We really liked your campground until Sunday night of this holiday weekend (July 3rd) The "music" at the pavilion was un godly LOUD !! Who is the manager there? Who was the disc jockey ?? Are they hard of hearing? I at least could take my hearing aides out. The drum beat and the LOUDNESS are NOT RELAXING Do you realize what that does to your hearing ?? Whatever happened to common sense ??

It was our first time coming and we will be back! All staff was so nice and friendly. Our entire family had a great time including our pup!

This was the fourth year we stayed over 4th of July weekend! Last year it changed owners just before the 4th... But we have not been disappointed. We used to stay on that same site as a group site back in the early 2000's. We love that the bathrooms have been added. I will say I hear people saying that they need more bathrooms in the main area of the campground. We're always happy where we're at!

Nice stay, except employees were very rude in the office store area to mine and other kids in the store. My family has stayed at multiples of KOAs and have stayed at this location for 8 years twice a year. We will no longer come back with the 8 sites we book after this visit

We stayed over 4th of July 2022. The campground was clean, organized, and had lots of activities for kids and adults (wine tasting, among others!). The campsites were clean and well taken care of. Bathrooms for showering were large, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed the new water island on the lake and walking trail behind beach. Ice cream, wings, and pizza were great! We will be back!

Limited time to get pizza and ice cream was tough. Coffee refill policy, not like having to pay for coffee. 2 people 4 nights and only 4 pods. bathroom sink, faucet leaking. Kitchen faucet is rotting wood around sink. Landscape very dangerous. Patio blocks causing a trip hazard, I lost my footing and fell off the blocks hit head on the iron patio chair. Train ride great, wibit great. games

This is our entire family’s favorite campground, we wish that we could get a seasonal site. We try to go every other weekend.

Cramped, all dirt, and while accepting that it was the 4th of July, the music the facility played loudly in the evening of the 3rd and 4th was not enjoyable. Site 7 is a definite DO NO USE, as it is not well situated on a curve and extremely not level. This place seems more of a local swim-hole and rec-spot than campground.

Great place, just wish they would not of changed the booking policy. This was are 3rd year and now we may not get a spot for next year. We started and annual tradition with 4 other families and now we might have to end that cuz the policy changed,very sad about that

Parking assistants need more training. One would say good to continue while other yelling stop. Would have hit tree if I continued. Talked to other campers with same complaints. Makes your trip start off on wrong foot. Cost is no longer competitive with similar campgrounds and those places offer more activities for kids.

Amazing place & people!! We felt so welcomed from the beginning, to the end of our camping trip. Super clean and so many fun options for both adult & children. This was our first experience at Emmett KOA, and I'm sure it won't be our last. A big THANK YOU, to ALL the workers involved, in helping make our stay so enjoyable! Fantastic job.

Very clean lake area with obstacle course which is fun for even adults! Very clean cabin and sites. Most of impressive was the young staffs work ethic. They were on top of their game with all the activities for kids and were super friendly and helpful all the time. Putt putt is very small and not to challenging.

We had a great time. Our 3yr old played all day long. Wish we could have stayed one more day. But it was all booked up. We had a broken cupboard door and the staff fixed it right away. Thank you.

We've been coming here for about a decade. This stay wasn't the best. Although, accommodations were made to correct somethings that went wrong. Booked in wrong cabin. They were able to correct. Grill caught fire due to grease tray being filled to top. Given 2-12" pizzas for 8 ppl as our dinner was ruined. Not enough to feed 8 though. Older deluxe cabins need some major TLC for the $185 rate/night.

Booked DS7 for me and my sister and grandchildren. They wouldn't let my sister stay with me because she brought her granddaughter with her so that made 5 people in cabin.Yet later they rented same cabin as mine to a family of 6. That's was not fair to me. My sister had to rent a cabin to stay the night cost her $70.00. Girl at office said it was a fire safety reason to have more than 4 .

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do have a limit in our cabins based on the amount of sleeping spaces for each cabin. This ensures everyone has the ability to exit safely in the case of an emergency as well as to comfortably sleep and move throughout the cabin.

The good had a blast! I'm almost 63 years old. My friends and I rented a luxury cabin that slept 4. The queen bed was perfect for my girlfriend and her husband. The bunk bed was narrow and long more suitable for kids. Cable TV not working. No compensation for that.was flat out told no.Nice cabin the narrow bunk was a disappointment for me. All in all it is what you make of it.

The beach area is not kept up as previous years lot of weeds. Only about 5 chairs on the beach area have to bring your own chairs. The water wasn't as clean as previous years. Not a lot of fish to do fishing. The kids water toys were nice and kids loved playing on everything. The cabins were not as clean as previous years we had to dust and sweep ourselves. The new owners are not very friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean. Bath/shower house was clean and stocked. Though not utilized by myself, there was a swimming area with inflatables for swimmers to play on. Fishing area. Would definitely stay at this particular KAO again.

Emmett is our favorite. I think the size is perfect for our kids (5 and 10), they love being able to ride their bikes to the playground and bounce pillow.

My kids loved the lake and the inflatables. I loved sitting by the water and just relaxing. Great place to stay for parents and kids to have fun!
