The whole park is in deplorable condition. Site maintenance and care is non existent. I am so disappointed that KOA does not supervise their parks . I am losing my tendency to chose KOA above others

We were in the campgound for 4 days. Level spots, convenient location to Flagstaff. Clean bathrooms. Surrounded with trees and views. Helpful staff in the office.

The spaces are small and not level. In general it appears there is a lack of routine maintenance.

Clean and charming campground with friendly staff. Only a bit noisy due to the highway nearby. Anyhow clearly a recommendation for a stay in Flagstaff region !

It was good. Beautiful scenery and pines were si nice.store was stocked but could have have more dairy items Staff was fantastic.. The bath area could be upgraded..but water was hot and good pressure Definitely will stop there again

Bathrooms need a serious deep clean or remodel. Sights were tight together and everyone’s awning in our row his the trees. Staff was very friendly.

After 6 days on the road, this was a beautiful respite…just what we needed. Love the large pine trees, and patio spot. We will be back!

Paid for a campsite with water and power, got there in the afternoon and someone had taken over our campsite. Company didn't do anything about it just told us to move to another campsite without power or water, but no change in the fee. The campsite was very clean and the tent pad was nice, but not made for large tents.

We spent three nights at this campground. Positives: The pine trees were pretty and weather nice and cool. Negatives: The spaces were small and most were not level. The grounds and spaces had weeds and looked unkept. The activity center and cafe were closed. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and we never did get the cable to work. Summary: Good location / place could use a good clean up and update.

The grounds were beautiful. The staff was friendly. The restrooms could use an overhaul, but they were fine. The playground and jump pad were great. A great place to stay if you have kids with you.

Horrible harassment by a koa employee cussed at us locked his cart up and threw gravel all over our car and bent our wiper on the car all because he was enraged we didn't check in which we did as it was on the mirror we got non stop harassment during our stay by one employee at the Flagstaff koa that thinks he owns the place and stays in space 117 ..koa rewards member here stayed at many koas

Very friendly and helpful staff! The first site we were given was so uneven that after an hour of trying we couldn’t get our RV to level. I went back to the office and was immediately given another, better site. We were very happy with the new site and we enjoyed our stay.

They gave me a rv site that was not level side to side. It took me about 25 minutes to get set up. There were two better sites right near ours that would have been easier to setup in. The restrooms are small and dated. This campground is in a nice location. Very pretty there.

Our stay was brief, about 14 hours (one night), which was booked in advance. We reserved the wrong night (our mistake) but the Flagstaff KOA staff was able to accommodate us. Except for not having a very level site (105), our stay was just fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet campground. Very good location for visiting area attractions. Close to gas station and groceries. Most of the campsites are not level, however, so you have to work at getting your rig leveled. Laundry room was clean, though a number of machines had out of order signs. We stayed a week with a 31" class C motorhome.

I do have a suggestion ~ move your dog play areas away from each other ~ the shared fence creates fence fighting ~ opposite ends of the park would be ideal ~ I noticed an old man scrambled to catch his dog when a much larger & younger dog lunged charged the fence ~ the younger lady with the much larger dog was able to pull her dog away towards the kids playground &the older man quickly exited

We rented a small cabin while motorcycling through Arizona. Did not have reservation service was quick. Cabin Similar to other from KOA.

Quick overnight stop to recharge before a long days drive back to San Diego. This is a favorite stop for me to get a good hot shower, be close to restaurants and gas, and have a safe place to sleep.

We had reserved a site at the Flagstaff KOA. On our way from Albuquerque, we had a mishap that took out our sewer system. We called Flagstaff KOA and told them our problem and that we needed to be relocated to a site that was near a restroom, as we no longer had the use of our facilities. KOA Flagstaff was able to accommodate our needs and put us in a beautiful site near a rest room.

Site 21 near the entrance was unexpectedly quiet, probably because of the empty sites surrounding us. Wi-Fi is excellent. Trash cans easily accessible and emptied daily. The electrical box cover was not securely attached and fell off. The firepit was not cleaned out and surrounding area had lots of ash. Had to request firepit be cleaned out. Chairs were dirty and I had to clean them.

The staff was friendly but not "eager to help." The women's bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade. The sink area was ok but the showers are horrible. The shower curtains had mold so, not sure if they have ever been washed. The site itself was so uneven that we had a hard time leveling the trailer. And yes, we are experienced campers so that wasn't the problem.

Positives: Employees were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Typically, when I saw them, they were in the process of helping guests, or keeping the location clean. Negative: The electrical box at my site 96, looked like it was only being held togther by the wiring itself, and not the box. Bathrooms, while actively being cleaned, could go for a makeover.

We stayed for 4 nights from Oct 13-17, Everything was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful and especially big compliments to the store/office staff. We saw different people because we were in there at different times of the day over our stay and all were excellent. Love the little train!!!

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.

My sure was not level, I needed to back in and then my cord wasn't long enough to plug in. The showers could have been a little cleaner, but were ok; plenty of hot water and decent flow rate.
