Meet Your Hosts

Julian & Kachina Starr, Keith Protz & Susan Behen

Durango is a beautiful place to vacation and live. It is a combination of spectacular scenery & small town appeal. We love it here and hope you will too.

Our staff, owners, and managers welcome you to Durango KOA.  We're all excited to meet our wonderful guests.  We work hard to please our guests and make their stay a memorable one.  We hope you can all enjoy Durango and what Durango KOA has to offer.  We are just 7 miles from historic down town and close to many of our spectacular surroundings.  Our KOA has a long history as it was one of the first few KOAs in America.  Through the years owners have done a great job updating and improving to create the comfortable, inviting place that it is today.   The pinon pines, junipers, cool nights and beautiful blue skies beckon you to join us.  See you soon!

Oh My, There's Nothing Here!

That doesn't mean this area has to always be empty. When you start reviewing camping options, your history will display here to help compare sites and find the best stay. You will be able to share your stay information with friends or family and save it for a later time if you have a KOA.com Account.
