You don’t have to wait outside even when You checking late : no barriers . Nicely prepared sites : chairs , Weber grill , rocking chairs , full hookup including dump (!) , pool . A lot of privacy on Your site .

Brookville location 50% electric capacity, due to a fire. I had no issues with that, and our tent sight was one that still had electric. The grounds were nice, check in took 20 minutes, the 4-seater bikes were rusted, old and very hard to petal, not worth $14.00 for 30 minutes. Sad the putt-putt was gone. Pond and pool was very nice! Had fun on the swan boats!

We had a great time even without power! They did a tremendous job considering the circumstances! The site's were a little tight in the loop and worked out great for us since hardly anyone stayed in the loop.

Negatives: -The electricity was out at 50% of the campground (not my fault) due to a fire. I had to pay an upcharge to go to a campsite with electrical and water, even though we didn't even need to water, but wanted the electrical. Why would I have to pay an upcharge because they had a fire? They were just trying to recoup money because of the cancellations. -goose poop everwhere

While there was the challenge of half of the place being out of power I felt that the staff was still doing all that they could. Activities were still available and most importantly on a hot summer day the pool was running. We stay at this KOA often and love it here. Hope the fire damage is fixed soon as we can be back to normal.

Campground suffered a catastrophic power outage before we arrived. The text communication was way above average. We decided to stay anyway. Part of the park had power so we were fine. The staff went out of their way in every way to make all the guests were as comfortable as possible under crazy situations. I commend the staff and all the contractors working there. Cheers to them all.

The women's bathroom & showers were wonderful. My husband said the men's shower/bathroom had graffiti and wasn't nice. We had to alter our reservation due to an electrical fire at the KOA and we didn't have the spot we initially reserved.

Camp ground suffered a fire at their main building a week before our stay. Did not have WiFi or cable which we were supposed to have. Then second day a work crew broke a water line and did not have water for a day of our stay. Other than that this is a wonderful camp ground. Just difficulties. Thank you KOA

The staff was terrific working through a few challenges. They had an electrical fire prior to our stay and let us know ahead of time about what to expect. There were crews onsite working and they hit a water line causing a water shut off at our part of the campground. Ultimately we decided to leave one night early and they even refunded that night due to the issues! Great service and efforts!

This campground had a fire prior to our arrival and only 1/2 of the campground was in use. Very quiet. The staff were very attentive in keeping the grounds clean. Some fellow campers are slobs. Leaving trash, cigarette butts, dog feces etc. Poor staff having cleanup after these inconsiderate morons. My dog poops; my dogs owner(me) picks it up and puts it in the appropriate trash container.

The campground is beautiful and very well groomed. The employees we had contact with were very nice. The only negative remark we have is the roads in the campground are too narrow, and curvy with trees. The roads are difficult to maneuver a larger trailer. When you make a reservation online, there is no way to know how small the sites are and how difficult it is to get into some of the sies.

Campground had an electrical fire a week before we were to arrive. We were never notified of this prior to us pulling up into the campground. There was no cable nor internet. Soap dispensers and sinks in bathroom, most did not work. Only gave a 10% discount. Had no other options than to stay there as last minute accommodations were unavailable. Very poor communication. Dog park had poo everywhere

Staff very friendly and helpful in this difficult time. Even with the power outage we had an excellent stay. This was our first stay here and we will return. Hopefully the power will be restored soon,

We enjoyed our stay. We did an overnight camp trip- it was our family’s first time going camping. My husband used to go all the time as a child. We rated a 4 because of all the rocks. One of my sons kept getting rocks stuck in his shoes. The site where our tent was set up wasn’t very plush so it made sleeping very uncomfortable with the rocks in the grass and exposed roots.

When we arrived there was no electricity throughout the campground and there were a couple extremely loud generators running, the argued with me the next day saying they emailed me prior to my arrival and let me know. It this was not true. I received No email and No call. I found out when I arrived. It was 8 pm at night. I was bet disappointed that my stay wasn’t FREE

Loved the hiking trail. You really feel like you’re way in the woods hiking, & not like you’re walking around a campground. There’s a pizza place on-site that’s open on weekends. We’re actually staying again for the solar eclipse next April!

