Very friendly and helpful staff! The first site we were given was so uneven that after an hour of trying we couldn’t get our RV to level. I went back to the office and was immediately given another, better site. We were very happy with the new site and we enjoyed our stay.

They gave me a rv site that was not level side to side. It took me about 25 minutes to get set up. There were two better sites right near ours that would have been easier to setup in. The restrooms are small and dated. This campground is in a nice location. Very pretty there.

Our stay was brief, about 14 hours (one night), which was booked in advance. We reserved the wrong night (our mistake) but the Flagstaff KOA staff was able to accommodate us. Except for not having a very level site (105), our stay was just fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet campground. Very good location for visiting area attractions. Close to gas station and groceries. Most of the campsites are not level, however, so you have to work at getting your rig leveled. Laundry room was clean, though a number of machines had out of order signs. We stayed a week with a 31" class C motorhome.

I do have a suggestion ~ move your dog play areas away from each other ~ the shared fence creates fence fighting ~ opposite ends of the park would be ideal ~ I noticed an old man scrambled to catch his dog when a much larger & younger dog lunged charged the fence ~ the younger lady with the much larger dog was able to pull her dog away towards the kids playground &the older man quickly exited

We had reserved a site at the Flagstaff KOA. On our way from Albuquerque, we had a mishap that took out our sewer system. We called Flagstaff KOA and told them our problem and that we needed to be relocated to a site that was near a restroom, as we no longer had the use of our facilities. KOA Flagstaff was able to accommodate our needs and put us in a beautiful site near a rest room.

Site 21 near the entrance was unexpectedly quiet, probably because of the empty sites surrounding us. Wi-Fi is excellent. Trash cans easily accessible and emptied daily. The electrical box cover was not securely attached and fell off. The firepit was not cleaned out and surrounding area had lots of ash. Had to request firepit be cleaned out. Chairs were dirty and I had to clean them.

The staff was friendly but not "eager to help." The women's bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade. The sink area was ok but the showers are horrible. The shower curtains had mold so, not sure if they have ever been washed. The site itself was so uneven that we had a hard time leveling the trailer. And yes, we are experienced campers so that wasn't the problem.

Positives: Employees were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Typically, when I saw them, they were in the process of helping guests, or keeping the location clean. Negative: The electrical box at my site 96, looked like it was only being held togther by the wiring itself, and not the box. Bathrooms, while actively being cleaned, could go for a makeover.

We stayed for 4 nights from Oct 13-17, Everything was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful and especially big compliments to the store/office staff. We saw different people because we were in there at different times of the day over our stay and all were excellent. Love the little train!!!

We were placed in a pullthru site that was suppose to include sewer and cable. Cable had been kicked in and sewer blocked off. Could not pull thru site to leave because of tree and narrow road. Had to back out. Worse Koa we have ever stayed in

Just returned from our second stay there. We will definitely be back! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the park is clean and it’s a short drive to NAU! Looking forward to our next visit!

Pine needles should have been cleaned up the day of our arrival. I understand that more would fall; but our site had a ton of them and they can be slippery.

The campground is not bad the staff was friendly and nice. The reason for the low rating is there is not enough lighting at night by the bathrooms by the big pillow. Also the pavers are uneven dangerous day or night. The washer I used had a lot of dirt in it and some kind of pieces of material in it so I had to wipe it out before I used it.The bathroom was ok but shower and the curtains had milde.

Staff friendly and helpful. Had left a step stool at camp site. Was able to call and pick up later in day. Nice to have trials nearby without having to unhook!! Bathrooms older, but clean! Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately the space they put us in was not level at all. After driving 400 miles all we wanted to do was set up and relax. After 1.5 hours of trying different avenues of trying to level our trailer we gave up. They gave us other options, but the distance between the sites was do narrow we couldn’t even get into them. Finally we got a site that we were able to set up. It was frustrating.

If I had anything bad to say about this KOA I would. But I can’t! Facilities have always been great. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Only thing I wish someone could fix is the entry into the grounds when north bound on highway 89. A turn signal light would make it easier and safer to get in. Can be a challenge if south bound traffic is heavy.

Upon entering the office, was not greeted by either of the 4 persons working. I had questions regarding the cable, was given short, curt answer. Advised the office closed at 8pm; when i called, twice, before 8pm. no answer just machine to leave message. First time at a KOA and was not impressed and have no plans to return to Flagstaff KOA, possibly no other KOAs either.

Your staff was helpful. I am disappointed with the reservation system. I do not appreciate feeling manipulated. Online the reservations showed a different picture than was reality. We way over paid for services that we did not need because the system said there were no sites available that met our request. Poor customer service as a company.

My favorite of 124 KOA campgrounds. Camp under pine trees in the valley below Elkin Mountain with two side-by-side dog parks cleaned frequently. Spacious sites with friendly staff and campers. Vast BLM land trail system outside the back gate for the finest hiking I've seen in several years. Great restaurants in town and well staffed camp store. Passworded internet. Cool temps at 7,000'

Good locations and nice staff. Hard to reach via phone. Feedback is that for the sites with long term residents to maintain better. Our first trip thru was a nice site but on the return looked at beat up rigs and overgrown. Wish the breakfast place was open considering the campground was filled. Kids loved the pillow and the train. thank you!

Very friendly & helpful staff; would be glad to stay here again. Park has relaxing setting with plenty of trees, in contrast to other KOAs with mostly concrete & asphalt. However, some RV parking slots are so close together it’s a bit challenging to navigate with longer trailers. Could also be improved by addition of another dog park on/near opposite end from existing Kamp K9.

The RV sites were primitive and minimally maintained, but serviceable. The restroom/ shower facilities were older but well maintained and cleaned. Need more restroom/ shower facilities for a park having nearly 200 spaces. Nice park setting, very attractive views.

Booking on the website was super easy. The staff was so helpful. We loved all the amenities for kids who have been cooped up in a vehicle all day.

Very nice layout. Sites were spread out. There were trees and a picnic table. The restrooms and laundry were clean. We asked to change our site because of the slope. The woman in the office was very helpful and accommodating. The camp is very close to shopping, gas and propane fill up. We would definitely recommend this campground

We had an amazing time staying for 3 nights at KOA flagstaff during our spring break. Place was well organized, staff super friendly and kind and the giant pillow was great!

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.
