I told the front desk. She talked to the young lady . 3 of them were horse playing in the pool doing belly flops and hollering. I ignored it umtil they spashed a young couple in the pool. She told me she could do what she wanted as she was already talked to & took off her KOA shirt. 2 of the girls were also vaping . A large % of long term guests & staff using facilities causes issues

We were able to stay in C1, which had trees and a lawn area. We have stayed in B1 last year and had the same ammenities, lawn and trees. The people there, especially the husband and wife who are the managers/owners are very nice and helpful.

Stay and camping area was fine. Even though it’s fairly spacious a escort to your spot would be nice. I was first placed in a spot to small for rig and skinned up the back of my RV trying to get into it. I called the office and they found me a bigger spot.

Sites were very uneven. Pull throughs were too short to leave towing vehicle connected to trailer.

Feel like they need more outside help. They were very helpful when you asked for something! We were upset as we heard this KOA will be shutting down. This was from outside source. That will be sad! We have family in Douglas and enjoy campsite!!

Great campground in the middle of nowhere! Nice staff, clean restrooms and great dog park. Would recommend to anyone to stop there.

Only stayed overnight. Had a lovely view of fields and mountains out my back window. Didn't use any facilities. Site level on gravel. Easy in and out.

The staff were kind and helpful. There was just enough room for our 35ft 5er and dually. But it worked. The campground doesn’t have much around it but it was only a couple of miles of the main road. The staff made the place look nice and even hosted a BBQ pool party at when we were there. If passing through, we would stay there again.

Stay here a bunch as it is 4 hours from home, most I can drive with a 2 year old and 4 month old. Clean, friendly, easy to navigate, closer to I-25. Daughter loves the pool which is always clean. Great for an overnight stop. Minus 1 star due to the limited large spaces I could keep my TT hooked up, since just an overnight stop. Always need to unhook.

The Douglas KOA was very pleasant to stay at. We enjoyed a good evening swim in the pool. The bathrooms and shower were clean. The price was manageable. We had a relaxing restful visit.

Quiet from road noise. Site #1 has zero shade. Cable tv didn’t work or the cable they lent me was bad. Otherwise a decent place to rest. Expensive compared to other KOA’s with better amenities.

There is plenty of space between sites. The campground seems very safe. Staff was very friendly. I stay at the Douglas KOA whenever I go through Wyoming.

This is a nice location. I really likes that everything was well-labeled, but the tent sites were down in a little depression, and it was a far walk to the bathroom, especially at 2 am. Also, a sprinkler and hose were left across my assigned site (I arrived after the office was closed so couldn’t make any other arrangements). Bathrooms and showers were clean.

Great staff. No problems changing a reservation to the next date and getting to choose our tent site since no one else was staying in tent sites.

Website price was $47/night. They said that I was a walk in customer and didn't have a reserv and had to pay with sales tax $69 after we called them while on interstate 25 with no mention of a premium before we arrived approx 5 miles off interstate. They said I had to call KOA Corp to get a refund. KOA Corp told me it is a private owner rv park but they would give them a call. I put a cc dispute.

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!! We recommend KOA 1000% HOPEFULLY WE CÀN BE HERE FOREVER ❤️❤️ WE TRULY APPRECIATE YOU'LL 🥰 Douglas KOA
