So much to do for the whole fam!! Great friendly staff that treated my whole family with great kindness. From the bar to the pool to the bathrooms, staff were so nice and the Facilities were well kept even during the busy holiday! Thank you!!!

Noisey stereo blasting neighbor. When asked, the neighbor said it was to keep dog calm inside rv. Park mgmnt did nothing.

The few encounters I had with staff were not positive. Very short and rude. There was not a welcoming atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was non existent and the “ heated pool” was freezing. The site however was beautiful. Based on the customer service, we will not be returning.

I felt that my location was not a comfortable environment for what was expected. Being backed up to the wall of your storage area with no trees plus crowded in was not conducive to a comfortable environment. I will never use your facilities again.

Front desk friendly. Camp store stocked. Visually nice campground. Wifi terrible. Pools. Bathrooms-ok. My biggest issue was noise; not an issue I have ever had at a KOA. We didn't get a single good night's sleep; returned home exhausted. We had a family with 4 kids that were terrorists. A family with a baby that screamed all night. Four 20 yo men who didn't think quiet time applied to them.

The campsite was wonderful; swimming pools and bathrooms were well maintained. However, I found the staff to be rude and unpleasant...most of them were unapproachable. The one lady that did the crafts was exceptional all weekend, however, was very pleasant. Suggestion: small, printed activity flyers; actual times instead of dusk and add The Depot to your map.

Great time with family. You do need to slow people down. Speed bumps, walking employees, etc. Clean and friendly place.

We had a pull through patio site which were very nice, table and chairs, glider, fire pit and 2 burner gas grill, all of good quality. All grounds people were very nice. Down falls, store closed a 5pm during week nights, way too early.

We pulled in one hour before check-in, and did not get a good response at the front desk. My spot 39 was available but they would not check me in. So we had to wait in another spot until the hour went by. This is Ridiculous. Never have had this happen at a KOA. No pickle ball or book exchange high priced and no sewer dump. We stay at a lot of KOA campgrounds yrly. This has been the worst service

Pool bathrooms could have certainly been cleaner. Staff at front office and riding around on golf carts could have been friendlier for sure. Lower pool closest to the main office was filthy with sand. General maintenance of things were poor like the railing to the main yellow slide. Beautiful sites with well kept grass. Peaceful place. Love the sites with the patios.

TV reception constantly quit(s) loose table legs and 2 chairs, guest repaired bed frame, guest fixed Furnace: blower motor - Severe vibration, "flame" explodes with loud bang upon ignition (dangerous) oven unusable, as too dirty, and layer of salt on bottom patio door handle screws fell out, guest re-mounted ordered wood, on recorder UNABLE TO GET ESCORT TO SITE: As MANY others did! :(

Nice large park with ample room between sites, clean and well maintained. Dogs are out of control with owners leaving the park and leaving them unattended to bark at all times of the day.

No shade at the deluxe patio sites. Fire pits too deep and poorly constructed. No cable tv and over the air reception is very poor. This KOA is good for a 1 night stop.

I was impressed with the sizes of the sites. Electric and water on sites were well placed. The office staff was very nice. I liked the amenities. Bathrooms were clean, showers were the best I have been too. 2 concerns-WI-FI was awful and garbages around the campground needed emptying. Dog park garbage was full to the top and really smelt. Suggestion-a water spigot at the dog park.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The amenities were better than many other KOAs we have been to. We did not like our site but that was just a bad draw and can happen anywhere. The waste disposal was up hill but the worst part was being so close to the shower/bathroom building because the scent was very strong.

Our stay was great. Love that there is multiple pools and a water slide. We stayed in a cabin for 8 people. The only issue we had was that the cabin only have 3 dinner plates and short on silverware. Also could have used some hooks in bathroom for towels.

We enjoyed the pool very much, was not cleaned, had lots of sand in it, not sure what chemicals were used in it left a white film on our skin. No ice cream machine, we always enjoyed that. Ate at restaurant Thursday night one man to bar tend and cook food was burnt and bad, pizza was not tastety through out most of the food. Dog park needs attention no shade or water for them.make a swimming pool

Fine staff but the site was impossible to exit with a small RV towing. We were forced to disconnect our car in the rain to get out. Not acceptable.

Deluxe cabin was very nice. A/C worked good except loft was quite warm. Pool was great, kids loved it! Office staff was very nice and helpful.

We have been coming to this campground many years. Since KOA took over, this is the 1st year the buildings and grounds were nice and clean. Only downside was Sue from Texas in the office was not friendly any time I dealt with her. Downright rude. That can make or break your stay.

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
