We had a good stay. The staff is very friendly. However, the camp has seen better days. It is very run down. Overgrown vegetation between sites, poor road conditions, crumbling hard spots. The sewer pipe was broken. Dumping cannot be good for the environment. I think we’ll stay elsewhere from now on.

Enjoyed the quick check in. The campgrounds were very neat and clean. The staff were polite and friendly. We only stayed one night since we were heading home but it was peaceful and quiet.

Pretty a well kept up campground. We really appreciated the facilities for young kids. Several interesting things to do in the area.

We always enjoy the campground. Restrooms are clean. Our dog loves to run free in the dog runs. Great family campground.

As usual the campgrounds and staff are wonderful but.......the last two times ( 4th of July and Labor Day ) a group of people ( appear to be of different cultural origin) took over my picnic table ( spot 100 ) and half of my tent sites saying it was " shared site" and last weekend partied til 2am with small children yelling until 1130pm. PLEASE enforce the quiet hour rule.

Beautiful location, only stayed one night do didn't use the amenities. Patio big rig site very nice but tight squeeze. We are 45ft class A towing a stacker trailer, so we always look for pull through big rig sites, this wasn't the easiest pull in pull out. I love all the trees but please be mindful of lower branches if you're advertising big rig sites.

Sites are un level so much even the jacks couldn’t level the camper. Staff members were not friendly and were not attentive to the people coming in the office. This is an old KOA and it shows. Chairs and grills on the patio site were old and dirty.

At first I wasn’t excited about how close the campsites were to each other but then I found out I had nice neighbors so it worked out in the end. I hope next time to have some more space between sites. Perhaps you could schedule to leave more spaces between I noticed campsites across from mine were empty all weekend

Very rustic! Too rustic for our rig! The 50 amp breaker kept shutting down turning off air conditioning! It’s ok for tents and small trailers. But bigger rigs not so much.

Flagstaff, AZ is an iconic place to visit. I’ve been going there for many years, but I’ve had enough. The KOA is fine. The local drivers are irresponsible road ragers. May recent trips exposed me to screaming, threatening insults by locals for no reason. They are mean drivers and take out their anger on other drivers with out of state tags. My last two trips exposed me to this behavior. Enough

Great location and friendly accommodating staff! The sites in the back 160/170’s are very tight and difficult to get into. We had quite a time maneuvering our 40’ 5th wheel around other guests vehicles and rigs. I feel like this part of the park could’ve been spread out quite a bit more

Checkin was just fine. No problem there. My biggest two items of concern are: Non-locking bathrooms is a major safety concern. Upgrade them with code locks. Also, the toilets were nasty. Some people just don’t consider others when leaving the restroom. Restrooms must be cleaned more often than “11:00 - 1:00.” Please check them multiple times per day. I actually cleaned them myself!

you have ppl next to me who are probably covid+ the lady was coughing all night and then goes to the rr and coughs all over the place and never washes her hands, food shack never open at 630 as i was informed, cabin that my sister rented had no fan and the even more stupid thing is its sitting torwards the mtn and has no breeze, table was falling apart. was poor

Couldn’t even get out of my spot because of someone who decided to park in the road next to me. I brought this to the attention of the office, so did other guests, but nothing was done.

Noisy (due to the highway) Badly maintained as there are piles of discarded wood, fencing, gravel , etc. lying around. Some personal were snide and simple rude.

Age has crept into this location. The RV slots that we had and viewed had significant slope issues. Some pavers and ramps were affected by tree roots. The restrooms and showers were clean, but again dated. While the location is ideal for hiking, this location needs significant improvements. The one most impressive amenity is the Cafe. The Cook/Owner is great.

We just stayed one night on our way from Arkansas to California. We will be staying again on the way home. Nice park. Friendly staff. The spot we were in, 177 was not level enough to keep the Fifth Wheel attached to the truck which we would have preferred, but we are survivors, so we made do

We loved the Wigwam cabin and it’s location on the edge of the meadow with views of Mt Elden. Bathrooms were kept super clean. Property is clean and so nice to have hiking trails right there. The cabin was also very clean and the little porch swing was great.

This visit was my first stay at this campground. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed watching the kids riding around in the little barrel train. I would definitely stay here again.

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.

My sure was not level, I needed to back in and then my cord wasn't long enough to plug in. The showers could have been a little cleaner, but were ok; plenty of hot water and decent flow rate.

Roads are tight and sites are close but campground and bathrooms were clean
