Great place to stay - very friendly staff. Pools were nice after a long day exploring Door County.

This campground creates mixed views. The part we stayed in was new and the sights were very large. Patios and grills were exceptional. Then the older parts of the park were poorly kept and run down. The water is very sulfuric and awful to drink. The water park is excellent. When our dogs went to the dog park the pet waste can wasn’t emptied all week and with the smell of septic and garbage.

The staff at this campground are very friendly. They called me to let me know that the office was going to be closing before I arrived and they delivered firewood to my site so it was there when my family and I arrived. This is one of the top campgrounds I have ever been too plus there is a lot of things for kids to do to keep them entertained. The bathrooms are also very clean.

We love the campground & you all do a great job of taking care of the grounds, buildings, and any issues that come up. I wish the showers by the park had a changing area, similar to what the bathrooms by the store have, even just some curtains. I feel that $70/night for an electric site is high. We used to get a group rate discount, but this year we were told there are no discounts for our group

Love the campground and most of the staff. We rented a "deluxe cabin" listed at $227 night. It had a mouse in it! My family refused to stay in it and crammed into my daughter's RV. Needless to say, it was an expensive unused rental. So not sure I would recommend it due to that.

Love this place. BUT fire pits are way to high and the one of the dump stations was full on the last day. Need to pump before busy weekend.

Really liked park we had a patio site with a weber grill and that was a nice feature to have. Only thing I didn’t like was all the golf carts driving around haven’t been to a koa that allowed them and so many that was a let down to have to deal with that with kids and dogs walking. Also a golf cart driving around with lights and blaring music at 10 pm again another let down!

We enjoyed our stay with one exception. People drove too fast down the roads. Besides the safety of children and others walking the dust was horrible.

Great place to camp! Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pools, waterslide and weekend activities. We had a fun stay and can't wait to come back!

Staff was very kind and helpful. It would’ve been more enjoyable if the water for the pools especially the splash pad was warmer. On the cold side for little kids. It actually seemed colder than the regular pool. The fishing pond could also be improved upon. Very full of weeds and not many fish. Possibly should be deeper.

Individual bathrooms & showers were kept clean. Satff was freindly. Our site could have been mowed. Need a wider swing in order to get the camper close enough to dump station. Multiple back & forths to get close enough. A tree entering, & post & rock exiting, prohibits an easy approach & exit to dump station. Is a junky appearance in old part of park. Trees support elec. overhead in old part.

Campground caters to seasonal campers. Campsite filled with weeds and giant dead tree stump. Water hookup was plastic tubing sitting above ground, water tasted horrible. 11pm quiet time, seasonal campers driving around in golf carts with party lights and blasting music up until 11, not helpful for sleeping children. Bathrooms reeked. Inattentive staff at check in.

I'd give this KOA 8 stars if I could. Great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff ( Becky?) in the office. She was awesome! Would definately stay again.

After our first attempt to check in was rudely rejected things went fine. Nice site. Little problem with the provided grill but figured out problem.

Staff was very nice and responsive. Could not have been better. Beautiful campground we had wonderful sites. Only disappointment was the hours of the store and bar/food. 5:00 is early to close when items want to be checked out, ie golf and bikes. or used like water slide. Having bar closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Something is wrong at the campground. The employees don’t seem happy with the job or work. You get escorted in but they zoom away without a word or any concern. In the office all but Debbie seem as if they would rather be elsewhere. For the employees at the campground it doesn’t appear that “It’s a happy day at KOA”.

Wonderful location. Clean sites. Plenty to do. Laundromat available. Staff in the office (Becky?) is AWESOME.! Quiet setting. No freeway or train noise. Great location for exploring the Door Peninsula. Would definately stay here again if I didn't live so far away! Great place. Unlike any other KOA I've stated at!

I would like to acknowledge "Danny" there was only a large fire pit.. couldn't even see the fire. I asked him if he could find us a small one as the fire pit kinda makes the stay when you can actually see the fire. He went all over and found me one. Dropped it off at our camp site. Going above and beyond his job. Thank you Danny.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay. My son and I had a wonderful time! The pool was perfect. We were fortunate enough to get a nice wooded site. I am confused with how sites are assigned. Friends of ours were given a site in the middle of a grassy area right next to a large shed. It was a huge bummer on the whole "camping" vibe when there were many open wooded sites..

This campground had an abundance of things to do. It's a great place to brings kids. Site was a pull thru and quite long, hookups good. Unfortunately no trees for us, although most of the sites have some trees and some are definitely in woods.

We loved our campsite. It was so clean and neat. The KOA workers were friendly and accommodating. The campground was close to many things in Door County! Beautiful!

Campground was nice, clean and well kept. Spots were nice also. Due to the lack of cell reception I at least expected the wifi to work. Couldn't look up things to do at times because of the lack of wifi. Office hours are very short. Most people wouldn't even have returned from the day of exploring before the office is closed. So, the campstore and mini golf could only be used during the day.

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
