My grandson enjoyed the new water inflatable, our cabin is fine, grounds are nice, There were several unruly boys, and they were eventually dealt with, which we appreciated very much. We appreciate how much work goes into running the camp, and see improvements happening. Thanks for your hard work.

Beautiful property with very nice staff. Only a couple issues. The lake wasn't what we expected. Only walked in the edge of the water...weren't expecting giant catfish to be swimming next to me. I swim in Lake Erie and know there are fish but that was a bit much. Also I didn't understand the need to have to wear the thing on my wrist while there like you wear at an amusement park.

This was our second time in deluxe cabin. Very clean. Could use some more cookware and some mixing bowls. We love your campground power went out but we still had a wonderful time. It is very obvious you love your property.

This is the 2nd summer we've stayed under the new ownership and they are AWESOME!!! Jimmy works his butt off all day. Pizza is delicious. Campground is quiet with lots of amenities.

1. Our reservations were messed up and they were made in April 2. Stay was not very helpful and were rude 3. We were not notified of activities for the weekend so our grandson missed out on some. 4. We understand you are new owners but you should be a little more flexible. 5. We do love the convenience of the Emmett campground and have one more visit for Halloween then we will determine if r

No place to park while I went to check in was different. No choice but to block the entrance to the park and block in all the parking was stupid. Especially when my truck didn’t fit on site with my trailer. So my truck got blocked in every time someone checked in. Sites too small. X-mas in July contest rigged. Only 3 votes in jar. 2 said my site. When results given I was 3rd. �� beach was nice

Emmett KOA is always our favorite camping trip of the year. The staff is friendly and everything is always clean. The owner is present and helping his team out as needed all day. The text messages are a cool bonus and a good way to stay informed on what’s going on during your stay.

The positive far outweighs the flaws. We held a 44th Family Reunion here. From the FREE activities accessible and safe for all children and (adult’s young at heart). Beach area is phenomenal. Park is amazing .Bath houses well designed to accommodate all hygienic needs in 1 room makes it extremely easy for anyone. Vehicle parking is the only drawback, camping or visitors. Work in process.

The campground is awesome. We always enjoy staying. Highly recommend staying here. The only complaint I have is the time it takes to receive fire wood. It took over 3 hours to receive the wood that was purchased during check in this time. This is not the first time either. During other stays, it has been a very long delay. It would be great to be able to pick up the fire wood upon check in.

We booked this KOA by accident. I am so happy we did. This was a great and happy mistake. I can not wait to come back. I went right home and started to look at coming back. The staff was so happy and kind. There were so many great activities for our kids. The staff worked very hard and were successful at keeping the park clean and running like a well oiled machine.

Had a great stay! The only thing bad was the propane at the grill on the site was empty. So I had to find a worker to fill it up. That won’t stop me from coming again!

All of the staff was wonderful ! The only complaint was empty alcohol bottles on / in the ground at our site 61 and 62. Other than that it was SO wonderful ! Activities were so fun and the kids had a blast !

We had a tent site. I was very pleased with how well maintained and clean the bathroom facilities were, thank you! Also, it is clear you spray for mosquitos because we literally didn't get a single bite. The water obstacle course was impressive and so much fun for the kids too. Thank you, we will definitely return!

Enjoyed our time there except for the raccoons that would not let us enjoy our last campfire. The raccoons were on the porch and we could not scare them away.

Too close together for pull thru sites. The only good view is your neighbors dump hose. The sites need to be staggered or fewer in number.

Have been going here for years; this year were rudely treated several times. Raccoons so bad couldn’t sit around campfire in the evening (no garbage present). Entrance pass wouldn’t work on checkout day. Dislike new scheduling policy. Very disappointed; may not return.

Took my son for his birthday and it was a very lovely campground. Smaller than it seemed online but it was perfect to be able to walk every where only thing is I wish they had more for toddlers and younger kids around 4-6. Other than that everything was great.

It was great except for the old guy at the pond chasing all the kids in the water. Most of the kids didn't like it and so e of the parents were getting upset

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cabin was clean and inviting. The campground was extremely clean and well kept. Loved having the gas grill at the cabin and the outdoor patio furniture and table, much more comfortable than just a picnic table. My 4 years old wanted to stay for 3 weeks and cried when we left. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Half empty park and charged extra for 1 hour early arrival. Charge for everything. Front desk not real friendly - they must be tired. The park was fine and relatively well maintained - fine for kids , OK for adults.

Arrived from Canada, after a long drive we were 45 min early and were charged $15 early check-in. Park was near empty and were told we could leave or pay, absolutely ridiculous, nice park would go back for sure.

WE love our stays at Emmett KOA, but are very disappointed that we were not allowed to book our family vacation for next year like we've always been too. We have about 20 campsites in our group and are very sad that we might not get the chance to book together as we have for years.

This last trip we felt wrongly accused by staff for being a nuisance. We were asked at 2 pm on Friday to turn our music down when there were other sites around us louder. We were then approached by staff on Saturday stating there was a complaint on one of our 2 sites for being loud after quiet hours and playing cornhole when our 2 sites were in bed, lights out, music off at 11:00 pm. Unfortunate.
