We loved the site! It was quiet peaceful and a very nice place to spend a few days. We liked it so much we are returning for a few more days later in the summer.

Definitely a great value for a transient stay. No frills but has the basics. No cable. Very nice and large pull through sites. Pool and restaurant next door were nice.

Online registration was easy . We only could stay one night, but check in was great, loved the bears in the lobby, the front desk clerk was EXCEPTIONAL, the site was level, clean, and well maintained. We will be back!

This is such a peaceful place to stay, very family oriented. Surrounded by lots of places to eat if you don't want to cook every meal.

We love this campground! It is beautiful, clean, quiet and close to Sutton Lake where there is plenty to do. We just wish there were a few more things for the kids at the playground but we know this is often the difference between a KOA Journey and a KOA Holiday. We will stay here again!

Too many very steep hills and valleys from the interstate to the site. The entrance to Days Inn to register is not clearly marked on the outside of the long building that has 3 entrances. Dangerous blind curve when leaving the Days Inn parking to return to the interstate.

Only One shower per gender. No sink to wash dishes. You have to check in at the hotel at the top of the hill. Standing in line with the hotel guest. No Only saw two trash cans to put your trash.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

For most KOA Journey campgrounds guests will hang their waste on the hook designated to each site. Our kampground does have trash cans located in our bathhouse as well as a compactor on site at the hotel. I apoligize for any inconvenienc with showers. We will look into upgrading.

Great park! Quiet. Relatively level sites. Lots of opportunities for riding an Ebike. If you are a beast, you can ride in manual mode. We would stay again.

Just a very cool CG. Lots of space. Seemed to be 3 or 4 levels of campsites with good elec., water and sewer. No cable and only 2 channels of air TV. Not sure of the amenities, we didn't care as it was just an overnight. Well kept. One of the nicest CG layouts that we have ever been too. Big amphitheater, what for ? Clean restrooms. Would stay here again.

Very hilly. Bathrooms not convenient. Never did find the dumpster. Girls softball next door was loud. Setting in the hills is very pretty.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do not have a designated dumpster for the campground but we will kindly collect any waste you have if you hang it up on the hooked pole next to each campsite. Thank you for the information.

Overnight only. Many pull-thru sites. Long enough for RV and toad. Some sites had trees, others were in open. Areas spread out from each other and on different levels so upper areas not close to laundry, restrooms or playground. No camp store as check in is at Days Inn. 2 pools available at motel. Area was clean.

Odd way to regester for your stay. Only 1 bathhaouse for all of campsites. NO running water in sinks. shower room VERY VERY spliipery when wet

We were here for one night. I wish it would have been longer. We stayed in the back part and it was so peaceful. The grounds are well kept. We did not use the facilities so we can not speak on that. This would be a great getaway campground. We hope to return for a longer trip. A must stop along the way.

Spent a week here visiting family in the area. Clean well manicured campground. Friendly staff. Full hookup site, all worked well, drive through. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views.

This place is gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. It was so nice to walk to water and woods restaurant and the food there was good. Would definitely recommend

This is a smallish RV Park in proximity to a Days Inn, and an Amphitheater. The full hookup pull through gravel sites are off asphalt access roads, and mostly level. The convenient hookups are modern, and functioned properly. No cable tv, 3 OTA stations (PBS), and a big sky for satellite, their included WiFi was mostly okay, but did not always provide a reliable signal - Verizon cell service is good. Not much of a destination, it is a good overnight - check in at the Motel, and travel down the hill to your site. Good clean bathrooms, and free ice - bonus.
