Cabin was way to close to the highway, so close I could wave and they would honk. Traffic noise was terrible. The auto/tip shutoff on the space heater was broken AND one of the control knobs were missing. I'm not sure but I just don't think that is how it is supposed to be.

The staff was friendly. The park was not maintained at all. Staff drove around all day and never saw them doing anything. I had cigarette butts and dog poop on our site!!! The walkways around the buildings were obstacles to walk thru. Other than having a few not so nice patio site, I don't understand how this park is a holiday. It is close to the highway. Should be classed as s journey. .

We loved staying here! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Such a great family atmosphere too. Great recommendations on nearby activities. Decent Dog park, a good dog walk well stocked with bags and poop cans along it. My kid loved the playground. Only concern is clearer/more one way traffic signage, please. Someone tried to play chicken with me when I first arrived and saw many wrong-wayers.

The staff is very friendly. The sites are very level and it is easy to maneuver through the park. We had a full hookup, pull-through site and everything worked as expected. The playground is great for kids. The restaurant across the street has excellent food, but it is the only option nearby.

This is not a kid friendly place. First day I brought my three young children to the play ground and almost immediately they were crying. The playground is covered in thorns! These are so bad it popped all three tires on our Bob stroller. When I talked to the staff about it, they just said ya that stuff is everywhere. Extremely disappointed with their lack of effort it keep the playground safe.

It is super close to the highway and the train. It seemed more suited to residential clients than tourist clientele. The bathroom doors do not have locks. If you drive an EV, they will not let you charge even through a 110. Needed serious upgrades

Too much traffic noise from freeway and local. Plus 3 trains blowing their whistles during the night. Had to run our fans to get any rest. I should have checked surroundings closer before booking but available campgrounds were limited.

We stayed in a cabin because of weather and it was okay. The internet wasn't great, but considering the location, it was not a surprise. The bathrooms had fun lights around the mirrors. I wish the shower didn't point toward the changing area so my things didn't get wet. More hooks are appreciated. We were there off-season, so didn't have many perks, but it was a decent place.

Stayed in deluxe cabin #12. The water regulation in the shower needs to be attended to. It was very difficult to adjust it beyond scalding hot or freezing cold. There is alot of dust on the fan in the main room and ugly dust grunge build up above the fan and around any vents. So cleanliness could be improved in that respect. We enjoy staying with you & hope these things improve. Thank you.

This was our first stop as full time RVers and we feel so spoiled now! The staff was super nice. We ended up adding four extra days on to wait for repairs and they were so accommodating! The entire place was spotless. I’m especially impressed with the bathrooms and showers, genuinely did not see even a speck of dust. We also loved the convenience of the dog park.

You won’t find a better KOA campground than this. In fact this is as good as a campground gets. Great owner, great staff, great level sites, great amenities. It’s one of very few KOA’s worth the price.

Spaces are very small, especially for today's Diesel motorhomes. I've never seen so many camp workers! The grounds are clean, but not very esthetically pleasant. The trash can is at the very end of the property. For those of us with mobility issues, it would be nice to have more trash disposal options.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying with us. Our campground was built in the mid 70's. Many of the sites, like the one you were in can still accommodate 45 coaches with slides. We moved the trash dumpsters to outside edge of campground and staff picks up trash at site if guests just bag and leave at front or back

The site is too tigh , neglected a little bit . Too expensive for this . This campground is correct for 1 nignt . The personnal is friendly

This is a well maintained campground with fairly clean amenities but very close to I-70. Good pull thrus for larger rigs and readily accessible off the interstate. My only cautionary warning is if you have a pop-up camper or primitive tent camping intentions, bring your ear plugs because the interstate is quite loud.

Very easy to get into, even with big rigs. Staff was really nice. It's right off I70 but I didn't notice the hwy noise.

Great RV park! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rented a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. We will stay again!
