Such a great location, perfect for nearby walking, running or biking. The super friendly staff make our stay even more enjoyable. Bill is a super host and the rest of the team impressed us as well!

Bill and Lynn were the friendliest hosts - and provided great local information too. We enjoyed the campground and appreciated the overwhelming friendliness of every staff person we met.

Excellent, accommodating, helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. Highlight was the pancakes after our electricity was turned off accidentally when our neighbor checked out and turned off our breaker instead of his and all of our refrigerator food spoiled. I guess the only knock is that an 11am checkout is a bit early. Hotels are 12-1 with a late checkout at 2-3. Should be later.

The campground was clean, staff super friendly and a great location to go into town. The sites were so small there may have been 5 feet between us. We didn’t want to do a fire as it would have gone right into the window of the site next to us. Not enough room to park truck on our site without encroaching in our site neighbors space. Great site for small campers but not our 25 foot .

Water pressure was too low in AM to get good shower. But super clean restoration and showers. No paved Padres for seating areas. But super great location with easy walk to Lake Estes and bike rentals to take 3 miles trail to center of town!

We were assigned site 52. This parallel parking site did not allow us to use the provided camp table. Ours and most others were simply folded up or pushed up above the retaining wall upside down, so as to allow the trailer and tow vehicle to park. Most tow vehicles did not have room and and to be parked away from their assigned sites. The staff was welcoming, sincere and very helpful.

Great staff and perfect location to visit RMNP and Estes Park CO. Some of the spots are tight and parking can be a problem. Our deluxe site was great and included a deck with a propane fire pit, a concrete parking pad with a nice table and chairs. Elk were grazing in the field right next door our first morning. It was very clean and the little store was nice. You could also catch a shuttle there

The site we were assigned when we made reservations was less than KOA standard. Had to park my pickup approximately 100 yds. from our camper. Due to fire lane restrictions, could not roll out our awning. If not for a helpful camper that got other campers to move their vehicles, I would not have able hookup nor get out of the site when we left. Very disappointed!

Best KOA we have ever stayed at. Not due to the facilities which are very nice but due to the staff, management and the owners. We felt like we were part of a family. We canceled other campgrounds to extend our stay. Wonderful experience and a beautiful area. Breath taking RMNP near buy and lots if wildlife visits the campground. We booked 8 weeks here for the next year. We highly recommend it.

The camp host and hostess were exceptional The parking spot are what they are, I would advise putting small picket fences around the sewer spots to soften the view from each dining table The bathrooms were very good, and I appreciate this the most

We had a beautiful view from our campsite. The staff was very helpful and and town of Estes was very nicely put together- free shuttle to town and from town to the National Park! Thank you, we will be back!!

too small, and tight camping sites. Parking your towing vehicle was impossible and Henry made sure to tell us about it....twice, which was not taken very well especially by not having enough parking spaces (14-15) for all of the towing trucks. If it weren't for the beautiful landscaping and the view of the mountains, this KOA really sucks. The only KOA we've stayed at & did not enjoy.

We recently stayed for a week at the Estes Park KOA. The employees were all very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms were always clean. We will be heading back next year for another week!

The campground is very nice and the staff are very nice. The parking situation is very frustrating. There’s not enough room to keep your vehicle next to your camper. Several times, we came back late and there were no parking spaces. Other times, we parked our truck in front of our camper (behind the line) and we’re told we needed to move it, while others had theirs. Very frustrating!

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
