It's always a great day at the Ellensburg KOA!! Our first stay for the season and it was great--cheery staff, fresh air, wildlife, the river..... The campground is in great shape and the staff was on top of everything. The remodel in the store works well, and the ongoing changes work well. We already have our next three stays booked. Looking forward to each!

Right off I- 90. Well kept grounds, new off leash dog area and right on the lovely Yakima River and close to Ellensburg.

the reason for 4 was no sewage.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

So, just to help out other folks; we are not allowed to have sewer sites anywhere close to our gorgeous Yakima River, so this will not change, but we do have 26 sewer (Full-Hookup) sites on 1st and 2nd streets which is the closest we can legally go ;)

The daily rate is much too high. It's Winter/Spring,,,many of the attributes of the park can't be used. Its an overnight spot.

a beautiful pure campsite, everything was very friendly and the reception and it also looked in the evening if everything is ok. we would stay here again and wifi is also quite good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. Everybody helped immediately with every question we had. We could tell the campground was older but clearly the staff worked hard to keep it clean and maintained. There were no cleanliness or maintenance issues that we could see anywhere.

Good site, easy to get into, and everything was outstanding. The office/store was great, and we enjoyed our conversation with one of the owners while getting a good cuppa coffee for the road.

Staff very acommadating helped us get a good site .want to mention they have kiddie karts and there are no flags on them as they are low to the ground it is difficult too see the kids riding when one is driving a vehicle Otherwise very nice spot Great store lots of stock

Overall it was good time. Except my power box was covered with a trash bag, and on the wrong side of site (#53). Ended up having to us extension cord. Also there was two trash cans in center of site??? We were with other campers so my site wasn't the primary site, thank goodness.

This campground is conveniently located for what we were doing in Ellensburg. The road noise may bother most people, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the sites along the river were full hookup, but that’s not a deal breaker. The hot water in the showers was definitely hot! We will stay here again!

The new owners are amazing! We are excited to stay at the Ellensburg KOA more this summer. The park is clean and organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have already told people about it, recommended staying there and to recommend it to others they know.

The owners and staff are probably the best I have ever come across. Loved the grounds. Washrooms are squeaky clean.

I checked in after dark and the Host met me in the parking lot.I went to office and was pleasantly greeted by his wife.Check in was quick and easy as I am a card carrying member. The host led me to the campsite and ask if he could help me in any way as I am disabled and use a cane. Park was very quiet during the night !! For sure will use this park again!! And I was given a Veterans discount !!

Caught them on the 1day of opening for the season and after hours to boot. Host very friendly and accomodating. Campground is easy on and easy off the interstate. Would definitely stay there again
