The staff was amazing! Our truck we tow our camper with needed to be worked on. The staff worked with us and let us have an open reservation until we could leave. Thank you!

This was the friendliest staff at KOAs we have seen. They were all 3 very positive and helpful. We were having mechanical issues and arranged for a technician to come fix the issue. He showed up as we were checking in and had the issue resolved in about 45 minutes. Your staff didn’t have anything to do with that but what impressed me was they saw how the tech respond and wanted his contact infor

Beautiful scenery, loved the dog runs and hiking loop, people and other campers were very nice, The food service was a wonderful surprise �ϋ�

Appreciate staff being there 8:15pm. We showed up without notice looking to sleep for 6 hours; park was near full but staff cheerfully found us a spot. Thank you!

It was below freezing and the bathrooms had lots of warm air blowing. Very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. The park has lots of staff going around on their electric carts to make sure the campground is kept clean and safe.

Most of the campground is full of people living there full time and those living there full time are messy. We also didn’t like that you couldn’t park your truck and camper In the same space.

The sign is ridiculously hidden from the street, The person on duty did not know whether it was south or north..... The instructions were given to landmarks unknown to visitors. There is no way anyone can see the sign its 60 feet back in a field of pine tree's.... as your person says "it might be hard to see" i would say 100% impossible.

Excellent location. Ladies up front checked us in and escorted us to our site since it was pitch black out. All hookups worked flawlessly. Site 179 is unlevel side to side so make sure you have equipment to get your rig level (I needed tongue jack pads stacked to drive on top of with the tire). A lot of the amenities were closed due to the temp and the snow but an excellent experience nonetheless.

The only negative part is the internet at the campsite is not great. Then again, we should be camping to disconnect. LOL.

We enjoyed a two night stay in this excellent facility. The quiet, wooded setting with complete facilities was enhanced by its excellent internet connectivity and a staff that was extremely helpful. I would have to say this was one of our FINEST KOA experiences. Thanks for asking...

Fantastic staff outstanding kept us up the date with road and weather conditions. While snow blizzards were occurring. Worked with us on our delay in getting into our stall. Had everything plowed open. The snow pushed away kept us up-to-date continually throughout the day of water freeze condition and turn off and turn on to prevent freeze and rupture of water systBeautiful campground Great crew.

Overheard Serena at the front desk complaining about having to live in a “red city” implying Republican or Conservative city. This is ironic because I would imagine MANY of KOA’s customers fall in Serena’s “red” bias group. I found this offensive as I walked in for check-in. You may want to coach her to keep her political opinions to herself if you want repeat customers to Flagstaff

Great KOA, love the facilities and service. The grounds are very well kept and service is top notch. Roads/spaces are a little tight but manageable. Would definitely stay here again.

The person working in the office was absolutely fantastic! Just felt for an icey campground with no amenities, it was way too much money.

We arrived at Flagstaff KOA under a light snow fall. The staff was super friendly and guided me to my campsite. We were scheduled for 2 nights. We woke up to 8" of snow. The staff was doing a fantastic job of plowing and shoveling the pathways. We asked to cancel our 2nd night and they refunded our money and plowed our site so we could get out. We will come back again.

Nice playground and dog parks and easy pull in with our pull through spot. Loved all the pine trees for the ambiance. Clean showers and restrooms. We had a issue that needed vehicle repair and luckily it was not high season so the staff were very courteous about our departure time.

Staff was friendly, sites were decently spacious, area was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we showed up prior to it snowing and weren't able to experience as much as we wanted but the staff helped us tremendously and we are very grateful. We would recommend.

Came in late and headed out early. Trains and plane noise do exist but didn’t find it bothersome. One of the best KOA stores around! Check out the mariachi band in front!

I was moved 3 times, first site extremely unlevel, water hook up over 25 feet away. Second site extremely unlevel, same water issue. Third site was better level wise, but it was so close to the trees we had to back out of a pull thru site. I would not recommend if you have anything bigger than 25 feet, super thin roads and difficult to navigate with a large rig. Positive is good wifi

Sites are so small, muddy can't use a roll out mat. My wife has a hard time walking around. Asphalt on the roads barely wide enough for trailer, very tight turns it just looks run down for the amount they charge per night. Not up to KOA standards.

Your campground was beautiful, but I couldn't stay. Not your fault, but mine. I don't have a heater in my minivan and it was too cold. I will come again when it is warmer.

Very convenient. Flagstaff was our turn around point for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. This was the first time staff came to a site, picked up my propane bottles filled and returned them. Very much appreciated. I do wish the dump station was leveled/ graded properly for dumping. Dog park was very satisfactory. Like always check in was quick and easy.

This was one of the best places I've camped at. Plenty to do for the kiddos if you have them. I don't but I'd love to camp here in the snow. The off season is perfect and quiet if you love that.

We went on an RV trip from Denver to Phoenix. We stopped in Flagstaff after the Grand Canyon. We didn't have a reservation but the staff got us in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and nice. Sara was especially awesome. She got us some fire wood for our grill that was left behind and checked on us later in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this KOA!!! Thank you so much!

This is my first time staying at a KOA campground,price is a little bit higher than others but their service is great. The space is large enough for privacy and personal activity around the trailor.
