Nice and convenient off highway but not too close you hear highway noise. We just stay over night but very clean and super friendly staff. would stay again when in the area.

We had to drive up on blocks on one side to keep the wheels from coming off the ground when auto-leveled. The sight should have been more level. Twice, your men on Kubotas, almost got ran over by pulling out in front of us without looking. They should be more careful.

A basic (albeit owned by a group with 20+ KOA franchises) KOA that checks all the usual boxes one expects, and also the mediocre pizza kitchen. My only real complaint is that it’s a good 25 miles FROM Des Moines. I wish there was a “truth In location name” requirement for campgrounds - this one more accurately would have been called the Adel KOA for it’s nearest city.

One night, very pleasant. Most amenities didn't apply to us but I imagine families would love it. Enjoyed our site on end with patio and we did use the grill.

We only have stayed here as an overnight between stops. Always clean & quiet. Looks like a great place for the family

We had a fantastic time! We were there for 3 days and the grandkids swam, played at the playground and ride the pedal carts - twice! The campground is very nice, (the patio was a huge plus) very well kept as are the restrooms and showers! The staff was AMAZING, very sweet and eager to help! We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice and well taken care of camp ground. Lots to do for activities plan by the staff. Especially for the kids. Nice pool. Will definitely come back to stay.

Great campground! Our favorite KOA to date! Clean, well kept, helpful and friendly staff. Great pool and amenities, nice laundry facilities. Can’t wait to bring our kids back again soon!

We were only staying for one night and had to check in after hours, but the staff was super helpful in making sure we'd be all set, had space set aside, and that we didn't have any questions before they closed up for the night. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained and we would have loved to have a few more nights to take advantage of them!

We arranged our travel plans on to way back to specifically stop at this campground a second time. We like that it is clean, facilities are kept up, and there are things for our kids to do!

Everything was amazing from check-in until leaving. The activities they put together for the kids is so nice to have! The grounds were clean and the staff very attentive and caring. We will be back often.

Clean, easy access, and welcoming staff. Level pull thru site. Dog park was too small for our pups but it was a great campground to take a long walk. Laundry was clean and accessible.

Although the site was level (recently graded) they used gravel from 1" to 3" which makes it difficult to navigate especially for someone in a prosthetic leg.

Overall we cared for facility and nice customer service. Only wish the roads were not gravel to reduce dust and there were more trees on sites for shade. However I would stay again. The patio sites are very nice and the furniture great!!

The site was easily accessible, but we showed up for after hours check and they didn't have us on the list because we booked online. Glad they answered the phone after hours and were able to confirm the early afternoon online booking and get us a site.

We enjoyed our stay at the one room cabins, very clean. When booking the reservation, the lady on the phone was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we knew where we would be going for our late check in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived in the evening and the office was closed. I called Brian and he was so helpful and quick to check us in so we could get out of the cold. The park is so well maintained and you can tell they take great pride in the park and the KOA name. Great place to stay for a night or site see the covered bridges.
