This is my 2nd time staying here. We love the sites, cable, clean bathrooms and the staff.

Location of the KOA itself is nice, hidden, in the mountains. The con to that is it’s hard to spot from the road. The reception staff was not the most welcoming. The campground can use some sprucing as it is evident from the grown out weeds, disabled cars, and patched up trailers that there are people living there that dont care about appearances. I will probably pass this KOA next time.

Our site was terribly uneven and we stayed tilted all night long. Just don't understand why dirt sites cannot be leveled. We barely fit and would appreciate the large rocks at the end of the site be moved. Leaving the site was a real challenge. Was grateful that the site in front of us was vacant so that we could turn out easier. Someone was in our site. Ladies in the office were very nice.

Very tight for a 45’. Will not go back..the staff gal was very pleasant however…there should be rules for cars to make clear passage way when entering and exiting and watch for the rocks that separates each spot…

Campground clean. Restrooms had slight moldy smell but seemed clean. Showers are dated and small. Warm not hot water and low shower heads and water volume but were clean and serviceable

Appreciated: (1) the little loop path thru the trees to walk our dogs, (2) clean bath house, (3) very friendly & helpful staff. Not so much: (1) tiny shower stalls, (2) sardines-in-can site spacing, (3) didn't feel comfortable walking alone in some areas of the campground.

The staff are super nice, but for the price per night it’s a bit run-down. It sits next to residential homes where dogs bark at all hours of the day non-stop and it seems that a handful of campers are there permanently making it feel less like fun families and more like a trailer park. Just not the normal KOA experience for families camping for a weekend.

Definitely needs more up keep.. Had to dig through piles of leaves to get sewer … and clean up our own site.. Other then that it was ok…

This campground needs to be updated. I like the old style flavor of this campground with the trees and vegetation but most of the sites are too narrow and the roads are narrow and inadequate for large RVs. Roads, bathrooms and sites need to be updated. Convenient location and nice staff make it ok. My site was so tight that if the site in front of me wasn’t vacant I would have been stuck!

It had everything you'd need for an RV. There are plenty of other things for pets and kids as well.

It was a squeeze with tight turns and narrow roads, we made it, but had to dodge some trees as well. Nice park and amenities, just a bit snug for our big rig.

We had a wonderful stay but due to mechanical issues we had to cut our short. Beautifully wooded campground, large level site, good water pressure. We’ll definitely be back so we can explore!

lovely setting with ponderosa pines, crisp clean air, and a big mountain! spaces are a tad cramped. Looks like a fun place to stay while on vacation. wish we had more time to enjoy it.

One way roads are not well marked and not fond of getting yelled at by heavy set woman with smokers voice for going the wrong way. Good overall stay and would stay there again

Park is quite old and that’s ok but it’s not well maintained. We have a 37’ Super C and were pulling a car. Pads are small, i.e. built 50 years ago for much smaller rigs. Pad wasn’t close to level - off in both plains. Water spigot was bent. Weeds on either side of the site. Electrical box - all breakers were in the on position upon arrival. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

We were only here one night, so hard to give a comprehensive review. Staff at desk was very friendly and accommodating. Sites are close together, to be expected from an older park. Primo -- excellent -- top ten Internet and Cable! Very pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. I didn't use the bathhouse so can't comment on that. There are a lot of trees so you feel like you're in the woods. The National monuments are an easy drive away. Groceries and fuel are very close.

I think the campground is poorly maintained. Our 5th wheel is 41 feet and we barely fit in the site, 171 which was also very unlevel. Also because of the large boulders to the left if the made it hard to get out, luckily the site in front of us was empty so we were able to pull thru.

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.

My sure was not level, I needed to back in and then my cord wasn't long enough to plug in. The showers could have been a little cleaner, but were ok; plenty of hot water and decent flow rate.
