This was the crappiest site we have ever stayed at. We had to be asked to be moved from our first spot because it was so over grown and filled with fruit. Then they told us about a train ride for the kids in front of the kids just to find out after waiting for 20 minutes it stops running after labor day. Oh and the sound from the highway is UNBARABLE

Cutest KOA we’ve stayed at. As soon as we got off the car to unpack the natural smell of pine came into my face and I knew this was the place to enjoy our anniversary weekend trip. close but away from town (gotta pass flagstaff and on the way out of town) , general store with plenty of amentities, familia and pet friendly, trails connected to KOA attached to MT ELDEN Trail. love This place!

This was our second time within a month and just love it. We live in Phoenix this is a perfect get away. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Camp Grounds were very clean. We ate at the Cafe and omg it was so good. They guy cooking the food was so calm and fast even though it was so busy. We loved it. I bet will be back again real soon.

Staff is great! Everyone was very helpful and always very friendly! Wife said that laundry room was clean and best she's ever used. Store had plenty of food and other stuff we could use. Filled Propane tanks with ease and was fast.

Very clean KOA, bathrooms very clean; trash pick up often; slept well even though lots of people and kids at the park. Sites can be a little uneven but built up on hillside so they have done as best they can and it's just a little bit here and there nothing that blocks and a little adjusting can't take care of.

Great place on the edge of town. Nice pull through sites. All the comforts of home with electric hook up water and cable tv. Nice camp store with lots of different things.

First site was too small for our 30' Airstream, parked within inches of a tree which didn't allow us to open the awning. Went to the office to change sites where we were told the sites were assigned by computer. A second site was found that worked. This is a very tired KOA which is in need of clean up. We will not stay here in the future.

Only thing I didn't like was the generator noise for the jump thing was right next to my camper was really loud. Site 167.Otherwise I'd have given it a 5

Everyone was great the place was very clean. The only really bad think was the dinner they offered. I was pleasantly surprised to fing out they offered meals so of course we jumped on it, and what an terrible Decision the turkey was so dry we couldn't eat it. and the brisket and ribs was the same, however the beef might have been able to choke down if they would have gave us some BBQ sauce.

Very nice and well maintained Journey. We stayed one night. The restrooms and offices were very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of Pokemon Go Gyms and stops that are on location. We also had a great experience at the Flagstaff Rock Shop which is across the street.

We have enjoyed several one night stays on our way from California to Oklahoma and return trips. Always enjoyable stop and wish we would be able to stay longer to enjoy the surroundings.

Overnight stay in a pull through spot. Very clean facilities and loved the fenced dog area .

KOA is a brand that I used to trust. The brand set your expectations like MacDonalds or Starbucks. The Flagstaff KOA does not live up to the KOA brand. This is an old run-down RV Park. Campsites are extremely un-level, restrooms are grungy, roads are tight and hard to maneuver. I will not renew my KOA account. Since I can’t rate less than one star I will say the star is for the Ponderosa Pines.

Stayed here before and boy has this place gone downhill. Had an upgraded patio site that was across from the "ghetto area". Unkept longterm spots with rundown campers were right there. If you love barking dogs this is a place for you. Will never return to this overpriced dump.

Even though there were several available units around staff decided to place two other guests right next to my site. And with that, there was one of the neighbors hanging clothes one foot away from my car and the other neighbors hood of his car was 3 ft away from my fire pit. I’m not sure about the knowledge of this, but at least it was only one night.

Good time all great. 1 problem, key is miss key and takes a lot of work and time to secure door. Also door latch/handle does not keep door closed securely.

We love staying at the Flagstaff KOA. It has a very woody environment but close to shopping and great restaurants . The staff is helpful and the KOA store has reasonable prices!

There was no real flat, smooth area to set up my tent. The ground was very rocky and not even, which wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise it was a good experience. Nice locations next to the Elden trails.

My only complaint concerns your laundry facility. When I called to make my reservation, I specifically asked if the machines were in working order, and I was told, “yes “. However when I got there and actually wanted to do laundry, only two out of the available ten dryers were in service. Very disappointing.

Lots of trees. Very few washers and dryers were working and staff did not know when they would be repaired. Check in was easy. Loved having trash cans near camp sites. Dog park was all dirt - could have used some wood chips or something.

Staff is outstanding. Changed out an electrical socket on our pole for 50amp service. Wi-Fi was outstanding as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our Airstream group!

Over priced. Laundry facilities are in disrepair. Most of the washers and dryers are broken. Staff not friendly. No pool or other amenities for the price

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.

My sure was not level, I needed to back in and then my cord wasn't long enough to plug in. The showers could have been a little cleaner, but were ok; plenty of hot water and decent flow rate.