They unfortunately had an electrical fire knocking out half the camp the day prior. They were great at informing us of the situation in advance, and making accommodations to make the park operational. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Through no fault of the KOA a full 4th of July campground overloaded the electrical circuit and caused an enormous electrical fire at the main circuit panel. The result was a loss of electrical, water and sewage dump capabilities. Two days after the fire water and sewer was restored but electrical was not. The staff acted swift and efficiently and dealt great with a difficult situation superb.

The campsite was everything I needed as a van camper. The front men's room/shower complex was a little rundown. The one in the back of the campsite looked phenomenal by comparison. If I have the opportunity or need to camp again, I definitely would.

Despite the electrical fire in the office and store that knocked out all power, the team did wonders getting some power to the back lot and generator power to the water well pumps. We were able to stay all weekend. Great effort !! Bob

We had a great stay. The staff pulled it off after the fire in the office! We will definitely be returning. The only down point was that there was a young male staff member that drove around in a golf cart exceedingly fast.I understand that he had things to do but there are children present.

Unfortunately, our stay was very abruptly interrupted do to the fire, but they handled everything quickly and let us know we would be getting a full refund for our planned stay . hope all goes well. We continued our vacation at another KOA in Coshocton Ohio.

Power outage affected our stay but the KOA refunded the majority of our stay. One thing I didn't like was that even though the park was pretty empty, they continued to stack everyone on top of each other. It made it feel crowded when it really wasn't nor had to be.

Campgrounds are nice but very crowded. The store, food and bathrooms are great. The potable RV water at each site is turbid and has an odor. Lots of iron and particulates in the water make it look brown. Even when filtered it still has a brownish color. Power went out and there was no water. Sites have little gravel so you are walking in mud. Good points are 5 star, bad points are 1 star.

Love Dayton KOA. Only stayed there twice but both times were great. We tent camped and they were beautifully wooded sites. We will always stay there when in the area

Even with the unfortunate electrical issues that left the cafe & pool unusable for one of the days we were there, se took advantage of all other amenities/extras and had such a great time! We have 3 kiddos: ages 3, 6 & 9 and they were never bored with playing in the creek, playground, train, horseshoes etc. Was our first time but will definitely be back!

Started out great. Unfortunately the Campground had a power substation fire shutting down the entire facility. We had to leave 4 days early. Love this KOA. Have stayed there every year for about 15 years. Sometimes multiple times a year.

I understand the fire was unexpected, but charging the full rate is ripping off your customers. There was no pool, no internet, no activities, no camp store. Simply put it was no better than staying at a state park. Very disappointed.

The start of our trip to Kansas was anything but great. Had a blow out on the way to the KOA and then another flat the next morning. BUT ht e saving grace was that the men working helped me not only find a tire store but changed my tires for me. I could not have been more grateful. I would stay at the Dayton KOA anytime. This is our second time staying at this campground. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff is helpful and gracious. The campground is clean and orderly. We usually make an annual trip to Dayton and this will be our base camp for our adventures. We'll done Dayton KOA!

Stayed here for 1 night for a road trip. Due to traffic conditions I arrived after 5:00pm when the office closed. My check-in info was in the mailbox and easily found my site. I stayed in a pull through site and since I arrived late and was leaving early, I was hoping to leave my camper connected to my truck to save time the next morning. The site was on the sort side and I was not able to stay connected. Although I did not get a chance to explore the campground, as it was raining during the entire stay, it appeared to be well maintained and a nice campground. The next morning I went to the office to complete my check in and the staff there were very friendly. Hopefully I can come stay for a few nights next time.

Full of amenities for mostly kids but adults can play too! If you forgot anything chances are they have it in their store. Want breakfast? They have a cafe with some seriously good pancakes and biscuits and sausage gravy. Need firewood or anything, call or text the number provided and they'll deliver to your campsite. Paddle boats, games, a pool, a lake, a little creek, they have it all here. I cannot stand camping and this definitely changed my outlook on it and our group will definitely be back!
