The staff was so kind and helpful, and the tipi was top-notch. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen. I really enjoyed my stay!

Nice staff! Clean! Some sites too close to the road and without shade. From some sites restroom too far away and not enough restrooms and showers.

Ely KOA Journey is the best!! The staff is so very friendly; the facilities/bathrooms are extremely clean and they are updated the park is very clean. The Ely KOA is easy to find, quick registration, and the general park is clean and inviting. The RV space we rented was level, good sized with ample room.

We have atayed here several times and noticed they updated the restrooms/showers. It's a nice park at a high altitude so it tends to get very cold at night. However, they need to offer cable. The price is fairly high compared to other RV parks and the trees block any OTA reception. Most other places have cable available. Come on KOA, don't be so cheap!

Our "patio spot" was just gravel with a fire pit and BBQ in the corner. Horrible. No grass as pictured.

Charging full price for an unfinished gravel parking lot with sites that are not level is not up to the KOA standard. It is also a long way to the showers. Until these sites are up to standard the price should be discounted.

The part of this particular KOA that we stayed in was just a large open area alongside the road. These spaces were called “super” sites and were full hookups but no landscaping other than rocks. The park itself seemed nice a lot of trees but we were outside that area.

Wifi was not reliable! Could not make any arrangements for my work or trip planning. Also the people that live right behind the campground would drive above the posted speed limit. I will not stay here again!!

Friendly staff and level site. Facilty itself seemed pretty barebones, like the desert it’s in. It was fine for overnight stay but don’t think I’d vacation there.

Our stay was only one night, but was our second time at this campground. The online reservation was simple and easy as was check in. My husband and I had everything we needed to be comfortable and the park was quiet.

Got the best pull through site with the private patio and grass area. Very nice break from a long travel. Great open area camp ground with lots of room between spots. Cool KOA store on site. The rustic old-west look and feel are nice Probably the best RV site we've found in the few years we've been doing the RV traveling.

This place is the cleanest KOA we have ever stayed at. Super friendly and such a great stay in the teepee. Great little store and the bathrooms are spotless.

While, we liked our stay the only problem was we had no satellite reception, we were blocked by the tree! Would suggest that you ask people if they need an open space for satellite reception. Only other problem was internet connection, some kind of problem with router. We did notice that there have been some major improvements as we have been there before.

It was a quick stay traveling through to get to Bryce Canyon. Very convenient and easy pull-thru site. Check in was simple and friendly staff. No issues!

nice place, showers good, needs some signage (saw two rv's with dinghy's go down dead end and need to back up, maybe a larger dog park and does no one in Nevada recycle?

Very good & clean Koa friendly staff , wifi was down but this was the first time and we have stayed here several times over the last few years! Only complaint is the light at each Rv site I wish it had auto shut off at 11pm because the light shines in the windows! Otherwise we will continue to stay here and enjoy this very nice Koa

There was no WIFI even though it was advertised as such. They only had a “ hotspot” which never worked. If you are going to advertise WIFI, then make sure you have it.

Your park was beautiful and clean. We loved that there were 2 nice dog parks, and your store had great stuff. However, YOU HAD NO INTERNET THAT WORKED! Not even in the middle of the night! Your office was apologetic, and said it would be a good night for "hot chocolate and a good book" Normally that would be OK. However, we had critical 1st of month business and COUNTING ON KOA! Disappointed

Have never stayed in. KOA, prefer dispersed camping. But $70 for no water and no septic seems a bit high to me. But like I said, I’m used to dispersed camping.

Great KOA! Other reviewers either love it or hate it. Our experience was great! We had a patio site in the middle of the campground and was the best site! A bit of grass and patio was wonderful! 2 dog parks was a plus! Staff was great!

Everything was great, from reception, booking all the way to the space we were given for our 34 ft class a motorhome. Definitely recommend.
