My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay. We will be visiting this camp site again. Staff was extremely friendly and helped out with anything we needed.

This is the fourth time we have stayed, over the years. We keep coming back because it keeps being a pleasant experience! Both my daughter and my son have a blast every time we go, and I truly am thankful for the ease and convenience. The staff is very helpful and kind and the amenities make the stay much more pleasant! I highly recommend the KOA journey in Eureka Springs!

This place exceeded my expectations! Beautiful campground! Lovely hosts! The general store is stocked with camping essentials plus extra fun goodies. Rec room is stocked with fun games, books, and movies for all ages. Nice and clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room. Sites are clean, quiet, and well kept up. Will definitely be visiting again and again!

We stayed in tent site A. As can be the case with KOA Journey's, the road noise was very loud. The site itself was spacious and pretty level. The staff was helpful. The bathrooms were clean, but there weren't a lot of people there. The location was pretty good.

We van camped in the tent area with electric. Rec room was cozy with a big screen TV. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Blew a circuit breaker using a hair dryer that knocked out electric in both women's and men's Bathrooms.

The campgrounds were well kept up. I appreciated the text reminders of events happening and suggestions for the upcoming weather. The tent sites were close to the main road however I felt it may have helped keep animals away from the site and the noise level of cars was minimal. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

Excellent camping facilities that accommodate the full spectrum of campers. The whole campground is well-designed and the facilities and well-maintained and immaculate. The service staff was very informative, responsive, and helpful. They looked sharp—each with a yellow branded KOA shirt.

The location is absolutely perfect as it is not far out of town and for a motorcyclist this is a great thing. The road in and out needs serious attention as for me gravel roads are the thing I like to travel while Moto camping but most guys on cruisers really don't like gravel. I wish they had more rugged campsites down the hill that would get away from all of the typical noise making electric s

It is a beautiful and well maintained campground. Only complaint would be that the bathrooms are too far away from tent camping which need them most.

The staff and grounds were top-notch as always. I do wish I would’ve known about the water and satellite bathroom shut-offs each night (to protect them from freezing) before arriving because those amenities factored into my reservation. Something early in the week after the weather forecast was made would’ve been nice so that I could reevaluate my stay. Hurdles that were easily overcome though

The facilities are excellent. Perfect? No, what is? Any small issues with the place itself is more than made up for by the excellent staff who always make you feel welcome and are always happy to help. We tent camp (deluxe site with padding, power, and water) for about two weeks every year and have been back for five years in a row. Plan on reserving next year soon ;-)

Extremely family friendly, everyone was very warm and welcoming. All the facilities were up to date and kept clean and in order. Did holiday activities for everyone as well.

Great location well maintained and clean very quiet compared to the several other KOAs I've been to staff was very accommodating and friendly will definitely be back next season

Extremely helpful staff, very quiet. Wish there was more grass (alot of gravel) but still very well maintained. Bigger than it looks from the road. Very good amenities. The pool is HUGE.
