. Vest place to stay in Forsyth GA. Ran out of hot water during my shower, but I was done anyway.

It makes me sad to see how the cabin I stayed in has been cared for. The blinds were broken exactly as they were a year ago. I had to clean the bathroom before I used it… The fan had dust a half inch thick on the blades. It’s like no one cares. When I mentioned the blinds …I was told others keep breaking them…exactly as they were a year prior?Do better Forsyth KOA. I do not plan on returni

Kind of difficult getting into camping cabin. We came in at night in the rain. Took us a long time to find. The steps were hard to get up to so had to walk in clay. The up front people were very nice and helpful in the morning check out. Just need more markings on roads.

We took our Grandchildren camping on Labor Day weekend and they had a good time, they never want to leave they really enjoyed the there selves and they loved the outdoors adventure!!

It is our favorite KOA! Everybody is friendly and kind and the restrooms are super clean. We look forward to coming back! Many ammenities including minigolf, a clean swimming pool, gem mining, paddle boats and the area is safe and beautiful! We love it!State parks around animal sanctuary, shopping, museums and history. Great location too. Thank you for everything you do to make our stay memorable!

Cabins were clean, but musty smelling. Steps up to porch on cabin 13 are trip worthy due to not being even sizes. Sidewalk incline/decline to cabins is slippery when wet. Wi-if isn’t very good. Over all had a good stay. Pond was pretty and was nice to sit on the porch to watch the ducks and other birds.

Cabin was very dirty as in when we got in bed our socks were black from the floor, the table was sticky, the blinds were very dusty, and the cabin smelt like weed when we checked in. The bathhouses were disgusting. Toilet brush just laying on the ground. Roads are very tight and sites looked unlevel. TV and WiFi didn't work. Staff were pretty nice. Wont stay here again.

I didn’t realize that the cabin I was assigned to didn’t have parking at the cabin. I am handicapped and have a scooter but the path was too steep. I should have let them know about my disability when I made the reservation. I have stayed here before and just not aware of the parking for this set of cabins.

We stayed in a cabin. Our bathroom trash wasn’t cleaned out and the AC/fridge had been turned off. Didn’t seem to be overly clean. And the TV channels didn’t work. We contacted the main office and they made it right by coming right away to change the trash and fix the fridge/AC. But still disappointing

Only 2 bathrooms near cabins, one was closed for several days with several cabins filled. checked in on Saturdayand bathroom did not get cleaned until Monday when i asked a worker. I've stayed at MANY Koa's as I am a reward member and the cleanliness was not to par and pool closed very early.

We always enjoy our stay in one of the cabins. However this time the cabin we were given has a huge gap between the door and the door frame so to keep bugs abs mosquitos out we had to shove a towel in the gap. Other than that everything was great.

Ok for overnight stay. Cabin is in need of new blinds and toilet needs to be worked on as it runs unless you giggle the handle.

Cabin #K-5. Positives: Location, Price, Clean cabin, Bathroom clean & close, Lots of restaurants near, Very friendly staff, Free coffee in the office & they brought a box with 2 big & delicious cookies as a gift. Negatives: Supposed to have Wifi & TV, but cabin in dead zone so no Wifi or TV channels. Had to go up to road above cabin to connect. Light above bathroom drew wall of bugs to pass thru.

Well when we got there the power was off and it was 94° in the room. Had to wait for it to cool off. The TV never worked and neither did the wifi. The bathrooms by the cabins were absolutely disgusting and full of bugs alive and dead. Last year we stayed in the deluxe cabin and the ac was broken and dripped down onto the TV and the bed we slept in. So no TV & a wet bed all night. Just not kept up

At first our stay was very lovely. Then after a few days of staying it was just annoying. Workers constantly stared and watched you and would sit behind our cabin and try to eavesdrop on us and if we went outside they hurry an left. No one ever took our trash we walked it to the cans every day. They made me move everything to a new cabin an rushed me meanwhile no one came to the cabin for 3 days.

The campground is quite massive which is interesting to see for a Journey. The lobby/checkin' building was very nice and they have pizza delivery which is always amazing. The cabins were nice but the bathrooms near them were total garbage. One toilet never stopped running, there was toilet paper all over covered in what we hoped was mud. The walls were warped and overall horrible shape.

While the Cabin was small it was enough for us and our small dogs. However I would like to know why all cabin's for pets are Dry cabin's ? I do not see why having a small dog should have any bearing on having a bathroom.

Rustic cabins need a deadbolt type lock to feel belongings are more secure when leaving and when sleeping. The simple doorhandle lock that is there is too easy to pick and open Bathrooms need a little work - maybe ;eave some bug spray and a mop in there for client upkeep between cleanings. More hooks for towels and clothes would help.

We camped here for one night on our way back from Florida. Upon arrival we were greeted by the office workers and offered warm cookies. We were also escorted to our site which was nice. We ordered pizza from the on-site pizza place and it was affordable and really good. We will stay here again on our way back from Florida next spring. Only negative is that the roads are very narrow in the park which could cause a problem if 2 big campers are trying to go opposite directions at the same time.

Nice Camp thanks for the stay. Fabulous chocolate chip cookies at registration WOW! We'll be back just for them. Wi-Fi was great Despite assurance at the registration desk, I had to disconnect to level our camper in our not-so-level pull thru spot Chicken wings (both bone-in and non) were not very good.
