I paid the highest price for a big spot, but they really put us in a crappy spot (#106) with a dead tree, no grass--nothing but gravel, construction equipment active in the morning a few feet away (roller, backhoe, supervisor in pickup driving in and out six times in 2hrs). They do have nice spots with trees and grass. I did not realize that "satellite-friendly" is code for no trees.

Love this park as it is one of the nicest KOA we have stayed in. The restrooms are so clean and a joy to use. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The sites are nicely arranged with a good amount of space. A must stay if you are in the area.

Unfortunately, this visit was not as expected. Reservations had been made over a month in advance for our group of 5 campers. The deluxe cabin and 4 adjoining sites. We cancelled cabin and another site was cancelled. Days before arrival. Our 3rd friend was placed at the farthest point away from our 2 sites. Very unhappy as it was insisted on a nearby site. Not up to usual standards.

Good place to stay spaces could be made more level with little work on KOAs part. Stay there several times during the summers. Lots of upgrades in the last couple of years.

Stayed one night & we had a big rig friendly pull thru full hook up site� The staff was very friendly and would recommend the Ely KOA �

Nice enough campground except Site we had supposed to be satellite friendly, Not Had some rain, site very muddy needs more gravel . Runoff like a river right through site

This KOA is really the only RV camp location in this small town. Very dusty. Utilities ok except water psi was 20 on our first day due to construction. Pet donkey in the small corral made for a hilarious alarm clock!!

Everyone at the store was very personable and informative. They made the stay nice and enjoyable. Wonkey the donkey was a nice addition.

The place was nice. The only problem I had was that I tried to buy something from the gift shop and pay with cash. They didn’t have enough change for a twenty so I didn’t buy it.

We stayed 4 nights. The grounds were well kept, bathrooms/showers were clean, the store was stocked with lots of useful items and the staff were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Spots were spacious, but we just fit with our class c motorhome and tow vehicle. The roads were very wide within the park. Our site looked level, but we had to move twice and try to lower the levelers without the front tires coming off the ground. It was very quiet there.

This is one of the best KOA's I've stayed at. I only wish that I had more than just 2 days to spend there. And that I lived closer so that I could stay there more often.

Owners were so pleasant as we arrived right at 8pm when office was closing. They quickly checked us in, provided map and directions and our site was clean. The place was packed but not noisy. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet in the evening, close to town, great base camp for the NP. Massive septic overflow caused us to relocate to higher ground the morning after we arrived where we essentially lost Wi-Fi, despite being feet from the repeater pole which obviously wasn’t working. Beautiful location and friendly people despite the sewage issue.

Lovely park. The restrooms were amazing and extremely clean. The spots are a nice size and level. Great location and wonderful trees to get out of the heat. Definitely will stay here again.
