We stayed here for a family wedding in Cle Elum. We thought it was over priced. There are no trash cans or sewer hook ups, just power. The river is nice, but park says no river access. We were hoping to rent a couple kayaks, but not available. There is a kiddy area playground and a pool. Seems like a good destination for families with young children. Roads are all gravel. Not pretty.

We offer on-site garbage pick up service, so there are no unsightly, smelly trash cans. Our sites are either FHU or W/E. We do have a boat launch for river access but we do not advertise or rent any watercraft. Our park blends into the beautiful natural surroundings rather than being all asphalt.

WiFi wasn’t working. VERY expensive and you still had to rent the pedal bikes.

We offer free WiFi in the park, but it can be spotty here in Kittitas Valley. Banana bikes are for rent for kids of all ages. They are not included with site charges.

Too expensive. Limited TV. Limited internet, couldn't open attachments on computer. It's not the same KOA that I have stayed at for years.

We offer free wifi and digital antenna TV service. These services are broadcast over air waves which can become blocked and/or obstructed here in the Kittitas valley.

NICE - ONLY THE TRAFFICE FROM THE HIGHWAY WAS TOO LOUD FOR US

We are a KOA Journey situated with easy access to I-90 yet nestled at the base of the Cascade Mountains along the Yakima River. The highway is out of sight yet some noise from trucks entering or exiting the highway does carry over to sites closest to the off ramp.

Our space was awesome-clean just a few steps from the Yakima river- Hookups were very functional- we would stay here again in the future- Very well cared for RV Park Thank you to the great staff

2 years ago was $70, in advance, then $85, now we were told $185 in advance for 2024. Totally greedy price gouger. Then get a call said he backed down to $115 because NOBODY resigned. Dead grass everywhere, sometimes water doesn't work at sites. Very small spaces. He is just cheating people. Went from Ellensburg to another KOA 3 hours away, for $49.50 per day. He is one greedy SOB

Despite being in a high desert region, we work hard to maintain the green grass in the public areas, tent sites and dog parks. With our sites being steadily occupied it is more difficult to maintain green grass between sites but we try. We have not had any issues with water not working at any site.

There was a mix up with our site and the manager handled it so unprofessional. She was rude to my daughter and me. My elderly parents came to visit for an hour and had to pay for a parking pass. Then on top of that, she was incredibly rude to my parents. This woman should not be in customer service. We will never stay there again and tell everyone we know the same.

Mix ups can happen and some can be avoided by following the rules of the campground such as checking in upon arrival and paying for visitors. It is not rude to enforce a park's rules unless the violators think themselves to be above the rules and that's not the type of people we want in the park.

OK last yr. This yr the lawns were a mess, dirty bathrooms and no t-paper. BYO t-paper? The employees bought it out of their pockets? We hoped this was only this year issues. Then we found that the cost was doubling next year, but only during the rodeo in Sept. Our 4 campsites won't be coming next year. Others we talked to won't come either. I'm surprised you'd gouge us like this. very SAD!

Our lawn area is green, clean, and manicured considering we are located in a dry, high desert climate region. We don't staff our bathrooms 24/7 but our bathrooms are checked and stocked several times each day and appreciate campers who are considerate when using public restrooms though not all are.

Beautiful campground and WONDERFUL staff! They fit us in during a busy time when our reservation in a different town fell through - we were incredibly thankful. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and kind. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if in the area.

The lots here are very tight and not easy to walk on, there is no patio or even grass. The trees are lovely and considering the area if you are going to be in Ellensburg this s an excellent place to stay. It would be nice if there was a way to keep people from walking right next to your trailer and outdoor table. The staff is very nice an helpful. We will stay here if we need a spot near by.

The woman in the office was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a KOA and I've been staying at KOAs since the 1970s. She and her park should not be associated with KOA. We will never stay there again. The prices have doubled - clearly price gouging. The grounds were not kept up, the restrooms were not kept clean, and the rules re: dogs outside being on !eashes and quiet time weren't enforce

The rates are astronomical for a park that is not being maintained. It's the second year that the pool is not fully functioning and it rv got invested with and and flies .

We have a full maintenance staff that takes pride in keeping the park clean and in working order, including the pool.Located on the banks of the scenic Yakima River, our park offers natural beauty which includes wildlife and insects. Guests need to be mindful to avoid nature getting inside their RVs

Big yearly fam event. Bathroom were dirty, no toilet paper. Office told us they had no budget to buy supplies. employee said he paid $278 from his pocket for toilet paper for Labor Day weekend. Rates have nearly doubled for next year. $154 for water & electric, with sewer almost $200. Paid infull at reservation no refunds. We reluctantly booked but Exploring other alternatives for future weekends.

Staff was very nice, always around somewhere doing things. Shows me that they care. Restrooms/showers were clean considering the nature of the public! Fairly quiet even though campgrounds were full. My only complaint is paying top dollar for a site with no sewer dump.

Toilet paper out in a stall, lighting problems in restroom. All staff friendly and helpful but frustrated in attempting to do their jobs. Unable to reserve a spot for next year. I found a nail where I parked my vehicle. I hope there were not others on the ground. Apparently the new owner is only concerned with highest profits rather than welcoming regular customers for the rodeo season.

Our bathrooms are checked, cleaned, and stocked throughout the day. Sometimes light bulbs need to be replace or other electrical issues come up that are repaired as quickly as possible. We are able to make reservations for up to 1 year in advance. We are open year round and welcome everyone, anytime

Picnic tables are not stable and need repair. Bathrooms also need better cleaning and repairs. Wifi isn't reliable at our campsite. Verizon coverage is not good either. Was told price is increasing over $100 for next year. We will not stay again

We provide a picnic table and fire pit at every site. Our picnic tables are maintained on a regular basis. Our bathrooms are cleaned throughout the day and are in good repair. Being located in the beautiful Kittitas Valley at the base of the Cascade Mountains, over the air signals can be spotty.

Our stay was fine. That value for cost is not there. Way overpriced for what you get in comparison to other KOAs.

Our location, accommodations, and amenities cause our sites to be in high demand. We have many regular guests and groups that book up to a year in advance to return for multi-night stays. Compared to other KOA Journeys, what we offer is more like a KOA Holiday.

Alot of road noise. Staff was nice, maybe learn to give better directions. We stayed overnight in a 43 ft motorhome with a truck. Yes had to disconnect.

As a KOA Journey, we are conveniently located off I-90 yet nestled along the serene Yakima River at the base of the Cascade Mountains. Our pull thru sites can accommodate up to 66 feet which is enough for most RVs with a vehicle.

Facilities are well maintained, clean and close-by regardless of where you are on the grounds. The campground is close to the freeway and on/off-ramps, so there is some constant, related noise throughout the day and night. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional.

We literally were here for 12 hours or so (pulled in at night and left in the AM) but the person on the phone that coordinated everything was so helpful and friendly. They actually answer the phone every time you call which is not always true for KOAs. Their night registration is so easy to see and understand and the showers were clean so that’s a plus! Would stay again.

It was next to highway, on a river you could not get into, dry as can be near a town that was as uneventful as it gets , with a pool barely bigger than the word pool itself. Showers were dirty. Bare bones, dusty and even though a friendly guy at the desk, he knew nothing about the area as he was from texas. Not living up to its description in kao. on any level. Avoid if you can, not with the mone

As a KOA Journey, we are conveniently located off I-90 yet not right next to it. The calm sounds of the swift flowing Yakima River are easily heard from our river sites. Besides launching a boat, no other water activities are permitted for the safety of our guests who can enjoy our heated pool.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
