3 out of 4 dryers out of order. No toilet paper in men’s restroom. Had to go back to rv and wipe and change underwear. Electrical has tap wrapped around it to keep it from falling over. Urnial in men’s restroom is out of order. Worst koa I have ever stayed at. Will never return.

Let me just start with the price. $80+ a night to stay here is WAY over priced. The showers are in major need of bulldozed and rebuilt. There’s no drain hole. Just a floor to direct everyone’s bath water towards your feet. No sewer hookups for the price. No one at front desk to check in either.

Wi fi didn’t work, no library and very expensive.

The site was nice and the campground was nice. We just wouldn't recommend it because of the road noise and windy conditions, things outside of anyone's control.

We had a very brief stay at your campground. The location along the river is lovely. I wish I had known to ask for one of those sites. Staff were helpful and friendly. I did laundry and was disappointed with how dirty the floor of the laundry room was. All four washers were operational but only two of the four dryers.

Park needs some maintenance and the so called wifi only works if you are outside of your motorhome. Bathrooms were not great Tried calling the number but nobody answered even during open hours. Otherwise was a good place to park for a night

The staff were pleasant. Grounds were fairly well kept and clean, but could be updated. Trailer spaces were short (not much room for parking, especially with signs saying not to park sideways). The Wi-Fi didn’t hardly work. The camper beside us used our sewer connection. When we asked staff, they basically told us there wasn’t anything they could do. Thank you for your comments. Your site accommodates 66' which is more than twice the reported size of your trailer. We have no signage prohibiting parking sideways. The site is FHU and has 2 sewer connections on the driver's side, one for your neighbor and one for you.

We were greeted by a very friendly front counter employee. We were able to upgrade our spot to river front, thankfully. I would strongly suggest asking if a spot farther away from I-90 is available, as the highway noise is present. I would say that speed limit enforcement needs to happen as we saw vehicles going over 5mph, when kids clearly do not look before running across the roads.

Super windy which isn’t the KOAs fault but impacted our ability to be outside in evening for fire enjoyment. Ran out of toilet paper a lot and pool was cold. Otherwise, recommend the river side campsites the most and the doggie play, potty area was so nice! Great place for families or groups with kids. Lots of fun activities!

It's a nice place to stay except of course the highway noise. My main complaint is there aren't enough baby swings. My two-year-old granddaughter wanted to swing and there wasn't a baby swing so we put her on the regular swing. We were standing close and barely pushing her but she let go and before we could grab her, she fell off head first into the gravel and cut her head.

This stay will be the last time we try this KOA. I was reluctant to book the reservation with the cheapest spot being $80 a night, however there are not a lot of RV choices in Ellensburg.Tried shoving us in in a parking spot jammed up against a cabin. Pool stairs broken, garbage cans? dead long dry grass. Employees voicing their unhappiness with the place? Crammed parking. Done with this place.

Fly fishing from your campsite! Watching the sun set over the river from your dinner table! Hosts took our request for privacy seriously and gave us a spot far from anyone else our entire stay. The sites are close together, but if you stay during the week, you can have lots of room to yourself. Central dog park was great, grounds were clean and tidy, beautiful trees and wildlife viewing.

Easy to get into our pull through site. The site was long enough for our 5th wheel and truck. The only detracting factor was the short fence between our patio and the neighbors'.

I was dissapointed in the staff's attitude when quired about the lack of TV. They did not offer to check out the problem. Their comment, yeah we know some sites don't work. I have stayed here numerous times and have 1 night booked next weekend after that I'm done with them.

This park is still nice, but seems to be going downhill. The office was unstaffed when we arrived at around 4pm. There was no sign on the door saying "back in 10 minutes" or any clue as to the issue. There was not the usual plethora of maintenance folks around but when I finally found one he had no idea where the clerk had gone. There were other issues if you want to e-mail me but I'm out of space

I was given a site which didn't fit my setup. Dump was too far away. Charged $32 more than another KOA in Pendleton with the same hookups. Nothing special for an overnight pit stop. Hyway noise right there. I would have moved but no one at the office to ask. Forgot to offer seniors discount to me. Not impressed.

This KOA needs a major overhaul on site maintenance (and customer service ( when they bother to answer the phone or return calls). Our best advice is todrive by this one.

Not all sites are Class A friendly. Too many trees in full hook up area to pull out site 63 as it had low trees on the left side. Unfortunately we had to back out even though it was a pull through site. Roadways very narrow. Some campers were sticking out in the roadway. Dog play area was nice.

What a great location! Everything we needed and so happy to have met the staff and the location is amazing! River running next to campground made for an excellent experience. Very clean and the staff was very friendly from the store staff to the maintenance and grounds staff. Would stay again and you should too!

We have stayed here several times in the past couple of years. It’s our last night on the road before getting home. The pull thru sites are level, easy to enter and exit. It is always windy in Ellensburg but expected. It’s just across freeway from Pilot and Loves fuel stops and several good restaurants. No road noise and a nice location by the river.

We were there over Memorial weekend. As expected it was packed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds could use better upkeep. The dump station set up is not the best location as getting past the long line at the dump station could be challenging. A bit noisy with traffic on the I-90 ramp. I felt it was a bit over priced.

The spots that we were in were not mowed tall grass just looked not very clean this year. Nothing in the store shelf’s were bare, bathroom not kept clean down by the dog park

My family has been coming to this campground for the past 7 years for a 5 day stay over Memorial day weekend and this is the first time the grounds were Very Unkept the restrooms were out of Toilet paper often So A Very Bad stay for our Family

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
