The cabin I would get at the other KOAs had sheets blankets and pillows and towels. This one didn’t and I was far from home to drive back, so I had to buy them from the nearest store that was very far away. Very frustrating.

A lot of areas of the grounds need some major updates/upgrades. Renters beware of the bike rentals, they are extremely stiff and the staff won't tell you, but campers will! They rent for 30 minute intervals and run $6-10; total waste of money and your knees will hate you afterwards. You will probably get stuck going down the waterslide as well as the sprayer barely works. But the site is CLEAN!

We were told, 2 tvs, cookware and cooktop and none were provided. Arrived Sunday and by Monday night, a horrendous smell in the kitchen. Ice cream to be served between noon and 2 and never happened! Won’t ever go back or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed!

I was disappointed that I paid so much for a DC and every day the office and all activities including the pillow were shut down by 5pm. I get it you were not super busy end of August, but there were people there that expected the daily activities and pizza and got nothing.

The Staff was friendly and everyone was very helpful and everything was clean. The cabin we stayed in the double bed felt like I was sleeping on the boards under the mattress and after 2 nights I was ready to sleep in my bed again. All in all my 3 kids had fun and want to go back and we probably will again sometime in the near future.

We had 4 campsites and 2 cabins in our group. We stayed in a cabin. The cabin we were in was very clean. Our friends and family were very happy with their accommodations as well. We came to this koa in 2020 and didn't think we would come back. I'm so glad we did! The staff were very friendly. I think the young lady pulling the train Saturday had as much fun as the kids! My grandson had fun!!!

This was our first time at Emmett KOA. All of the staff were very friendly and the campground is very clean. We loved that there was so much to do that was free. We will be back for sure!

We stayed in one of the cabins, which was very nice. The water activities were not monitored at all. I ended up having to yell at some kids who gave my kid a fat lip after they pushed him off the inflatable. Staff members should be checking on this throughout the day. We love this KOA, and have stayed every summer for 4 years. I don't like the changes that are being made to the reservations.

The cabin by the lake was great (it did have a fun smell to it). It was nice being close to the inflatables in the water and the bathroom. We loved it here!

Kids had a blast. Barrel train rides so cool especially when staff asked them to make noise to wake up camp, they loved it! Clean and very helpful. Check in was slightly bitter sweet. Arrived before 330, only one checking in. While family in car waiting at gate to come in the lady seen me and continued putting cups and such at coffee area. It took her almost 5 mins, that could've waited.

Tiny red ants raided the counter, told the office, wanted different cabin, told no cabin available. TV was terrible they tried couldn’t fix. No way to sit around fire pit and patio very dangerous with chairs, picnic table right on edge. Wife n I had a very hard time navigating around to barbecue and eat. Site needs a lot of work. We bought wood but had to take to daughters site for family fire.

My family and I had a great time. We stayed in a cabin and the view of the lake was icing on the cake. Everyone is friendly and staff is amazing. Even our puppers had a great time. Very clean and definitely one of the cleanest KOA holidays we have been to. Will be coming back next year. Thank you.

Our first time camping...we had a deluxe cabin..and we loved it... The KOA Krew are so friendly and helpful.. Definately will be reserving again !!!

I think it's time to replace the mattresses. So very uncomfortable! Same mattresses as last year. No large or medium bowls. Broken faucet in bathroom. Note to owners: put a little money into your cabins!

It was the worst. Came in Sunday and ordered wood. Never received the wood till Monday evening. Told them our fridge wasn't working and they said it was because we put hot food in there which we didn't.

We usually love this kOA and come up several times a summer, But not quite sure if we’ll come back, be safer to ninth and on our last night there ordered a pizza and the girl at the front desk after our pizza shut up burnt promised us a free pizza and the manager who dropped it off policy was a manager I am is so rude and says you’re not get a free pizza because of burnt pizza I was just ridic

Cabin was dirty we had to sweep it out there’s a non Mary Jane policy but somehow we could still smell it being smoked. People starting fires with gasoline college age girls in thong bikinis even though it’s supposed to be a family oriented place oh and foul mouthed teenagers in the pond that you could hear I all over the place. But yeah over all it was ok (sarcasm)

I booked a 6 person cabin, got there they had me in a four person. They "accommodated me" by not charging me for the 6 person cabin and telling me even you know the fire code is four they would allow me to let my 44 yr adult cousin come and stay in there anyway, without a bed. When my family member came they would not waive a $5 fee for her to park on the main rd. Ordered ice and it took an hr.

Love this campground. We come every year. So much for kids to do. Our younger kids love the beach and sand and the older ones love the fishing. We adults love being able to watch both groups from one spot. Only complaint is regerstation process... being stopped in middle of driveway is a hassle and hardship. Having to walk up to office and walk back to enter is difficult for me as a handicappe

I was very disappointed in our stay this year. Paid for early check in and still had to wait until 3pm for key even though cabin was clean and available. Banana bike tires flat, no refund. Charged for damages we didn’t cause. Won’t return.

My grandson enjoyed the new water inflatable, our cabin is fine, grounds are nice, There were several unruly boys, and they were eventually dealt with, which we appreciated very much. We appreciate how much work goes into running the camp, and see improvements happening. Thanks for your hard work.

Beautiful property with very nice staff. Only a couple issues. The lake wasn't what we expected. Only walked in the edge of the water...weren't expecting giant catfish to be swimming next to me. I swim in Lake Erie and know there are fish but that was a bit much. Also I didn't understand the need to have to wear the thing on my wrist while there like you wear at an amusement park.

This was our second time in deluxe cabin. Very clean. Could use some more cookware and some mixing bowls. We love your campground power went out but we still had a wonderful time. It is very obvious you love your property.

Enjoyed our time there except for the raccoons that would not let us enjoy our last campfire. The raccoons were on the porch and we could not scare them away.

Have been going here for years; this year were rudely treated several times. Raccoons so bad couldn’t sit around campfire in the evening (no garbage present). Entrance pass wouldn’t work on checkout day. Dislike new scheduling policy. Very disappointed; may not return.

Took my son for his birthday and it was a very lovely campground. Smaller than it seemed online but it was perfect to be able to walk every where only thing is I wish they had more for toddlers and younger kids around 4-6. Other than that everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cabin was clean and inviting. The campground was extremely clean and well kept. Loved having the gas grill at the cabin and the outdoor patio furniture and table, much more comfortable than just a picnic table. My 4 years old wanted to stay for 3 weeks and cried when we left. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The cabin was nice but things needed repairs . The fridge was duck taped where it was broke . I called and asked if there was cooking utensils and it was told to me there was . The can opener was broke and didn’t work there was 1 spatula for the grill and that’s it there was no other grilling utensils provided . The paper towel holder was broke and had very sharp pieces that my son cut himself
