One night stay in site #123. We were ferrying 2 RVs to Arizona and this site was perfect. We used the smaller bathhouse to shower and they were very clean and well maintained.

Very nice park. Good sized gravel spots with adult trees. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Nicely stocked store. Extremely helpful, nice, and friendly staff. Close to things to do and see in the area.

Stayed over the Eclipse weekend which is effecting this review: Clean, gravel, and level sites. Staff were friendly. Concerns: Wi-Fi does not exist, even sitting up next to the office. Also, because campground was full with tenters and RV’ers, the bathroom/shower availability was bad. Only bathrooms are located by the office, and the 2 room auxiliary bathrooms ran out of hot water.

We enjoyed the solar eclipse from the Ely KOA and it was go nice that the camp host provided solar sunglasses to everyone!

It was horrible. There was a birthday party going on right in the next site with LOTS of people and guys obviously drunk before dinner. They kept the party very loud up. If you were a particular of the party it would have been great but as a neighbor, not so much. And, do not come to this campground if you don’t have your own bathroom as toilets are in very short supply for this number of peop

Excellent except for the Wifi, which is nonexistent and has been every time we have stayed here (3 times now). I have to burn my data and use my own Hotspot. Love the town of Ely!

Ely KOA Journey is the best!! The staff is so very friendly; the facilities/bathrooms are extremely clean and they are updated the park is very clean. The Ely KOA is easy to find, quick registration, and the general park is clean and inviting. The RV space we rented was level, good sized with ample room.

We have atayed here several times and noticed they updated the restrooms/showers. It's a nice park at a high altitude so it tends to get very cold at night. However, they need to offer cable. The price is fairly high compared to other RV parks and the trees block any OTA reception. Most other places have cable available. Come on KOA, don't be so cheap!

Our "patio spot" was just gravel with a fire pit and BBQ in the corner. Horrible. No grass as pictured.

Charging full price for an unfinished gravel parking lot with sites that are not level is not up to the KOA standard. It is also a long way to the showers. Until these sites are up to standard the price should be discounted.

Been here several times and always liked everything about it! The new section up front needs trees planted for future guests.

The part of this particular KOA that we stayed in was just a large open area alongside the road. These spaces were called “super” sites and were full hookups but no landscaping other than rocks. The park itself seemed nice a lot of trees but we were outside that area.

Wifi was not reliable! Could not make any arrangements for my work or trip planning. Also the people that live right behind the campground would drive above the posted speed limit. I will not stay here again!!

Friendly staff and level site. Facilty itself seemed pretty barebones, like the desert it’s in. It was fine for overnight stay but don’t think I’d vacation there.

Our stay was only one night, but was our second time at this campground. The online reservation was simple and easy as was check in. My husband and I had everything we needed to be comfortable and the park was quiet.

Got the best pull through site with the private patio and grass area. Very nice break from a long travel. Great open area camp ground with lots of room between spots. Cool KOA store on site. The rustic old-west look and feel are nice Probably the best RV site we've found in the few years we've been doing the RV traveling.

While, we liked our stay the only problem was we had no satellite reception, we were blocked by the tree! Would suggest that you ask people if they need an open space for satellite reception. Only other problem was internet connection, some kind of problem with router. We did notice that there have been some major improvements as we have been there before.

It was a quick stay traveling through to get to Bryce Canyon. Very convenient and easy pull-thru site. Check in was simple and friendly staff. No issues!

What a great stop! The dogs loved their two dog parks and there was a nice area to walk around at their tent area. Beautiful Mountain View's, a nice camp store & nice large spots. Would stay again.

Everything was great, from reception, booking all the way to the space we were given for our 34 ft class a motorhome. Definitely recommend.
