On circus day, tickets can only be purchased at the box office and will be $16 for adults and $9 for children 2-12 and seniors 65 & up. No charge for children under the age of 2. The Oklahoma Czech Festival is a way to connect with our heritage and culture by celebrating with family, friends, and our community. We celebrate with a parade, crafts, baked goods, and authentic Czech food. There are many craft vendors and food vendors with a plethora of different things. There is plenty to EAT, see, hear, and experience. You can also watch the Czech Royalty pageant, where many young women, boys, and girls can compete for a chance to be crowned queen, junior queen, prince, or princess.
Red Earth Fall Fest will celebrate Oklahoma City Indigenous People's Day with a Parade, Arts & Crafts market and a Youth Powwow at the Myriad Gardens in downtown OKC.
Saturday, October 14th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in downtown Oklahoma City. This vibrant celebration of Native cultures will feature:
A grand parade starting at 10:00 am, beginning at NW 6th Street and Walker Avenue, and concluding near Myriad Gardens on Sheridan Avenue.
An Art Market at the Devon Lawn of the Myriad Gardens from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, showcasing Native artists.
The Red Earth Youth Powwow, running from noon to 5:00 pm, highlights traditional dances and drumbeats and concludes with an awards ceremony.
This family-friendly event is free to the public. Attendees can bring lawn chairs and picnic baskets to fully enjoy the day's festivities. The event is sponsored by several organizations, including the Chickasaw Nation, Cricket Wireless, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
