This was our first stay at a KOA. It was the best! Actually a destination not a overnight campground. We will use KOAs again for sure!

We had to change our arrival date THREE times because of vehicle breakdown and repairs that kept getting delayed The staff was so gracious and accommodating! We finally got there on our fourth date!

Only thing needed was the main American flag by the pool was worn and ripping, needs replaced. Very clean bathrooms, great pool!

We loved our stay. Lots of amenities for the kids. Just a couple of suggestions. 1) it would be really nice to have a wood box at each cabin to keep the wood dry overnight. 2) could the prices be lowered a bit on food and toiletries in the shop? Pretty high compared to others we go to. Oh and more frequent checking of exp dates on food/drinks.

It was a short overnight stay. Appreciated the single bathrooms with the "deluxe" showers. Teresa was great in directing us to downtown Adel. (bikers unite!) wish there were more trees or bushes in the campground but understand that's not always the case. neat lodging options fantastic store no highway noise

We have auto levelers and the site was so uneven they couldn’t even help without lots of blocks. No excuse.

We called the same day about a reservation Nd would be arriving around 10 pm. The staff was very accommodating and our site was easy to find once we arrived. Very clean and well kept park. Allowed us to extend check out for an hour. Would absolutely go back.

Nice KOA with some unique amenities like bounce pad, on site pizza kitchen, pool, fish pond. Camp staff regularly picks up your trash if you leave it out.

It was wonderful. The campground was clean, the pool refreshing, the ease of the water/dryers were great. I especially want to lift up Larry, the maintenance man, who helped us with a few issues with our trailer. His time with us changed the outcome of the rest of our trip!!!

Staff was great, it is a Great place for kids. Everything was in working condition and very clean. When I told the office about a plugged toilet, it was fixed in a few minutes. Our only negative is that a few sites are very close together.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the camp, amenities and staff was amazing! Ordered firewood and ice, by the time we got back to our campsite it was already there. We like to camp but I don't like roughing it like my family does. Was the perfect balance for our family.

Very helpful staff. The cabin was clean and perfect for us. I appreciated the heads-up about the storm and the storm shelter. Lots of activities available. The ice cream and pizza were delicious! I love that pets are welcome and am bringing our dog next time. So glad there is a dog park.

Nice, nice place. It’s well taken care of and so much detail! The music Saturday night was amazing! The whole park was out! Staff was great! Very well managed!

The bathroom was very clean. The hosts, very friendly. We didn’t have kids with us, but there was plenty for kids to do. The sites were a bit too close together but we only stayed for one night.

We arrived later than anticipated and our tent was ready for us with lights and AC. The bathrooms were super clean. Overall, we will definitely be coming back. This had everything we needed, and then some.

First time using the camper. KOA is excellent, but our air conditioner didn’t work. Abit of a bummer.

Staff very friendly, accommodating. I asked if we were parked near the dog park since we have 2 70 lb dogs that need to stretch their legs. I had knee surgery and am slow getting around. They found a site closer to the dog park for us. The only downside was that sites very close to each other. A very small strip of grass between most sites. But great water pressure and great pizza!

The campground was very nice and clean the staff was very friendly and very helpful. But they need to enforce the quiet time policy. We stayed Friday 7/14in site 134 .And We had a group of people near our camp site that was very loud to around 2am. We stopped for the night because it was the halfway point of our over 1200 mile drive home .I should of just saved my money and drove straight home

Stay was great! Loved the new chairs and shade areas in the pool area. Also love the remodel of the main building. The pizza you serve is the best pizza around! The cleanliness of cabin could be improved. Our bare feet were black so I know the floors don’t get mopped. Also lots of dirt and dust all over cabin and sand and dirt in both bunk beds upon arrival.

Amazing KOA. So many things to do but the service is outstanding. We had a deluxe patio spot; it has spoiled me now. There they came and cleaned the grill! The camp K9 is large and there are two of them; partially shaded with nice benches. Showers and bathrooms were always clean no matter what time of day. Pool is HEATED and super nice and clean. The people go out of their way to help.

Everything was great except for no handicap bathrooms. I have bad knees and the toilets were way low with no grab bars to help me up. But that's our only complaint.

The site was easily accessible, but we showed up for after hours check and they didn't have us on the list because we booked online. Glad they answered the phone after hours and were able to confirm the early afternoon online booking and get us a site.

We enjoyed our stay at the one room cabins, very clean. When booking the reservation, the lady on the phone was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we knew where we would be going for our late check in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived in the evening and the office was closed. I called Brian and he was so helpful and quick to check us in so we could get out of the cold. The park is so well maintained and you can tell they take great pride in the park and the KOA name. Great place to stay for a night or site see the covered bridges.
