We came for a relaxing couple of nights and that's exactly what we got. Beautiful place and nice people. We'll be back next season!

The staff was friendly & helpful to a point. At check-in Friday night, the cabin furnace didn't work. The staff tried to get the heat working with no luck. We were told that a service person would be out Saturday and if they couldn't get it working, we would be compensated. A space heater was provided.. No person every showed up and no compensation. Otherwise, the facility is very nice

We rented a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was clean but the bed had a broken frame and leaned towards the ground and the mattress could only sleep 1 person because it was sunken in the middle. How the cleaning service did not see this blew my mind. While I did not expect a 5 star hotel bed, I did expect a decent bed to sleep in at $230 night! We left a day early and will not go back again.

Person who greeted us when we arrived was wonderful. Person who was in the office when we checked out was not friendly and we were clearly interrupting her. Fire pit ring was so high we couldn't watch a fire. Campground was beautiful and maintenance people great too. Cabin was nice and clean. TV reception not good. Would be helpful to know in advance there are no hooks to hang things.

It was great. Will be back. Only problem was the hot water stopped working on our last night. No real problem but wanted you to know for the next guest. It happened after your office closed for the night. We know if it was needed we could have found help.

The camper side of the park seemed very clean and nicely cared for. The cabins in the woods were a bit dingy and smelled like stale cigarettes.

Loved all the trees and the two pools and the waterslide! The office/store and the bathrooms there were very nice! If this location is looking for feedback for future improvements the basketball court could use some concrete shaved/filled and a new hoop on one side. Also a couple pickleball courts would be the ultimate improvement as that sport is growing very popular.

The deluxe cabin was very nice, away from general campground, thus quiet. Furnishings comfortable. Our golden guy extremely impressed with all the amenities provided for him. Pool was extremely relaxing. The staff were most accommodating and friendly. The grounds were well kept inside and out. Great experience!!

The cabin was very nice and comfortable but we couldn't enjoy the campground as we would love to as everything was closed at 5 pm. All the campgrounds we have been we could enjoyed till 9 pm so when we came back with our kids we couldn't do anything else.

Campground is too far away from the door county attractions. Your facilities/activities were very clean & great for families. Our cottage was clean except for our floor. We had young children in our group party & had to buy a Swiffer to clean the floors. Extremely dirty! After charging us almost $1000 for 4 nights, we were charged additional fees to play mini golf. Really!

Deluxe cabins are great! Just pack your clothes and head over there. It was clean, well stocked and beat our expectations. We are recommending this to se erak of our friends.

It was awful. No air conditioning in deluxe cabin,didn’t receive the cabin you had reserved,for the second year. Sewer was bubbling up from the top of the tank and the smell was horrible , you could smell it in the cabin. The pull out couch had no mattress or even a decent pad of some sort. The store closes at 5:00 so if you need something for a dinner nothing is available. Staff was indiffere

Our family has been coming here for about 10 years and always stay in a cabin. We still like the place, but the rental cabins are getting worn and in need of repairs & a refresh. The main mattresses are worn out, shower drains are slow, window ac units being used instead of repairing hvac, etc, etc. And the nightly rates have nearly doubled in the same time.

TV reception constantly quit(s) loose table legs and 2 chairs, guest repaired bed frame, guest fixed Furnace: blower motor - Severe vibration, "flame" explodes with loud bang upon ignition (dangerous) oven unusable, as too dirty, and layer of salt on bottom patio door handle screws fell out, guest re-mounted ordered wood, on recorder UNABLE TO GET ESCORT TO SITE: As MANY others did! :(

Our stay was great. Love that there is multiple pools and a water slide. We stayed in a cabin for 8 people. The only issue we had was that the cabin only have 3 dinner plates and short on silverware. Also could have used some hooks in bathroom for towels.

A little expensive but the cabin with full amenities was amazing. The touch of having sheets and bedding provided was a huge bonus.

Unit was filthy & not the cabin I selected/paid for. Movedus to another unit that was "clean". But also filthy. Cabin sleeps 8 but only dishes for 3-4 people (depending if you want plates vs bowl). First night was scrubbing everything. Only had Saturday to "play". Water slide broken, no volleyball as site listed/showed. Notified mgr & was only given 10% DISCOUNT on $575.00. Unacceptable & awful.

Rather different experience this time. Deluxe Cabin floors were dirty (after wiping up water, the paper towel was black). Large pool (5ft at depth) was very dirty. Debris, flies, etc were coating the top surface of it throughout the whole stay. Slide was not in working order. This was a drastic difference for our last stay on a different site 3 years ago. Not sure if I would visit again.

Very very overpriced for the rental cabins and you could tell it was end of season as far as what is offered and barely anyone there. It was unfortunate because we used to love coming to this campground and we won’t be coming back. It was not the Halloween experience we were used to.

My family and I had a great stay at one of the cabins at KOA. The only thing I had issues with, the smoke alarms would go off if I had the oven on, no matter what, and would continually go off the entire time I was cooking/baking.

We stayed in this exact same cabin last year and really enjoyed it again this year. We can tell the Kevin has taken on a lot of wear and tear in the last year. There could be quite a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning of this cabin. The staff was friendly and no complaints there.

Loved our stay! The sites are great - large patios, grills, tables and fire ring. Loved the new sites with the pup pens are amazing! One suggestion - have you considered making some of your sites "Buddy sites"? The sites are large enough to just add a second set of hookups on the opposite sides then the common space between could be shared!

Nice location in Door County. Super clean cabin. Wi-fi/TV did not work well at all in deluxe cabin for $200 night. Unable to get texts, get on internet, or watch TV (which was also internet based). I would not stay again.

I’ve been camping at this location for over 2 decades. We won’t be back. Way too expensive! Asked multiple times about waterslide being open during our stay. Was reassured it would be, never was. Yelled at multiple times for small things. Never felt so unrelated and babysat. We are respectful hardworking people, treated like trash by manager. All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
