Great KOA! Other reviewers either love it or hate it. Our experience was great! We had a patio site in the middle of the campground and was the best site! A bit of grass and patio was wonderful! 2 dog parks was a plus! Staff was great!

We got in about 6pm, very tired. We were notified of a boil water advisory so did not hook up to water. After we left we realized that we should have been offered a discount because water was not available. Upon arriving we were very short on water in our fresh tank and had to be very careful with what we used. So...not the best experience.

Unlevel site, very narrow, unable to use their water due to contamination. Terrible dog park area. People were friendly, showers were clean but bathroom was not. The site itself was very subpar compared to other KOAs that we’ve stayed at.

After we paid we were told to boil the water for 10 min. And not to drink it. We have never in our 47 years of RVing have had to do that. We also needed propane and on that Thursday after noon we checked in and were told something was wrong with the unit and would have to wait until Tuesday. We checked out on Saturday morning. First I just came from 5 nights in 3 nevada state parks. 10 dollars a night with electric, water, free showers and large attractive sites. Ely KOA was 71 dollars a night, the site just fit my 24 foot motor home, there was a donkey that kept braying. Will never come back.

We were in their new area, water was a problem and there was no garbage cans available. Sites in this new area are very large

When we came in a lady working the front desk said "Welcome" and then proceeded to ignore us. She never lifted her eyes from the computer screen for about 4 to 5 minutes. That may seem a short time but standing there, it was not. She was not helpful and your prices are OUTRAGES! The hotels in town are less. Shame on you for price gouging. The bathrooms were clean and nice.

Very nice near level spot with electric and water, very clean and seemingly new restrooms and showers. I was in spot 40 and the only downsides were the fire pit was too close to my RV and the overhead tree had very thin little branches that made roof contact and sound as the wind blew almost like speaker noise or a rodent, freaked me out until I realized, then it was just a minor annoyance.

This was one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. The employees pay attention where they place your RV with regards to another RV so everyone is not bunched up. Everything was done right at this park. And the dog areas were the best ever. This park is top notch and the location is perfect. We graded all other parks along our route against this park and none came close to matching this park

You’d get five stars if it wasn’t for Wonky the Donkey croaking out his hee-haw that would wake us up at night. I swear the donkey is broken. Regardless, we were there for four nights, and it served our needs from a level site with full hookups and an extremely clean and nice laundry room. Would we stay there again? You bet!

We dropped by without reservations we just needed a rest for one night. We both were very happy we stopped for the night this was our first time staying at at ELY KOA both my wife and I were very happy with the friendly staff and the conditions of the camp ground was amazing. Also it was a bonus to have 2 differing areas to let your pets off leash which they enjoyed that. Thanks Craig

I can't review the bathrooms or showers because we didn't use them however the sites are extremely close together. We pulled in and the couple next to us were having lunch, we pulled out our slide and basically very close to their table. Also I just don't really care for parks that have full timers your viewing propane tanks and other stuff, that is my personal opinion though. ok for 1 night on

Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean bathroom/shower room. The park was clean, neat, and well kept. We come here once or twice a year from Vegas, usually for a couple of days and we've been doing this for some years. It's a good place to stay.
