The park cannot accommodate anything bigger than a 20' trailer and spots are extremely small you can't park your vehicle next to your trailer. The park manager was rude. We have stayed at KOA campgrounds across the US this by far the worst experience we have had.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our park can accommodate up to 36', you were at that high end at 35', therefore there was no room for your truck. So yes, we can fit larger than 20'. I'm sorry you felt the manager was rude, if you'd like, please send us an email with your experience so we can address it. Thank you for your review.

Very nice campground. Views are incredible. Awesome get-a-way for family enjoyment and fun memories. Spaces are tight but extremely well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are always clean. This is our 4th time at this KOA and it has never let us down.

Friendly, helpful staff! Sites were nearly level. We appreciated Henry’s help as we backed in. He was an excellent navigator who helped us easily get into what felt like a difficult angle in a tight area. Clean laundry facilities and bathrooms. Location is excellent with easy access to shopping and RMNP.

This campground was very clean and provided full hookups. It was very close to Estes Park shopping and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Henry and his wife were excellent hosts. Henry made sure we could back into our site safely every time. I would stay at this Koa again in the future and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice enough-very dense, compacted area so very close to other sites. Hosts were tired and ready to go home, so less than friendly We were thankful we found a place to stay.

The campground is very convenient to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were excellent! Only negative was our campsite was very tight and we had to park away from our site.

Very tight not made for big campers we have 28 ft ok don’t go mall road that right is bad go straight to light and visitor center then right much better way to go campgrounds about a mile on left

The staff and location are perfect for our mountain weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process took longer than expected, but only because we enjoyed our conversation with the staff so much. :). Everyone was so helpful.

Our stay there was fantastic! All areas were clean, & it is at a good location(close to town) liked it so much we stayed longer… all the employees were very friendly, happy & helpful… Rebecca & Ruth were awesome! Great place to stay… close to Hwy 34.. but not bad… a “cozy” campground. Thanks all

Great location for visiting the National Park and the town of Estes Park, CO. Sites are small and tight, but level with full hook ups.

Dropped one point as had to query the bill as the Cruise America discount was not initially included, nor mentioned: other sites had actively enquired and granted the discount. This site stated they had never heard of the discount, entered the vode, and low and behold, granted the discount. On the plus side the site had the best wi-fi reception of any KOA site the whole of oir stay.

We really enjoyed the activities on the patio and the staff was friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean, and best of all the propane fires were great. Thanks and I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Very professional wearing clean uniforms. It was obvious that this campground is a well oiled machine. Restrooms were super clean. The on-site store at the office was really nice with affordable prices I received texts every day with reminders. The bonus was the elk herd that came through the park every evening and morning.

The park is so clean and tidy. Very well maintained and the staff is very nice. We loved the full hook ups and Estes is wonderful. The only draw back is that the sites are so small. We couldn’t even use out fire pit or picnic table because our RV blocked it off. We had to take turns moving cars with neighbors when someone needed to leave. The WI-FI was great and otherwise had a nice time

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
