Staff was super friendly! This was my first time at KOA Emmett and I will definitely be back. Very family oriented.

Owner and Manager NOT NICE AT ALL we will not be back we brought 7 campers in and only 1 rebooked until find a new place

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The campground is a family park. In respect to all campers at all ages we do our best to ensure the noise level is kept within each persons campsite in the evening after dark. We also ask campers to camp on their site and not on amenities such as the basketball court.

Had a great time as always but tried to book a full hook up spot for 10/22..advised that the ppl in those spots get 1st choice..so same ppl get the same prime spots every year which i feel is unfair, but in the upside new owners are doing a pretty good job keeping things fun

The trailer was clean, nice well equipped. The only downside was the hot water, once I told them about it they came out and switched out the propane tanks and the problem was fixed. Slot of fun things for the kids to do

It was a great weekend. The campground was clean and accommodating. The events for the kids was outstanding. I really liked that Saturday was packed full of different events for everyone.

We had one major problem, the electrical at our site was messed up. We had to run off the empty site next to us and was told if they checked in we would have to disconnect. However, no one attempted to help with the situation, and the night security gentleman was who they sent over and he didn’t know what to do and told us that. The bad part is, the couple next to us said it’s been that way

The staff was amazing! Amenities were great.. I thought it was a family campground though. In one section of the park, all I smelled was pot. I know it was legalized, but NOT in public!! Also, a train came through about every 4 hours or so, and it was very loud. Didn't mind it during the day, but at 3 am? Know it's not the KOA's fault, but just to inform light sleepers.

We've stayed at the Halloween camping event for a few years now, the weekend is always really great, lots for kids to do, they're never bored. There was a noticable difference this year with the new management in place. We're hoping they're just in the process of ironing everything out still.

We were on lot 11. It was pretty tight for our travel trailer. Otherwise very nice and clean.

No power our 1st night,but the staff had good communications.More activities for the kids. The reservation process for next year was the best. Appreciated not having to stand in line early Saturday.Did not care for the early departure.This is end of the season decorations take time to take down after the busy Saturday especially when everything is wet. More people might decorate if given more time

My site was under water because of the storm the prior day. They pumped it out the best the child but never really dried out. The utilities were good but cable hookup didn't work. The employees are great and very helpful. The park is kept exceptionally clean.

Great but different than usual. New owners seem to have embraced some traditions but left some out or made them just not as good for example no Sunday breakfast the kids and us all really used to look forward to enjoying the well done breakfast on Sunday before we leave. Also no witches in the haunted forest? They were a show stealer. Also added an escape room (trailer)for extra $20

This has been our 3rd visit to Emmett. Halloween camping was a blast for the kiddos! Brooke in the office was amazing with reservations for next year and she has the patience of an angel!! We can’t wait to come back again multiple times next year as well!

This stay I was super disappointed when I arrived and found out that corporate changed the rewards weekend to the weekend prior to my stay even though when I booked it was for this weekend I arrived. So they said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about the change and I was no longer paid in full but owed an additional nights stay. We had difficulties with things not working in the cabin.

We had a nice weekend a few hick ups with a couple things but over all good! I would recommend you figure out a better way for traffic to leave on Sunday. I think you should make the far lane for people that need to use the dump station and then the other lane for all those who just need to leave.
