Very nice park. Great location, well Treed with mountain as background while only 1/2 mile from a mall and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Washrooms were clean and very functional.

Tired and run down facilities. Over priced, especially for what you get. You pay full price even though the advertised amenities are closed for the season. This is a good example of what a KOA should not be or how a run down KOA can get.

The staff were helpful grounds were clean.My biggest complaint and this has happened to me before is that quiet hours are NOT enforced when campers decide to play music out loud

Flagstaff KOA was clean, quaint, and super cute! The check-in process was seamless and the location was very easy to find. I will definitely be choosing KOA again in the future.

The staff is amazing. Grounds well kept. Bathrooms n showers always clean. Landry room is a plus asking with fully stocked camp store... Did tent camping for two months. We will be back. Highly recommended for families. Convienent to grocery stores and gas stations.... 10/10� Lynch Family

Our only issue was that your office staff rudely shut down in front of us at 7:55pm without even an acknowledgement. We were fine with self-registry but found that quite rude.

As with most, KOA, as I’ve stayed out in the staff was very kind and professional. The facilities were very clean and up-to-date. I will plan on staying here again!

This KOA is excellent. Grounds perfect. Staff awesome. Incredibly helpful friendly super nice. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Very safe feeling. Family oriented. Love it so much headed back for another two weeks. We are tent campers and just loved this KOA!!!!

Paid for a campsite with water and power, got there in the afternoon and someone had taken over our campsite. Company didn't do anything about it just told us to move to another campsite without power or water, but no change in the fee. The campsite was very clean and the tent pad was nice, but not made for large tents.

Quick overnight stop to recharge before a long days drive back to San Diego. This is a favorite stop for me to get a good hot shower, be close to restaurants and gas, and have a safe place to sleep.

The camp site was fine, the utilities rather old. Bathrooms conveniently placed for the RV campers who already have bathrooms and not so convenient for the tenters. Noise level was like nothing I have ever experienced. Traffic, sirens, construction...all night long. We thought this was a forested camping area per the web site...it is, but it's not. Staff were friendly.

Great staff. Staff out on the grounds helped me tremendously. Their help allowed me to have firewood for a cold couple of nights. Location is noisy for me, yet in a good location for local site seeing and shopping. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Great for all travelers!!!

Clean campsite and polite staff. Bathrooms were clean and functional. The KOA is nicely wooded. Site was very noisy all night with traffic noise and low flying helicopters, that made it hard to sleep in a tent.

Cons: It’s closer to the freeway than I’d like so it didn’t sound like camping. There wasn’t privacy between neighbors and getting into the parking lot was a challenging left turn. Pros: bathrooms were super clean, flushing toilets and warm water were awesome, the staff was lovely and the general store proved helpful

Easy to find campground, near all conveniences, but nice & quiet. There is a beautiful mountain towards the back with some walking paths. I would recommend this KOA to any campers.

This was one of the best places I've camped at. Plenty to do for the kiddos if you have them. I don't but I'd love to camp here in the snow. The off season is perfect and quiet if you love that.

We went on an RV trip from Denver to Phoenix. We stopped in Flagstaff after the Grand Canyon. We didn't have a reservation but the staff got us in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and nice. Sara was especially awesome. She got us some fire wood for our grill that was left behind and checked on us later in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this KOA!!! Thank you so much!

This is my first time staying at a KOA campground,price is a little bit higher than others but their service is great. The space is large enough for privacy and personal activity around the trailor.
