The people are awesome. This KOA is not big rig friendly. Our 41 ft RV barely fit into the site and our top was scrapped by tree branches hanging over the road. There were very few sites that were large enough without overhanging trees but we did not get one of those, so bad experience for us. Could not get out of our site without asking neighbors to move their vehicles as road is too narrow.

Really nice stay at the ellensburg koa. If we had not gotten a riverfront site I might have thought different, but the river sites are very nice with good spacing and great shade. The pool could use some maintenance and upkeep however as it was filthy and cloudy looking all weekend, we refused to use it as it looked like a cesspool.

Our stay was marred by a load party (with drinking)going on into the wee morning hours. Also the freeway was very noisy. If I stay here again, it will be a bakin spot, rather than pull through

We had our family reunion here. Nice clean place and the staff was very courteous. We plan on returning next year.

In a time where there is little to no customer service it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at KOA ellensburg. From Stephanie in the office to the staff in the campground, it was a great experience. Clean park, helpful people. Thanks!

No quiet time at night. The group next to us was up yelling, singing, drinking until 6am Most of the people the wasn't evening camping there. They were from town and came and played all night and no one said anyting!!!!

Our motorhome had problems and we had to stay here longer than planned. The office was most helpful and we were allowed to have our rig worked on at our site. The ofiice also held our spot so that we could stay longer if needed. Fortunately, we were able to leave on schedule. Thank You KOA for your clean, friendly Park and your support!

The campground was clean, level and the sites had plenty of spacing to feel private. The restrooms & showers were clean & in great shape. Everyone that worked there were very nice.

Under new management. Owner was really friendly and helpful. Would have liked more things like milk and bread available for travelers that have been on the road for awhile to stock up on essentials

Convenient location. The site provided what I needed for my 4 night stay. However, The Mosiquito’s were absolutely horrible. Disappointed in the upkeep of the property. Lawns look like they haven’t been mowed in over 2 weeks, weeds everywhere in the playground, driveways and landscape.

called about 2 hours before arrival asked if all amenities were avaiable-reply was yes arrive-shower in my end of the park was stopped up maitenance man was off for the weekend i would think that an operation as big as koa could afford rotorooter other guests said it had been locked since friday ive stayed at this park before really was looking forward to a shower besides m/h there a showe

Thank you for the review. We do have 2 bathrooms located on our campground both with showers. Unfortunately during your stay we were experiencing a clog in the men's showers in our restrooms in the middle of the campground. It is all fixed up now and we are prepared for next time.

Very disappointed that there wasn’t sewage available at our site. We were not told ahead of time. There was a place to dump on our way out. Nice place to stay otherwise.

We have stayed here twice, and both times were nice. The sites are spaced well and clean. Sites near the river mean you are steps away from fishing. The laundry room is clean, and there are many activities on-site for kids and adults alike.

Please stay there several times and they were very busy with summer when we were there this time. Everything looks a little rundown and there’s a lot more trash in the campsites than we’ve seen before. The people are always very nice though.

Thank you for the review. We are trying very hard right now to keep the place in the best shape we can with the busy season. We do have a trash valet service where guests set their trash at the end of the site and we pick it up at 11am, this may be why there was more trash than usual. Safe travels!

We had a lovely site right next to the river. Although the campground is next to a busy highway, the river does a great job at masking all road noise :)

This place definitely could use some upgrades for the rate you pay. Gravel, dying grass, WiFi is terrible. Pool is nice.

Very small site by dog area and showers . Big hole in grass by driveway-almost turned my ankle. Very noisy.Everyone cut right in front of our door to go to showers and dog park.Awkward to park trailer so slide could come out. Site 53 should be a last resort!

We stayed for three nights in a 40 foot fifth wheel. The sites are small and out neighbor had a fire within 10 feet of our trailer. Because of the narrow sites, wood fires should not be allowed. The utilities are good. The cost $80.00 is high for what you get.

Very nice. Definately a great place for families. Gravel level sites, spaced nicely with grass and trees between each site. Beautiful river. Just gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Just got our 2010 ClassA the day before and our first stay at a KOA, the staff and facility were great and we are encouraged with our future adventures and stays at other RV sites!

Typical KOA campground, nothing to really write home about. Registration was fine, site was ok but the Linden trees are the dirtiest trees you can have in a campground. My coach and toad were just covered in tree sap and droppings from the trees. Then one of the grounds people decided it was ok to run over my LP gas line from my coach to my grill with a lawnmower which could have caused a fire.

The negative is that we had to walk through dirt to get to our trailer, to our outside table. The grass is gone in significant areas. I expect dirt camping for $15 a night campgrounds. But for nearly $80 a night, I should be able to avoid bringing dirt into our little home. The KOA area is lovely.

It was ok, for the price I expect better accommodations. It was very close to the freeway and the site was very small. The staff was nice and the restrooms clean. The off leash dog area was also a good addition. There were lots of families which was nice for my 12 yrs old daughter.

Beautiful peaceful location on the Yakima river. Great fly fishing. Plenty for kids to do, loved the K9 park.

Staff was great! Park is neat and tidy, just a little tight. This is our second stay and we'll be back.

The crew was nice but the you can hear the highway traffic noise from our camping site.. price of the bundle of woods were over $11 which is pretty shocking to me.. Facilities were clean and playground, pool, volleyball area was well maintained.

Staff is friendly & we really appreciated the daily garbage pick up. Don’t plan on tv. The website says there is cable however it’s actually an air signal and it’s horrible. Unwatchable. The little market was fairly well stocked except in the coolers which were almost empty. There are two small pools, one for the little kiddos which is nice.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
