Park was very nice as were the people who worked there. The cabin was great. Two things that would be nice. One was being informed what size bed we might have in our cabin. I brought full sheets and our bed was a Queen. Second was the bathrooms. I dont think they were cleaned the entire time we were there.

The people that ran the KAO were very friendly and helpful. The camp ground was well kept up and clean. All the camper sites were very level and easy to get in and out of.

Had several issues when it came to paying for my stay in one of the cabins. They over charged me by several hundred dollars. Then I mention to my friend that I had $6.51 left in my account, after they over charged me. A few minutes later I look back on my banking app and exactly $6.51 was taken out, leaving me with $0 for the rest of my stay. No receipt was ever found for $6.51.

Very clean and well maintained campground. The pool was perfect after a long day in the heat. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it. Definitely will return.

Very clean, super hosts! Camp store was amazing, had all sorts of unique items we enjoyed and purchased! We will definitely be back more times. Location is terrific to enjoy Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake from.

This campground is one of the nicest ones we have ever stayed in. All facilities were clean. Grounds were kept well. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Wish it was closer to where we lived! We would be going all the time!

Came back home and had bed bugs after trip. Confirmed with someone else who stayed in cabin they had them too. Cost us 1800 in total to remove them from our home.

Very nice campground, They gave us a cabin upgrade even though we were only staying one day. The campground and staff were very nice, clean and relaxing.

Most Full hookup lots are unlevel, brings lots of boards, some extremely unlevel, mine was too short for my trailer & extremely unlevel, nothing else available, also on road so noise of vehicles passing & dusty, otherwise place is just OK, but nothing great just a campground in the woods. I will now check reviews of all places before staying.

The staff are friendly and are very helpful with giving ideas of what to do in the area. The campground is very nice. The showers and restrooms are always clean. The hiking trail is wonderful.

One of the cleanest RV campgrounds we’ve stayed at. The bathhouse was immaculate. The pool was nice and clean. Very well stocked store. We will certainly be back!

Friendly staff! The pool is awesome. We spent most of our time in the pool. Showers/laundry room was nice and clean like always!! Had a pull thru spot, it was nice and big with plenty of extra room for a 2nd vehicle. Will definitely be back!

This place is so great! From check in to check out, this place just gets better and better. We have been coming here for a few years and the owners are so nice and warm. We stayed with our grandson and he loved the pool. He was even greeted with a dinosaur float that the owner's let us borrow. You will not go wrong staying at this place. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!

The campgrounds are very clean as is the bathhouse/restrooms/laundry. The location is very close to the amenities though far enough away from the town traffic. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

The campgrounds were well kept up. I appreciated the text reminders of events happening and suggestions for the upcoming weather. The tent sites were close to the main road however I felt it may have helped keep animals away from the site and the noise level of cars was minimal. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

This KOA is the best! Staff friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful and safe. We’ve stayed there 3 times and they are so consistent with how they treat folks and taking care of their camp sites! We will definitely be back!

This our 5th visit to the Eureka Springs KOA and as always, we had a great time. We had the entire family with us in two travel trailers and a cabin. The campground is spotless and absolutely beautiful in a heavily wooded setting that provides a relaxing family friendly atmosphere. Add to that the friendly staff and you have the perfect combination for a great vacation. Highly recommend this KOA!!

Extremely helpful staff, very quiet. Wish there was more grass (alot of gravel) but still very well maintained. Bigger than it looks from the road. Very good amenities. The pool is HUGE.
