From I-65: Take Exit 340, travel west on ALT 72/Hwy 20. After crossing Tennessee River, keep right for ALT 72 and Hwy 20. Go approximately 17 miles. Watch for sign: TVA Mallard Creek Recreation Area 4 miles. Turn right, this is CR 400/Mallard Creek Road. Go 4 miles, turn right at KOA sign.

Pontoon Rental price is $335 for 4hr's and $459 for 8hr's.
Jetski rentals start at $180 for 2hr's. There are also 4hr, 6hr or full day rentals.

The Wheeler Lake Mining Co. is a new attraction for all ages, and its guaranteed to keep the kids busy with some fascinating discoveries. Purchase a sand bag inside the retail store and head out to our mining sluice to try your panning luck. It's partly mystery, partly potential and partly educational.
