Quiet campground nestled in a wooded countryside, no traffic noise ! Plenty of space between sites. Some sites have shade, others bare. Lots of family friendly activities like swimming pools, big playground, bike rental, etc. Staff in the office were helpful, friendly. Wifi was TERRIFIC! Cons: site was packed dirt, roads were gravel, lots of dust and debris in RV.

I had an electrical problem when I first arrived. They came and checked their hook-up and traced it backed to my camper. They helped me make contact with a Service Manager at a local Camper dealer and he got the situation corrected. The Campground manager stayed until we made certain the electrical problem was corrected.

This KOA is a little removed from what is considered the Door County area. Restrooms were clean, large campsites, helpful staff. Pools were clean. WIFI was terrible and there is no cell signal because of the campground location. TV reception was ok.

Beautiful site in the trees. Quiet and relaxing with many places for kids and families to play. Great friendly staff - very helpful. Excellent campground - would stay here again.

It was fine, but they wouldn’t honor the Route66 discount which was off to a bad start. The playground was old and a little sad, new pool was great tho. Splash pad wasn’t all working, water slide closed. Staff was friendly enough, and the place was nice and clean. It was a great stay! Very clean restrooms, and nicely wooded campsites. The amenities were great, garbage pickup, very nice pool, (especially for children), a small general store for needs and treats, and camp associates were always friendly! We enjoyed visiting Sturgeon Bay and other Door County sights.

Bar and Restaurant is great. Grounds clean. The campsite we were assigned was changed to a lower grade site. A price adjustment was given. Paying $25 to ensure a site is not popular and will deter future bookings for us when with grandchildren.

Almost all the campsites are gravel, which isnt ideal. But there are activities for the kids, which they really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly!

Our grandkids had a wonderful time. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was our campsite. I’d say it was the worst site in the campground. But we didn’t spend much time at the site, so it all worked out.

Camp has great amenities & recreation for the family! Restrooms & showers are kept very clean. We had a great time and would highly recommend camping here!!

Not weekender friendly. Caters to seasonal. Heard many guests request site change, including myself. Hosts putting weekenders in poorly developed sites or sites that seasonal dump vegetation/leaves. Won’t be going back. Campground was clean, one of the few positives.

It was awful. No air conditioning in deluxe cabin,didn’t receive the cabin you had reserved,for the second year. Sewer was bubbling up from the top of the tank and the smell was horrible , you could smell it in the cabin. The pull out couch had no mattress or even a decent pad of some sort. The store closes at 5:00 so if you need something for a dinner nothing is available. Staff was indiffere

Would have loved a site with some shade! Others available - not sure why we were not assigned one. I guess I could have asked! Staff very friendly and bathroom / shower facilities - very nice and clean! First night we were there the loud music at the pool was going on all night! Unsure how management or residents right next to the pool did not address this issue???? Would stay again.

We arrived to several large piles of dog poop right in our pathway of setting up our fifth wheel. There was also pieces of garbage scattered on the site as well as used a toilet paper near the sewer hookup. Very disgusting. The camp store closed at 5pm each day except Friday and Saturday. We've not experienced that before. No real easy access to bathrooms from our site, disappointing.

This was a fantastic campground. Only issues that I had was the availability for the water slide. Only open for a very short period of time. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic.

The campground was very clean and quiet at night. The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. Lots of things to do for families with kids. My only negative would be the fire rings were too high to enjoy a fire.

Our family has been coming here for about 10 years and always stay in a cabin. We still like the place, but the rental cabins are getting worn and in need of repairs & a refresh. The main mattresses are worn out, shower drains are slow, window ac units being used instead of repairing hvac, etc, etc. And the nightly rates have nearly doubled in the same time.

The camp site was very large. There are nice bathrooms near the pool and the playground but the one we were closest to was about toilet. The women’s had stool smeared on the seat our first day visiting. On the second day a female employee came. She cleaned the men’s toilet first then using the same cloth cleaned the women’s. Most employees were friendly. Might stay here again in the future.

The campground is in the middle of no where, it is large and there we many campers as we were there on the July 4th weekend. The staff is friendly and the guests polite. The power was poor, but that happens at a rural campground that is full across a hot weekend. The road in is fine, the road out is a gravel trail through the bowels of the campground with a tight right turn, not very RV friendly.

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
