Put us in a site with a dirty bar b que, weeds growing everywhere, brown grass. The next day the power was off. Knowing the power was going to be shut off, they could have given us a space that wasn’t affected by the construction. Plenty of empty sites. We like KOA, but this one is far below your standards. We left a day early and moved to Cascade Locks KOA.

This is a beautiful campground on the Yakima River. It was so beautiful to sit at our windows and watch it glow by. Plus there are activities for everyone and the staff is wonderful

No reservations but asked for a river spot when we arrived. Not available. We got a spot - no shade and we unfortunately don’t have An awning. The end spot next to us had a lovely shade tree and nice grass. The next morning , that shade spot and 3 spots by the river were never used. We only planned to stay the one night. But still disappointed none the less.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately we cannot control whether guests arrive for their reservations or not and being booked we cannot always move guests. We hope if you stay with us again that we are able to put you in a site that better suits your needs. Safe travels!

Stayed Friday night 8/19/22 we were going to stay a second night but there was a constant flow of Marijuana smoke from a site across the way blowing into our faces that combined with this sites excessive drunkenness we could not even sit out side to enjoy the evening I would rate this facility as not family friendly at all

I don’t know that this is a fair rating. This was our first KOA and only 10th or so private park. We only stayed for the night. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and well taken care of. The grounds were fair but not great. The staff was superb. Spaces are fairly close together but I think that is expected at private parks. Power was clean and 50 amp.

This was highest price KOA ever stayed at not sure why it's a nice park not a resort. Staff was great !

This KOA was clean but the sites were very small and crammed together. Our door and the next door neighbor's opened to each other. Also, cars were allowed to park along the roadway making hard for RV's to get through. On a positive note, the bathrooms and laundry were clean. The Yakima river ran at the back of the property. They picked up your trash daily which was a nice amenity.

Our pull through site was fine. The only issue with the stay was the poor quality for internet and phone service. At night we were able to use our Verizon hotspot to stream a program.

Sites are clean and roomy. Lots of amenities and staff made registration and guiding to the site easy and fast. Will come back. Wish I had got a spot by the river.

Really fun time! The Teepee was so fun to stay in. The campground was clean and very well maintained. So much to do! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and playing the various lawn games available to us.

Pool area need umbrellas for shade. Lots of Bees. Bathrooms need deodorizer. Friendly Staff. Appreciate morning garbage pick up. Bring back Family Outdoor Movies in Summers! Bring back ice cream cones!

Great campground! The highway is a little loud, but that's unavoidable. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again

The site we were assigned to was extremely windy. I wish we could reserve our camp sites in advance.

W had a very nice riverside campground. There was no sewer on the site but the dump site was easy in and easy out. Very nice stay.

Very dirty. The grass campsite was filled with garbage, lemon wedges that were left from the last camper, pile of dog crap, a dead mouse, must I go on? No, I will never stay at another KOA, and will tell others not to too. We had just camped all over Idaho and Montana, and this KOA was double the price, and the worst spot of our trip.

The campground is very nice. The sites are shaded by trees which is nice during the hot weather. There is a fenced dog area so your dog can be off leash. The downside is that the campground is next to I-90 and a train line. Bring ear plugs.

Filthy dirty.. we wanted to leave a few days early. They said that it was corporate policy not to return your money once you arrived and had checked in. I checked with corporate offices this is a lie that is not their policy. We had to stay in a filthy dirty uncapped campground for four days.. Would not recommend this campground to anyone. You could smell the sewage every time you went outside.

I really liked it there, nice shaded sites and super clean bathrooms. The folks at the reception where super friendly and had the right spot for me. I would definitely come back to this KOA.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and very pleasant. We have no issues to raise. It was a good choice and we will stay there again because we will likely attend the Ellensburg rodeo next year.

Our stay was ok. We took our dog to the K-9 fenced in area. Some of the people staying there think its ok to let there dogs run loose. We had to dog run up to us & that was not very cool. This KOA needs to make sure people are following the rules.

We had just purchased a travel trailer in Ellensburg and made reservations at your KOA campground for 3 nights. We had a great stay. Our camping neighbor helped out with setting up our trailer. Everyone is helpful and very kind. We will be back.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sites and grounds need a serious upgrade, well maintained for age of sites. Pool was very small. Had some activities which were good. Great location. Easy in and out.

It was noisy because of the freeway. The store was sparse in variety. The pool was super crowded. Overall it was nice, but the access to the river was difficult if you wanted to go fishing. I don’t know that I would book there again.

We love the Ellensburg KOA! We have stayed their frequent Mt since we discovered it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, we have probably introduced 5 new families to it as well. The kids always have so much fun with so many activities to keep them busy.

Great pull-in spot on the river. Loved that you have WiFi so the kids could watch a movie at bedtime. You could use another table or two with umbrellas I think. A Little overpriced but not too overpriced to complain. There was a spot available when we wanted it. Great experience. We'll be back soon.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
